I was greeted right away as I walked through the door with a friendly smile and felt welcomed right away, as I was getting my pedicure, only being honest, I felt very unwelcomed , she didn’t say hi, how was the water , was the chair comfortable enough it if it needed adjusting, absolutely not one word throughout the whole pedicure, didn’t ask if I liked it, my thoughts were definitely I’m not coming back to this place again!! But then when I got my nails done, by the same lady , she was totally different 🤷🏻‍♀️ she started talking to me, struck up a conversation and then I started to feel more relaxed being there.. all in all very good job on the nails and that’s the most important part!!! I will be giving them a second chance, the price was right and like I said , I’m happy with my nails

Tony is the best, he takes care of my nails and toes and goes above and beyond. I also get my eyebrows done here and every one does a good job. The customer service is top notch, we highly recommend Oasis Spa & Nails.

I love the way my nails were done!! Hannah took the time, paid attention to detail and did not rush like most other nail salons!! I will definately be a returning customer! I went back a few days later for a pedicure and it was the best pedicure ever!!

Jenny was amazing. She clearly takes pride in her work. She took her time and provided me with the most amazing stone and leg massage I have ever had. I wasn’t real sure about my polish initiallyand she was very patient and responsive and it turned out beautiful. I highly recommend Oasis and Jenny.

I have actually been a regular with Oasis since 2014! I adore getting my nails done and they always help me feel so pampered. The salon is always clean and has fun yet chill music playing which lends to the atmosphere. My regular nail specialist is Nancy but I don’t mind going to others when I need a quick fix (but I do usually plan in advance as they can be busy!)In short, I love this salon and despite moving to Lakeland 3 years ago, I still make the trek out to Winter Haven just for this treat!

Ive been looking for a good Spot to get my nails done and Although this place is a bit far from where I live but it is Definitely well worth it. Hannah Did my mani pedi and let me tell you she fixed the mess that i came in with, my nails on my hands and feet broke and got damaged with all the home projects and they were looking mighty Ratchet but Hannah revived them and they look decent now! Also I picked the perfect day to get them done, its My niece/God Daughters birthday so I took her to get her very First Mani Pedi😉💅😁🤷❤

Beautiful spa layout with attractive centerpiece.Nail techs wear gloves and foot spa has disposable liner.Very informative marketing being displayed to demonstrate other spa services.If you love lavender the lavender pedicure is what you want. The whole session was very calm and relaxing. The lavender pedicure lasted 48 minutes (yes I timed it,I started timer when foot soak began and stopped timer when nail tech finished painting toe nails)Suggested Improvements:I did note a price discrepancy the price flyer provided in the salon and salons website did not have the same price. Price flyer showed $36 and website $45. I planned to pay for $45 but if the price did change it is the responsibility of the salon to remake flyers with the correct price.Nail technician should be more customer oriented rather than answer cell phone when technician has a client in the chair.Overall I had a good experience and would return to try other pedicures.

The whole experience was great, the woman who attended me made sure my nails were clean, no excess nail polish, nails were trimmed perfectly, no unevenness. I chose a white nail polish and she made sure to fully coat, leaving no see through marks. Amazing staff as well, super sweet. Definitely recommend!!

I have gone here a couple of times now and I must say, in ALL of the nail salons O have been in, this is by far the best. They have many options, and if you can get past the fact that there will always be at least 1 person you cant understand, there are some that you can.This most recent time I got a woman named Linda. She was very kind, spoke clearly, friendly, and I didnt feel uncomfortable with her touching my feet. She isnt the FASTEST but she is very quality and asked me on separate occasions if I was satisfied, which I dont hear very often. And she was NOT rough.Overall, I had a very positive experience and I recommend this salon rather than others in the area.

I go here to get my nails done by Christine she does a fantastic job. But during my visit today I was a little upset because a nail Tech walking by basically insulted me by calling me fat in his language they should really be careful what they say in Vietnamese because some of us could understand the language. Overall my experience was great I love getting my nails done by Christine never disappointed and its hard to find a great nail tech.

Best manicure! nice staff plus the prices werent too bad. i got a powder dip polish and it looks fabulous! so many colors to choose from! i waited about 15 mins no appt and was out of there in about 1 hr and 15 mins. cost $38 plus tip $5. Ill definitely go back, very satisfied! 🙂the price of the powder dip went up to $55!also I r recommend the botanical garden pedi, absolutely worth the $55 for that.

Ive been all over aurburndale and winter haven and I always find myself disappointed. I started coming to oasis spa 7 years and I have not had one bad experience. I recently found 2 technicians that make my month when I come here. Tony does an excellent pedicure, he really should be in massage therapy. Hes very thorough and you can tell he takes pride in his job. I found Hannah that does amazing designs and even a checker board on your nail. CRAZY! she gets my shape and colors right everytime and always had a bright smile and attitude. Ive been to many technicians that work here and honestly they are all amazing but these 2 are my favorite Ask for either of these 2 technicians and you wont be disappointed.

