    It was a full house when I visited this salon on a Thursday evening after work. Its very clean and cute. The wait was pretty long but it was well worth it. The owners were very nice and accommodating and apologetic about my having to wait so long. The technicians were really nice and my pedicure and manicure with dip powder was everything I expected. I think I have found my nail salon in West Palm.

    As soon as I walked in , the staff was friendly and their place is clean and neat decorations and smells great in here . My child was with me and they do nails so good I was able to get it done even with a child and he was patient and understanding and did my nails really good . I highly recommend this place and I’ll be back every week ❤️

    I been coming here a little after Victoria bought the place. Just got to say that I can’t AND won’t go anywhere else this is my girl. She and Steven they do a very great job. I had such bad luck before coming to them, my nails were always lifting in a week always had a problem with misshaping nails. Not any more I have no complaints, always in love with her job. I leave the salon happy as can’t be. Let’s not talk about their hospitality they are great. Treat the customers like family. My nails stay intact until I go for my next refill. I got to say Victoria spoil the heck out of me. I love them all from them to all the workers they greet me with hellos and ask me about my family they are just fantastic. If yall have not gone here,take my word and visit you would not REGRET IT. They are GREAT FANTASTIC PEOPLE. Also they have great and affordable prices. 🥰🥰🥰

    Victoria and her staff are amazing! I refuse to go anywhere else! Stephen always does my nails exactly how I like them and will duplicate any design or look I show him. Victoria kills it on my eyebrows as well! Best nail salon I have ever been to! They just remodeled as well and its gorgeous. They treat you like family and now all my friends and family are coming here as well!

    Ive been coming here now for about 4-5 months and I can tell you that I LOVE IT HERE! I bring Victoria crazy ideas and pictures of what I want done and she does NOT disappoint EVER! I recently went to her to get my bridesmaid nails done for a wedding I was attending and I couldnt fully make up my mind but she led me the right direction and created a masterpiece!     My sister Anna went there today 9-1-24 and what an amazing job I wasnt crazy about her last set but these are absolutely perfect nails 💅 size shape color thickness roundness of the nail perfect 10/10 and she got both Mani and Pedi done at once ⭐⭐ quickness with perfection great job that is very rare these days ❤️❤️💅💅💅 you just gained two new clients see you soon ❤️🙏💪💅

    WOW, great customer service. This was my first time coming here. I had just got off from work and went straight there. I wanted a full set and was offered a pedicure. I voiced to the lady that my feet were sweaty from work and she said “that’s no problem we get paid to take care of you!” Lol she had a great positive attitude so I was like I might as well. here’s the best part… I got my pedicure and full set done at the same time!!! Idk about y’all but I’ve never had that type of service lol I felt like royalty😂 I definitely recommend this place!!! Glad I found a new nail salon.

    What a great nail salon. First off I have tried several different nail salons in the area. I always get a full set, dip powder, and either an ombré or a cool design. It always takes at least 1.5-2 hours. Steven is a champ and both times I’ve come He’s finished up in a quick hour, and does amazingly detailed work in that short of time. Not lumpy or too thin or too thick!! He’s got steady skilled hands that do the work fast.Also they’re so sweet! I had a small wait for my appointment - but it was Saturday during peak hours, so no big. The lady who runs the desk was very apologetic and just likable over all.I will say it’s one of the more pricier salons I’ve been to, but you get what you pay for!

    Been coming for well over 5 years since I moved to wpb this is the best salon in the area!!! Victoria and Steven are amazing!!!!!! Never a complaint from me and I’m sooo picky with my nails but never bat an eye once here, I could actually relax and let them do their beautiful work.. most importantly they treat you like family, always asking about the family ! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! A one stop shop for all your needs!! If I could rate them higher then 5 stars I actually would 100 out of 100!!

    I almost dont want to leave a review because I dont want people making my wait longer , but this was my first time here and I loved it !! I believe JADEN did my nails at least I think thats his name lol. He was very attentive and meticulous about everything he did with my nails.He said when you come here you dont waste your money and to come back in three weeks for my fill in ...the way these nails are looking I think I may just push it to 4 ...Im a nurse and mother and my hands are in water all the time.I love these they are so well done, shiny and cute ...Ill be back soon

    GREAT JOB CITY NAILS....Im a 47 year old man and today I went with my 14 year old daughter for the first time to get a manicure and a pedicure. My daughter chose City Nails on Okeechobee Blvd. I could not be Happier with the service and pricing we received. We were welcomed with open arms and treated as royalty, the manager explained all the services to me as this is my first experience doing this. I cant say enough Good things about the entire staff and the service we received. GREAT JOB CITY NAILS.

    Steven is amazing ! Does an awesome job with my nails every time. The shape is perfect the style is exactly what I ask for and he’s fast . Never disappointed when I leave. Will never go to another nail salon. Victoria keeps me updated with my appointment and if they are running early she lets me know to come in ahead of time. Love them!Ben is the best with my pedicure. Uses great pressure to massage my feet especially after being on my feet all day! My biggest complaint was that I never had anyone massage my feet and legs with enough strength. When he’s done I’m literally almost asleep in the chair!They are just the best. Definitely won’t be disappointed here with them !!

