Came in wait time was long was waiting for Sally’s to open went to Supercuts extremely rude was very uncomfortable decided to go back and wait the hour and a half Cheryl has outstanding customer service. She was able to answer the questions I had. My daughter has extremely thin hair. She’s only had 2 professional haircuts in 9 years was extremely happy I’ll be back for her to do my highlights. So happy Will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love coming to get my hair done at Smart Style. The atmosphere is always the best if Jasmine and Melissa are working. When I first started coming the atmosphere was no where near what it is now with those two. Melissa has done my hair for years and I would never let anyone else touch it. Looking forward to my “new do” with her after the New Year!!

I got a hair wash, cut, and blow dry with Leah. Cost me $40 + I tipped her. I love it! She and the other staff were friendly. I didn’t have to wait too long and it took her about a hour to do but I had long hair and she cut some length out. Very satisfied and would definitely go again.

Im extremely impressed! I received a blow out and silk press. Surprisingly it came out really good. I was skeptical about getting a silk press at Walmart, but Jasmine was confident in what she was doing and again Im impressed. She also shared her knowledge on hair care products to protect my hair from humidity. I will definitely go back again😊

Fantastic salon with fantastic people and service. It is not inexpensive. I got highlights, lots of them, a cut and a $25 product (bought because I know it helps the stylist) and it was $200. $240 with tip. So go there if you want a great style and great service.

I checked several salons in the DC, WC and Zhills area. Review were not good. I went on Smartstyles website and read the reviews. I was impressed with them. Leah did my trim and soft layers. I have very thin hair. Leah gave me exactly what I asked for. She also gave me advice on coloring my hair. Everyone I met there was very pleasant. Thanks Leah, I finally found a new hairdresser.

Went yesterday for color, I was nervous thinking this is inside Walmart, but let me tell you jasmine did an amazing job probably the best I’ve had it done. Got highlights and she did air touch, which never heard of or seen this done before but I sat and let her do her magic. Also I have long THICK hair so I know it was probably a nightmare, I even get tired when doing my hair, she didn’t rush thru just to be done. Definitely would recommend and will be going back. All the ladies there seemed great, made you feel welcomed.

All the girls that work there are wonderful with great/fun personalities and are so nice and friendly with everyone that comes in there. Watching and listening to these girls over the years doing their clients hair they are all great and I would definitely highly recommend this place to everyone.

They did some painting in the shop to spruce it up and it looked ok but they forgot to clean the top of the alarm box and the rails where the doors closed! The dust on that stuff was in clumps it was not a very professional job!

I’ve been trying to get my hair cut and have stopped by several times (looking from the window) I like to see how the person cuts and if detailed, etc. twice I went to get an appointment but they’re busy, but today I went not to the register but to the stylist, (she was cutting a gentleman’s hair) her name is Jen, I asked if I can get an appointment with her and she said she was available after him, I was so excited (still am) my hair had outgrown the style that I’ve always kept and I had a picture and she knew exactly how I wanted it cut, I’m so glad I was able to go today with rain & tornado warnings and meeting Jen, she’s such a pleasant person, I feel blessed, it’s not easy to find someone who you are comfortable with, the other ladies are super, they seemed like a great bunch 🥰🙏🏽❤️

The ladies are very friendly. I have not been back in a bit because, each stylist charges differently. Example: One stylist charged me $139.00 for highlights, basically a touch up, cut and blow dry. The next stylist I had changed me $100.00 more for the exact same services. Both times I had about two inches of new growth. Other than this issue I don’t have anything else.
