    Was visiting family here in Coral Springs and came across this GEM! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. My facial was the best I’ve ever had anywhere! I told my husband we need to move to FL so I could get a facial anytime I would like. You want an amazing facial, call and book your appointment! You will not be disappointed!!

    My husband & I celebrated our 13 year anniversary & we came to our favorite spa, Body & Soul Retreat. I had a facial with Maria & it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend her. My husband had a facial with Agi & he loved it as well. We highly recommend either of them. You won’t be disappointed.Also, I had a pedicure with Cheryl & she did a GREAT JOB!!!

    I had a 60-minute medical massage with Pete, and it was exceptional. He skillfully addressed my neck and back pain, providing significant relief. Pete is a highly experienced massage therapist, and I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic neck, back, or hip issues. I’ll definitely be returning for future sessions!

    Ive fallen in love with this gem of a spa 🩵 thos morning I had a Zen members massage, upgraded to Hot Stone because my back needed it. I need to tell you all Dolores is OUTSTANDING! Probably the best massage Ive ever received, and I’ve had many all over the globe. She has an incredible technique and a lot of knowledge. I simply cant recommend her high enough. I keep coming back for nails, facials, etc. do yourself a favor and schedule a massage with Dolores Today!

    I turned to google to schedule a massage nearby and found Body & Soul Retreat. Based on the number of positive reviews and the high rating I decided to give it a chance.I was NOT disappointed!! This was JUST what I needed.Upon walking in, you immediately get the feeling of being in a relaxing spa and you just KNOW to mute your phone. The place is beautiful, very quiet and serene.The staff is super nice!!! Once they found out I had never been there they offered to give me a tour. They showed me their meditation room, which is where you relax after you check in and while you wait for your service. Then I saw the rooms for massages, facials, the room setup for couples to receive services. They also have space for mani and pedis and they have an adorable room set up for the permanent jewelry and lashes.All the rooms are super clean and the music is very spa like and low.I was so impressed after the tour that i asked if I could also schedule a facial. Luckily, they were able to fit me in after my massage. Once my facial was scheduled and I was finished checking in I went to the meditation room.I want a replica of this room in my house!!! The meditation room was AMAZING!!!! I actually put my phone away in my bag and completely disconnected for several hours. I cannot remember the last time I was in a space that encouraged me to do so.After my services, they encouraged me to go back into the meditation room for a few minutes to come back to reality, which was great! The checkout process was quick and easy.If you want to get some self care or even just a mani and pedi, this is the place to get it done in an incredibly relaxing and calming environment!!!I will DEFINITELY be going back to my new favorite place!!!!!

    Anurag is an amazing esthetician. I have had facials my entire life and she blows all the rest out of the water. She is very informative, caring and provides wonderful massages while the mask sets. Her hands are very healing and her energy is very welcoming and comforting

    HiIf anybody is looking for a place to get permanent jewelry done  which is very popular right now I highly recommend Body and soul Retreat with work done by Cheryl Marie BarnesIt is very affordable my daughter wanted to get it done for her 18th birthday, which is a few days away .  The process is very easy. They have many choices, such as gold, silver, and rose gold and many different charms, which can be added as well. The place is beautiful and sterile and very clean.

    You can never go wrong here. Everyone is excellent and if your requested therapist is unavailable they always know exactly who to book you with. Staff is sweet and generally cares about your well-being...theyre not just trying to squeeze money from you. DONT FORGET TO BRING CASH TO TIP PEOPLE!!

    My husband and I have been members for several years now. We have never been disappointed with the services provided at Body and Soul Retreat. This last time was no different however my therapist Naomi was extraordinary. She was able to provide me with 45 minutes of pure ZEN. I have a medical condition that prohibits me from any peace of mind. For the first time I can say that Naomi gave me 45 minutes of peace and I am forever grateful.     I have been coming here for over 6 years now and absolutely love it. I have been to other spas, but Body and Soul has the atmosphere and expertise that I want when I relax. I am a big believer in Pre-natal massages. Both of my babies were so amazing when born and now even as one is a toddler. I had a massage at least every month during my second and third trimesters. I am not 100% sure that is why both of my children are excellent sleepers and just all around happy children, but if I was ever to have another one, you could be sure i would not miss my monthly prenatal massage.

