I recently moved to Winter Park area and upon a recommendation I went to Katy at KB Skin and Bodywork. I am so happy that I did! She listens to your areas of concerns and her massage is personalized to your needs. I highly recommend her services. Ask about her packages of buy 3, and get one free. Its a great deal, and I purchased one because I know I will be returning soon.

I have been going to Katy for full body massages for about 2 years now and cannot say enough good things about her! She takes the time to listen and figure out exactly how to fix my aches and pains, checks to make sure I am always comfortable and provides a beautiful, soothing atmosphere in her lovely little studio. I also just had my teeth professionally whitened by her and am so pleased with the results! I would recommend Katy for any of the services she provides at KB Skin & Bodywork.

Came to Katys spa with what I thought was a life-long running injury in my knee. I explained it to Katy, and she was able to help me understand how all the muscles work together as a system to move different joints and muscles. She has a master-level understanding of anatomy and muscle chains and keeps a clean, peaceful, welcoming spa environment.She was able to help my body help heal itself within a month of weekly massages. Saved me from surgeries, pain prescriptions, etc...I used to wake up every morning with a stiff knee and tender foot, limping through the day, but through consistent communication and working together, now I am able to live an active and pain-free life!Katy has a gift and I encourage anyone and everyone I know to go by her spa to get some body work done!!

KB skin & Bodywork was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The suite was very relaxing and calming. Not only was the suite very aesthetically pleasing and relaxing but the massage given by Katey relieved a lot of stress and anxiety that had been built up over time, by massaging intently through the tightness of muscles in the shoulders I had. OMG! Katy was amazing. I have had facial pain, tension headaches, neck and upper back pain. So far we have only done one session and I feel amazing. Her hands are magical. I love the way she communicated with me as well answered every question. Pointed out parts of my body that were causing the pain. I left being able to fully move my next again. I am so thankful. KB Skin & Bodywork is truly a healing sanctuary. I regularly see Katy for a 90 minute deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic massage or ultrasonic cavitation. I always look forward to every appointment I have with Katy. The studio is extremely sanitized, serene, and welcoming. There is a dry infrared sauna in studio to maximize the benefits of treatments. The products carried are leaders in the beauty industry, for example the Jan Marini skincare line and technology such as Sollift. While Katy offers many services ranging from facials, peels, waxing, body contouring, etc. each session is catered to the clients individual needs.This makes her extremely unique, highly skilled, and trustworthy. Katy is full of light. Its easy to feel comfortable/have a conversation when discussing any of your concerns, as well as asking any question that may come to mind at any point of the service. She is a wealth of knowledge and continuously learning the latest in her line of work, while still incorporating her personal, effective methods. While our mind and body is constantly evolving with lifes circumstances, having a local, trusted professional to visit and gain a rapport has innumerable benefits to maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle. I have noticed a huge difference when I am regularly getting treated versus not. After the appointment, I feel brought back to life and Katy always follows up with clients to check in post-treatment. This is my third trip and the consistency in the professionalism is remarkable! Katy’s naturally warm hands is a signature touch you aren’t likely to find any other place. Haley is equally amazing! Her hands may not start like Katy’s but once she gets started.... AMAZING! I actually enjoyed Haley’s cool touch during my facial on my last visit. It was the perfect finish after the extraction session. Here is something you may think is a compromise, THE SAUNA! It is a MUST!!! The only problem is makes you want a nice dinner and movie right after. The struggle! Overall the service is exceptional! It’s something a hardworking person like myself realizes I need more often and so do you so BOOK NOOOOWWWWW!!!!

I had a facial with Kady, and it was absolutely my best skincare treatment I’ve ever had. She even stayed after her scheduled appointments for me Bc the original therapist had not been able to make it, so instead of canceling, she took my appointment. Thank goodness, Bc her treatment was exactly what I needed. She was informative and left my skin feeling totally rejuvenated. And the massage portion of the facial was unexpected and so, so appreciated. I will 100% be back for the massage/facial bundle next time. Oh, and her office and treatment room are gorgeously decorated! 10/10!
