    Laser Hair RemovalFull legs, full bikini, and armpits.I had Kerry as my technician, who is also a licensed nurse.She was so wonderful. She helped me feel very comfortable. Her experience with doing this procedure shows. She was able to read my body language perfectly on when to give a break, or put ice, or rub the area.The laser has a cold burst of nitrogen with every zap and that makes the WORLD of a difference.Im happy i chose this company.

    My experience at the Coral Gables office was truly exceptional, and I genuinely wish I had started my laser hair removal journey there. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of warmth and professionalism that I didn’t receive at my previous location. Rebecca, in particular, stood out with her excellent demeanor and genuine care for her clients. She treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, making me feel like I was part of her family. Her positive energy was infectious, and it was clear that she loves what she does.The front desk staff also contributed to the welcoming atmosphere. Although I didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly professional and made me feel right at home. Her friendly attitude and great manners created an environment that felt inviting, as if I were visiting a friend rather than a medical office. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and warmth, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable.I am excited to make Coral Gables my go-to location for laser hair removal from now on.     My experience was wonderful. My tech Olu was terrific. She made me feel comfortable and she was really quick and efficient. She definitely gets an “A” and a 10 out of 10 score.     Wonderful! I specifically chose the Coral Springs location, even though it is a slightly farther drive for me, because of the reviews, and this location has not disappointed. Rebecca is absolutely amazing! Even though this was my second visit, she provided a proper consultation for me based on what she believes would be best for my treatment plan. Very open to modifying things based on my unique needs (for all fellow mixed girls!). Great results so far, excited to continue!UPDATE: still having great results and more importantly a great customer service experience! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Rebecca is super friendly and super transparent!!!!! She is professional and thorough and has been so reassuring and comforting with the best bedside manner to get me through my treatments.     I Was greeted by 2 receptionist at the front for my consultation ;they talked me through the whole process, including the price and what is required. I was super comfortable with knowing how the process is and excited to start my self-care journey.. My nurse practitioner who ended up doing my first treatment, extremely nice. She explained everything to me, including Postcare as , my session was for my underarms.I was in and out and maybe 20 minutes and got a call two days later to make sure that I was OK and had no reaction to the laser.I would recommend Ideal Image and excited for my laser hair removal journey, and hopefully no more shaving.

But this last time I had an appointment at the plantation location in plantation, Florida I was very disappointed this is the second time I have visited this location and both times were Very disappointing the lady that did my services was very rude and made me feel very insecure about my body... I will not be going to that location and as for as I am concerned I will make sure none of my friends and family go there either we should not be made to feel that way and I do not want anyone else to experience such a horrible situation

The staff really seems to care and take an interest in making sure you understand the the pros and cons of the services you’re interested in, what to expect and the outcome. Nurse Kerry is really great. She is extremely polite, she takes her time answering any of my questions and never makes you feel rushed or that youre a burden being there. I am so glad to have found this place so close by, its so wonderful!!!

    I have always had an amazing experience here. I come here every 6 weeks to get full Brazilian laser removal. My sessions are super quick, literally like 30 min max and I am always made to feel very comfortable with all staff members that I have met.     I’ve been having the greatest experience here! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The center is very clean. Olu, Kerry and Ana are the greatest providers. It doesn’t matter who you go to, they are all wonderful.

    Your staff is always friendly, helpful and professional! They always do an amazing job at administering my lip fillers. It feels like home and the nurses make me feel so comfortable and are always so helpful!

    I saw immediate results on my upper lip and chin area just after 3 sessions. It was a 16 month contract and they make sure to remind and schedule you timely. With Covid I’ve had some last minute cancellations and they’re strict about their same day cancellation policy so plan accordingly!Staff is nice and professional and would hire them for future services.

    I love Ideal Image because of the quality of the work they have done on me! Olu has been one of my Techs and she very patient and adorable!My hair is gone and let me tell you it has been so a dramatic change! Highly recommended!

    My first several visits were @ the Boca location, where I met Samantha who was wonderful and Ari (If I misspelled her name, I am sorry) Ari made me feel @ ease with my treatments. All encounters with staff members @ the Boca location were great.When I learned that Ideal image was opening up in Coral Springs I was thrilled to hear as it is closer to home. My encounter with the Coral Springs staff were welcoming and felt more ease. Laurie so glad I met you. Youre incredible loving soul and as always a professional. Olu you ROCK, my results are perfect and the treatment goes so smoothly. Laurie and Olu thank you for making my experience as always perfect.

    Olu is the most AMAZING service providerWithout her there would be no going back to Ideal image . She is truly an incredible injection specialist . She is gentle and a perfectionist. Just amazing!!!