    I dont usually write reviews, but my recent visit to Body & Soul was soo amazing I feel like I have to. I made an appointment with Delores and she is honestly the best masseuse I have ever met. This is my second time going to her and each time she worked on me, I came out feeling like a new person. You can literally feel the experience in her hands. Every time she would encounter an area that held tension, she would slow down and assess the situation. I didnt even have to tell her, she just knew.Update: I made an appointment with Naomi, and wow. She left me speechless. She put the perfect amount of pressure. You could tell she was really passionate about her job.

    I absolutely love receiving services at this little slice of heaven.I have had a few services performed here but, I HAVE TO rant and rave about Sanne (massage therapist) and Catherine’s(esthetician) magical hands.I was suffering with a sinus infection that made the left side of my face swell and, my eye was filled with mucus (I resembled Quasimodo 😐.) I received a hot stone massage by Sanne and followed up with a Mist Facial by Catherine. LET ME TELL YOU! After receiving both services I felt like I stepped out of the twilight zone. My body and mind were relaxed. I felt like I was “taken cared of”. Both services were performed with tenderness and care.*within hours my sinuses were draining and, within two days I was 90% back to myself.Please visit this location! You won’t be disappointed! ♥️

    My nails were brittle and I couldnt get polish to stay on longer than a few days. Then I met Cheryl @ Body and Soul and my whole life changed! My natural nails are the longest they have ever been IN MY LIFE. I will not get my nails done anywhere else. Cheryl is my girl.     I love Body and Soul! I’ve been a customer since I moved to Coral Springs close to twenty years ago. I started with them at their old location, which was lovely and cozy. Now they are in a truly beautiful and inspiring space. I just love going there. I love all of the therapists and technicians that I’ve experienced thus far. I consistently get my nails done with Rose because she’s awesome and always does a great job. She’s such a perfectionist. She also makes these delicious scrubs and creams/lotions...oh my gosh...so good! Of course I buy some from her! And Ina (the owner) is so supportive of the wonderful staff that she sells Rosie’s creams and scrubs there, which is so generous of her. The energy and vibe is definitely empowering and nurturing. You can tell that the staff is happy to be there which makes the whole experience that much better. I definitely feel the love ❤️

    My husband purchased me a Spa package - Swedish massage, manicure and pedicure. This place did not disappoint. The lady at the front desk was very calm and friendly. I was seen right away. Andrea did my massage, she definitely did her thing, worked every part of my body. I did not feel any pain afterwards or even days later. I also noticed my digestion issues have gotten better. Rose did my mani and pedi. Im a mother of 4, Im rough with my hands. Rose revived my hands and feet by making them look flawless, shes also a veteran in the business of nails...been there 17+ years. Im looking to scheduling something else in the near future

    I love body n soul spa!!it’s such an awesome place to just unwind with a massage or facial!! I get the Swedish massage with the tuning forks! Sanne is fabulous!     My favorite place. This spa has been in Coral Springs for a long time and I have been enjoying their services for most of it. Ina runs a clean, calming, relaxing establishment that always provides the best massages, facials and other services. Everytime without fail. Ive been treated by many different experts in their fields, fantastic facials, exquisite massages, that are super relaxing while still working out my knots, aches and pains. Manicures about pedicures that dont feel rushed but add to the relaxing atmosphere. Avoid the corporate feel and come here for a true experience.