I had a great experience. I have lived in Winter Haven for over a year and have been disappointed with how my nails have turned out at almost all the area salons I have tried. I have only been here once so far (going back for a fill today), I have to say that Bon did an amazing job! I havent been this satisfied with my nails in a long time. We had a mix up with my toe polish matching my finger nails...it was close but you could notice the difference once in the sunlight. I went back in and explained to the manager about the mix up. They fixed it with no issues and were very polite. My experience did not reflect anything close to some of the reviews Im seeing. Its been 2 and a half weeks and outside of needing a fill my nails still look pretty.

Quiet environment. Clean. Good selection of services. I usually get gel on my finger nails and a basic pedicure with regular polish on my toes and it runs me $54 + tip. They have implemented a VIP card so remember to ask for one if you intend to frequent the establishment. It will save you money. Most all of the techs are great, but I generally ask for Hanna if she is available.

This is a great place. I love coming here to get my nails done in any which way whether acrylic or gel or dip powders and lots of nail art. I love their hand painted nail art. This is the best place in WinterHaven I believe in my opinion because the place aesthetically is beautiful and clean, and the people who work here are professional and kind. I would write my nail techs name here but I don’t want to share her. 😂 just come try it out for yourself. Oh and they also have a rewards program!! Yup!

Hanna is absolutely the best!! The amount of care and effort she puts into every single visit is the reason I keep coming back to her. I’ve had a couple issues with appointments and communication that have upset me but her service makes up for it. Overall everyones great! Plus u can have a glass of wine brought over from next door!

It can be hit and miss. Pedicure chairs are great. They will attempt to up-sell the heck out of you, but I’m usually all in for that so it doesn’t bother me. Some nail techs are very inattentive (using their phone while they do your manicure or pedicure for example). Overall experience is good, but not fabulous.

Made an appointment with Lee. He did a great job. Just wish he would do ombre! I went with my daughter and Cindy did her nails and wont be again. She made her bleed and when my daughter told her it hurt, she kept doing it. She wanted sunflowers over black and even I could have done better. They upcharge for everything! I highly recommend Lee if you book. Also, not sure why you cant sit with the person you came with especially when its my daughter (12) and has had the same issue every time and are rough with her.

I really love this place. The only reason Im giving it 4 star was because of my last visit. Now Ive only been a few times before with Micheal. Hes the only reason why I went back. He really took his time each time so I leave happy. However the last time I went he wasnt there it was his day off. I couldnt come back so I decided to let someone else do it. Now I dont remember name of the lady who did them but I did not like that she kept getting up to tend to other employees. She kept tending to waiting customers and would stop working on my nails every 5 minutes. They have a receptionist to do that but I guess that wasnt enough for her. Since she was very distracted my nails were crooked and after being there too long I just wanted to leave. The only reason I will still go back is for Micheal and the fact it is a nice place. Anyone thinking of trying the place I highly recommend him.

Truly loved it! Its my second time going here, but first manicure. I got Melissa for my nails and Jennifer for my Brazilian.Melissa did an exceptional job with my nails and was quick, but thorough. Ill definitely be returning for my pedicure!Jennifer did a great job as well with my Brazilian waxing (obviously since I returned lol). I wish Id known about them sooner!

I love Oasis! I go here regularly to get both my nails and toes done. My 4 year old loves to go with me and get her toes done and the staff is always really great with her! I typically try to have Hanna or Melissa do but nails but everyone is amazing. Highly recommend this salon.

This is a nice and clean salon. I had a very good experience. All tools were either disposable or new. They put a liner in the pedicure tub. My tech was nice and took her time. There is a wine bar next door that will deliver a glass (or two!) of wine while you are being pampered! I will definitely return!

Love this place. The atmosphere is great and all of the employees are super nice! Ive been going to them for almost 3 years now and very rarely do I have any issues. The only downside is you likely need an Appointment. They do accept walk ins but on a Saturday or Sunday you might have a long wait time before you get in without an appointment.

Oasis is one of the best run nail salons in PC. Ive been to most of them and always end up back with them. I use the technician who goes by Lee. He does a great job on my nails. They never break, chip or crack. He cleans the nails which you rarely find a nail tech who will do that without being asked. He takes his time and it shows! I get tons of compliments on how pretty my nails are. His pedicures are just as great!

I had a wonderful pedicure with a young lady there who did a good job. I had the charcoal spa pedicure which I recommend for tired achy feet if your person that works on your feet or day this is the best service to get. I love the fact that I could sit in the chair and get a massage while getting my feet done. They have a lot of services there including microblading. And the best part you can do all of this an order from the Wine Bar Next Door they will deliver you a glass of wine that you can enjoy while getting your services.
