Really happy with my decision to come to this EWC location. I have been a customer for years, first in NYC and then now having moved to Florida. Their wax formula has been consistently kind to my skin but it’s the skill of the esthetician that makes all the difference. I had four services done in about an hour with Ariana and the results were flawless. She is also a wonderful conversationalist with a very warm energy (which, given what we’re doing here, helps to take the edge off 😇)

I have been going to European Wax Center in Winter Park since 2017 and really enjoy my experience each time I come in. The girls at the front counter are always so sweet. They have an app where you can change or edit your appointment but I always call and I am taken care of. I am currently on my 4th esthetician, currently seeing Gillian. The others have either moved on with their own business or career. Highly recommend! She is so professional, very fast, and my brows are always on point. I also have passes for the bikini full. Their products work great and an easy way to rack up points is scheduling in advance. They run seasonal specials as well which almost always conveniently lines up with me needing to renew my passes anyways! Give European Wax in Winter Park a try and request Gillian. You won’t regret it!

I just went here for the first time yesterday to have a wax prior to a trip. My wax aesthetician Eliana did such an amazing job and would go back to see her in a heartbeat. She was very fast and efficient - had good understanding of all of the angles, temperatures, and techniques needed for the various areas I requested and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. She is very genuine and honest and I didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me products. She did recommend the mask for me, but that was after I had asked her several questions about a bad reaction I’ve had to wax in the past.

Location and costumer service was very good. They have this really cool prepaid plans which is great if you want to keep waxing and don’t want to worry about having the money on you every time.Waiting time was a big turn off because you are supposed to be there 10mins before your appointment, which I was, and I ended up waiting 40 more minutes because the person before me got there 5mins after me and they let her go in first... that made me a little upset. They use a dark blue hard wax which kind of irritated my skin (I have sensitive skin) and I felt the wax lady had to go through the same area more than other places I’ve been to, and that’s why I’m giving 4 stars.

I’ve been a loyal customer at EWC for many years, both in NYC and here in Florida. I was so sad when my former wax specialist, Hannah, left this location but upon leaving she recommended Nandi who is an absolute gem. Not only is she a talented esthetician, but she is kind, makes great conversation, and always remembers me and what’s going on in my life even if I haven’t seen her for a couple of months. I was going to give this place 1 star because I went in to get waxed by Christina and she did a poor job. She left a lot of areas unwaxed and when I went to take a shower I was pulling out globs of purple wax out of my butt. She wasnt especially rude or anything, but it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and i felt like she couldve been more accommodating. She just flicked the wax and ripped no countdown or anything. However, I went back the next day for touch ups after deciding I wouldnt return because I wasnt satisfied with my service because my bikini line wasnt beach ready. I got a different waxer Nandi and she was just so wonderful. Super friendly and would tell me little pull then big pull after I told her I was nervous about the pain. Nandi didnt push products down my throat and even though my touch up was free I still tipped because I loved the service with her so much. If you are looking for a waxer I would 100% recommend booking with Nandi, who your waxer is will play a huge difference in your waxing experience.

I have been going to European Wax for many years. I find value in purchasing the wax pass deal, buy 9 get 3 free, during their promotional season usually held 2x a year. I love the flexibility with making appointments because they have many waxers available and they are open 7 days a week. I find convenience with the wax pass because it can be used at any of the locations.

She’s really great at giving advice on how to obtain your brow goals and not waxing too much. I booked an appointment earlier today on a whim after I decided I wanted to try out a different EWC location. This location was so much better in every way and im definitely coming back. The covid guidelines and precautions are taken very seriously and the location is so clean. I was immediately given a temperature check and offered some hand sanitizer when I walked in and was asked if I had any covid symptoms, etc. ..my wax specialist was Taylor and she was very thorough! She was very accommodating when I couldnt hold a certain position to get waxed and she offered alternatives to make it easier and more comfortable. On top of being thorough and accommodating, she was very quick and super nice! The conversation flowed so easily and im not usually one to converse during a wax. I havent gone to any other wax specialist at this location, and Im sure theyre all great, but I will definitely be going back to Taylor every time! 12/10 would recommend!!!

I’ve been coming here since October and I DO NOT regret my decision in choosing to get a wax pass. I get waxed every four weeks and the results have been AMAZING! My confidence has come back and I’m excited to be wearing a bikini again after avoiding wearing one for over a year. Before going to Tiffany (my wax tech, I had terrible PIH, inflammation and bunch of ingrown hairs. Since getting waxed by hair consistently with the added boost of her treating each ingrown hair follicle during the wax sessions (I was informed that not every wax tech there does extractions), I’ve seen major improvements in my ingrown hairs and PIH down there. I’m so pleased with how much she has helped me that I make sure to tip her well after each visit and I let her know that she is the cause of my great results. I keep telling her to create her own business and once she finally does I’ll make sure to follow her journey in her business and support her because she has helped me gain back my confidence in my body and for that I am very much grateful.