It is my second time receiving services from her and it was out of this world. She took her time to understand my needs and gave me the best experience I’ve ever had.     Body & Soul Retreat is worth the 30 minute commute from downtown Fort Lauderdale. These ladies are all so kind and professional. I was referred here from my dear friend, and since I myself have recommended 3 other friends.My personal favorite service is their facial, with the one and only, Anurag. I can’t tell you the amount of stress trying to find the right person who truly cares and listens. I struggled with severe hormonal acne and she’s been absolutely magical throughout my healing journey. Routine extractions and facials are so important especially living in south Florida.     My husband treated me for my birthday and all I can say is wow, amazing experience!     Great experience! I have been to a few different spas in Broward and have had some great experiences but Body & Soul Retreat really impressed me. I was greeted by a young woman, Daniela, and the owner, Ina, at the front, and they were the most courtageous, friendly and professional ladies. My appointment was looked up right away. I had bought a couple massage for my husband and I for Valentine’s day. The lady of the massage greeted us, she was a very friendly lady. She made us feel very comfortable; she catered the massage to our needs. The place was very cozy, a little dark but very romantic with lots of candles around us. My husband and I are delighted by the service we received, and we are planning to go back again soon! Thanks Body & Soul for making my gift the Best!

    I have been a customer of Body & Soul Retreat since they opened and stayed a repeat customer because of the way I have always been treated there.I have have always enjoyed every service that they provide and believe me I have tried them all.I am writing this review because of the incredible way I was recently treated by Lisa, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel relaxed from the moment she offered me a cup of tea. When my treatment was over, she offered for me to sit in their relaxation / meditation room (thats my name for it). Thank you Ina for always making me feel amazing!

    I was visiting from out of state and was able to get a last minute appointment for a facial and pedicure. From the moment I walked in everything was so welcoming. I had a wonderful facial and one of THE best pedicures I’ve ever had.The only thing I didn’t like is that I don’t live close to be a regular customer.     I was treated by my niece for Mothers Day, to a facial with reflexology. I was taken back as soon as I arrived. My hour and a half, was just amazing, I felt so pampered, and it was truly a time I will not forget. Everyone was friendly and very attentive.     I really love Body and Soul Retreat! I have been booking a 90 minute massage here every other week after discovering this place last July of 2017. I just had my 20th massage here last weekend and I always feel so welcomed and leave totally relaxed. Ive had fairly bad back issues my whole life and I was very reserved about anybody massaging my back.I was not sleeping well for a many years due to back issues and would usually toss and turn all night. I decided to try out massage to see if it would help even a little. I tried a few different massage locations a few times and found it wasnt really helping me sleep any better. I about gave up trying massage until my sister recommended I give Body and Soul a try. She had been coming for years and loved it.I called and made a random appointment and was assigned Cecilia. I explained about my back issues and what I was hoping to get out of the massage. She was very understanding and knowledgeable. She had first-hand experience in back pain and was able to relate to my situation. This was comforting to know and she made me feel very at ease.That night after my first massage at Body and Soul I had the best sleep I had in years. Ive now had 20 massages from Cecilia every 2 weeks since my first visit and my quality of sleep has improved way beyond what I thought was possible.I would recommend anybody in need of massage to visit Body and Soul and I would highly recommend Cecilia.

    Renee the woman at the front desk is lovely, she assigned my facial to Aggie. Aggie is amazing. Talented and a full service experience that left me feeling renewed . Then Rose did a very professional manicure and pedicure. My gift certificate from my son was a special treat.

    Ive been going to Body and Soul with my mom since I was 4-5 years old and I absolutely love it! Ina, the owner, is amazing! Always kind, lovely and so bubbly and happy, has such an inviting aura. Donica is the main person for waxing and I would recommend! Shes so fast, gets it done so quick. Everyone is so inviting and makes you feel like your apart of their family. I LOOOVEEE it here! 10/10 would recommend always.

