    My experience with Jess has been exceptional. I started coming in 2023 when my husband gifted me a 12-session package for bikini and underarm treatments. I typically came in every 6 to 8 weeks for touch-ups. Jess was always professional, punctual, and made each session comfortable. The treatments usually took about 15 minutes, and the office was always clean and welcoming.I’m beyond happy with my results! With just one session remaining, I have very little to almost no hair left. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering these treatments.

    Im in love with my results. I purchased 6 sessions for full legs, underarms and face and I saw results since the first session. I just completed my 3rd session and Im only shaving one time between session (to be perfectly hairless) which before I used to shave every day (it was a nightmare). Another point, its their customer service, Jess is my technician and I love her. She is very friendly and always asks me questions to understand my progress and she also provides tips to make sure that Im following everything correctly. Great prices too!

She makes me feel comfortable at every appointment, and I will recommend her to anyone 100%.Update: Even though I loved my experience, the result did not work out for me or my daughter. It was like in the last two sessions; we were back to the beginning, and hair started to grow more. The clinic suggested another package, but their machine might be outdated, and maybe that is why it didnt work out. This is just my personal and my daughters experience.

    Jess, Kristin, and Dezerae are all incredible ladies who have given the most amazing, efficient service for all my lasering needs. I’m only halfway through my packages and have already experienced an astounding improvement in the growth rate and density of the hair that I’m lasering.     I shouldnt have waited!! I did the laser hair removal on my back, it is so quick, simple, and pain free. All info makes it seem much more complex than it is. I had no negative after effects at all. I was lucky and noticed such a huge difference after the first treatment, and by the third, there was very little hair left. Very small patches to clean up. It was amazing. I wish I did this decades ago. Now I will only have to live with the grey hairs that the laser can not remove, luckily they are few and far between. Jess at the Coral Springs location is the Ultimatr Professional. Everyone is surprised that she banished all my back hair so quickly and effectively. I cant say enough good things about Jess and the treatments. Just do them while the hair is dark, no laser will work on white or grey hair!! I would have loved to have done under my jaw and neck to never shave under there again, but that ship has sailed because it is all grey now. I have a beard on my face, but shave the underside and hate having to do it. Not having to go get waxed or be a contortionist to shave my back is awesome now. Jess has made me a very happy man. To do the full back was like 15- 20 minutes and you dont break a sweat each appointment. The 6 treatments cleaned me up completely, except the few Greys. I should have done this years ago, I would have saved a fortune in waxing. The photo is the amount of hair I started with. I am perfectly smooth now.

    I dont really ever review a company but Ive had such a good experience I wanted to share it with others who are thinking about going with them. I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. I had never done it before and didnt know what to expect. When scheduling they are so thorough with their tips of what to do to prep for the appointment it made me feel so much better going in to the first one. They also didnt treat me any different purchasing from Groupon, which I have had other companies do. I did a few of my initial appointments with a lady that was substituting temporarily and she was great and answered all the questions I had for aftercare and what you should and shouldnt do. I probably asked too many questions but she didnt seem phased or annoyed, she answered all of them and gave me additional tips I hadnt thought to ask about. My last few appointments have been with Mona, and she maintained the same level of relationship and professionalism. I thought it would be awkward being exposed again to a new person but she was super friendly and made me feel super comfortable. I would from time to time sing to distract myself and we had some good laughs. It hurts a bit but they are super helpful with tips on how to minimize it, like shaving the night before, using their numbing cream, they even offer you a wipe to pad down as youre going through the session for the cooling effect, and also aloe for after the appointment is done. I have recommended 2 of my friends to them and they also loved the experience they had. I have done so far 5 of my sessions and have seen a great change in hair growth and how much thinner the hair comes in, for the few ones that still do.

It is always clean! I love going to my appointments! The laser itself doesnt pain much and is very effective! By the third session I saw a dramatic change in my hair growth and look. Some areas of my hair grew in thin or it didnt grow at all. I am going for my last session soon and I have no hair! Book that appointment and ask for Haneen Kahala!

    Im sephardic, so Ive been thinking about laser hair removal for a while. A good friend recommended this place so I decided to shop price.I wanted to get my beardline and neckline done front at back to start. I called a few places to compare price and after the 3rd call I decided it was worth the 30 min drive. as they were way less expensive than the quotes I received elsewhere.After one treatment, hair has essentially stopped growing on the back of my neck and under my beardline.The laser on my face and back of my neck was totally painless, but my neck under my beard was a bit of a struggle for me.But Catherine was amazing, and would pause the treatment any time she noticed I was irritated.She was incredibly patient and intuitive-- I didnt even have to mention I was uncomfortable for her to pause. I want to get a few more areas done, and even though theres a laser hair removal office in my condo, Id gladly drive the 30 mins where Ill be comfortable.