    Victoria is the best. Listen it is worth the wait! Like the saying goes all great things come to those who wait. Her staff is amazing all sweet and they make you feel at home. Finding a good nail staff is like finding a good husband! Hard to come by. I love going to them. I never make an appointment (cause honestly I’m a free spirit and i always forget) and she always welcomes me with open arms and fits me in even when they are slammed busy and my nails always comes out GREAT AND DOES NOT LOOK SLOPPY OR RUSHED!!! It’s a grate vibe y’all check her and the staff out! ( no I’m not being sponsored or getting a discount this is my honest opinion and I’ve experienced worst nail salons and this place has been a breath of fresh air and amazing with good prices and they also take care of your nails!!!)

    Nice techs. This will be my 4th time returning and no matter who does my nails they always do a great job. I convinced my husband to get his first pedicure and he enjoyed the experience. I love the way Jennifer does my pedicures. My feet always feel clean and supple afterwards. Glad I googled them bc I haven’t had the best experiences with nail salons the 10 years Ive lived in PBC.Update: years later and I am still a regular customer. Victoria, Too, Steven and the entire staff have become family to me. They always take care of me, my sister, my husband or anyone I send to them. I just love them. They are some of the most hardworking, genuine and caring people. They try their hardest to provide outstanding care. Some people are just unreasonable. I’ve witnessed how rude some customers are to them but they handle it with grace.

    I am visiting from out of town and chose to come to City Nails based off the reviews. I am so glad I did! They were clean, fast, professional and very creative! Steven did my nails and asked all the right questions to give me EXACTLY what I wanted. Suri did our pedicures and was great! I would highly recommend City Nails!

    Was recommended by a friend to visit City Nails. Very impressed. Although it was a bit busy, I had an appointment and only waiting 5 mins. Two did my nails and honestly my nails having looked this well in quite some time. Now the pedicure was excellent, Ben took his time and gave a great massage. This is a small gem! Highly recommend.

    Steven and Victoria are THE BEST! Not only do they provide exceptional services, but their customer service is #1! They are professional but also very social with their customers, always making them feel welcome. Their shop is always clean, very well maintained and pleasant atmosphere.I have brought numerous friends and family members here and will continue to do so! They treat my daughter and me like family. That, in itself, is worth the trip!

    This salon is AWESOME!!!! This is my second time visiting this salon and I was VERY impressed both times. It looks like every tech does a great job but Steven is my go to!!!!! I waited to do my review because I found that at other salons my nails may be pretty walking out the door but after a few days you notice ALL the flaws. But when I tell yall my nails STILL looked GREAT when I went back a WHOLE MONTH later!!!!! YES I found a winner!!!!! Also, I got a gel pedicure the first time I went and still dont need a new pedicure!!! I apologize that I can not remember the beautiful latina womens name who did my pedicure but it is the young lady with the LONG red hair ❤!!!! I would give this salon 10 STARS if I could!

    So Im literally in the parking lot writing this reviewThis was my first time at City Nails. I had Victoria and another woman do my pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was beyond amazing. Im very picky and critical about things. Most call me a perfectionist. I keep looking at my pedicure because they literally look flawless. The woman didnt talk much but she treated my feet with patience & care.Now for my manicure. I got a gel acrylic done by Victoria. Shes very friendly & was very patient with me. Im very indecisive and when I dont like something I tend not to say anything. She kept asking me if everything was done to my liking as she did it and if it wasnt she would fix it immediately. I stopped getting acrylics for a while because every nail salon I would go to wouldnt do it to my liking.No joke this was the best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had. I live in Palm Beach so its 30 mins away but this place is well worth the drive!Tip ***Dont come on the weekends, Im told theyre always beyond busy

    This salon is amazing! The customer service is significantly above and beyond the service of any other salon. I get my nails and feet done regularly and have tried many salons on the area to no avail. I was established at a salon in stuart and it was by happenstance that I ended up here to try this place out. And I will NEVER go anywhere else. The salon manager Victoria is extremely pleasant and has created a very welcoming environment which never fails to deliver exceptional service time after time!

    I didnt have an appointment and The wait was kinda long which I completely understand. they sat me in a chair and turned on the massage feature while I waited which I thought was very considerate. Staff was very friendly. My only dislikes were that my fill in kinda looks like I already need another fill in (picture taken day after nails were done) and the woman who did my toes was a little aggressive and my cuticle is still hurting 2 days later.

    Victoria and Tu are both amazing. I always make sure to have an appointment and they are super accommodating of my schedule. They both do phenomenal work, whether it be a basic mani pedi, nexgen, or acrylics. So does Stephen, I have had him a couple of times if either of the women are not available. They recently remodeled and it looks beautiful in there and I always have a great experience.

    Thank God I made an appointment they r very busy. They did a great job I got a manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows waxed for 65$ not bad. The place is nice clean. The only thing is three people do one thing so I tipped all three to be fair. I felt ablagated which made it more expensive., but I will still go back.

    This is by far the best place in west Palm beach for a manicure or pedicure. I am a frequent customer and come weekly for the last 5 years and know the owner and her husband and they are by far the best is in the business. If you haven’t come here you haven’t had the best .     The customer service here is really good and the nail techs did a good job the reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because they try to make you get something more expensive than what you want. I wanted regular polish on my toes but they try to convince you to get gel which I didn’t like.