    I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the insistence on giving a tip. From the moment I made the appointment for the couples massage the cordiality was extreme, at the end of the call the operator told me that a tip was very well appreciated, preferably in cash, although I was surprised that they asked me for a tip when we had not even received the massage, I did not give it so much importance. We went to our appointment and everything was wonderful! the atmosphere is super relaxing, the smells, the attentions, the staff is very well trained in customer service and massages was really great, it was worth taking this package, my husband was very satisfied. When leaving the restrooms we looked for those who did the massage to give them $20 each, we only found one of them who agreed to give the other $20 to her partner. When going out to the front desk, the lady asked us if we would like to leave a tip and I told her I had already did it, I told who and how much, I really bothered that they were asking me something that is supposed to be voluntary but I let it happen for the second time. One hour after we left, I received a call from the front desk asking me if I would like to leave a tip, I repeated that I had already done it and they had already asked me when I was leaving the store and although the person was very kind and she apologized it is unheard of that this business is asking so insistently tip, exerting pressure. The tip is a quantity of money that is given VOLUNTARILY to thank a service. It should not be imposed, and if so, include the fee in your costs. It is a lack of respect, this really disappoint me a lot and I do not think I would go back to a place where I would not allow the client to choose whether or not to thank with a tip.

    I have struggled for years with poor nails. I am allergic to everything to do with nails. Acrylic, Gel, glue etc. I recently needed to find a new manicurist and went to Body and Soul. I have been there for years for facial and massage (which my husband and I LOVE) so I went in for a mani/pedi. I was introduced to Dazzle a different kind of polish. Well I have never had a polish stay on and actually help my nails. Without polish they tear like tissue paper and with regular polish it starts to chip off and they its all down hill. I would highly recommend Dazzle and OF COURSE this spa. Cheryl is OUTSTANDING!!!!!! And Ida cant to enough to make client happy and treated like family. Im back home where I belong. A super All Service Spa right in my backyard.

    I needed a last minute mani/pedi and massage to relieve some stress and celebrate my birthday, so as I gift to myself, I started looking around online for a spa with next day availability. I came across Body and Soul and it had great reviews, so I figured Id give it a try.I booked online within minutes, which was refreshing. As an introvert, I hate having to call, so this made it very easy. I was warmly greeted when I walked in and was sitting with my technician Cheryl within minutes. My mani/pedi was very relaxing, and Cheryl was very easy to talk to.My massage was delayed a bit, but I was brought to a relaxation nook (for lack of a better term) and enjoyed the peace and quiet while I waited. My massage therapist, Nancy, even added hot stones to my massage for the inconvenience. Honestly it was no inconvenience, but it was very kind of them to do that for me. And the massage was worth the wait!The facilities are very clean and welcoming, and definitely had me feeling at ease and stress-free from start to finish.Overall I had an excellent experience.     This place was a godsend! Dr. Cheng was able to help relieve pain that I’ve had in my lower back sacroiliac joint area for the past five years. I have gone to several acupuncturists in the area and he is the ONLY person that really took the time to understand what I had gone through and my issues. In our initial consultation he asked me to tell him things that worked to relieve my issues in past and things that didn’t work for me so I didn’t waste any time to feel better again. He really takes the time to understand what he can do to help and does his research in areas he doesn’t know. I will continue to give him my business and recommend him to people with chronic issues. Ina and Renee are such nice people and make you feel welcome and a place you can really come and relax. I can’t wait to have more sessions and try out all the services they offer! 💛

    The best kept secret in town is Body and Soul Retreat. I have been blessed to be able to come to Body & Soul for many years. Ina and her staff treat you like family. I believe massage should be a mandatory treatment prescribed to all. It’s the best way to cure your anxiety, aches, pains, headaches naturally.     It was a great experience going to Body and Soul with my father. Coming from Jersey, we scheduled our appointment with Jake who greeted us the next day and ushered us into this peaceful waiting room that puts you in this alternate reality instantly.I was then welcomed by a cute girl Nancy who has a background in chiropractics and knew exactly what spots to get to right from the beginning from head to toe. Each part of the body gets such ample attention. Go to sleep. I am being honest when I say that the environment that has been created is really such a tranquil world in its own zone.
