    The staff and Dr. Wassef is absolutely amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and professional. The minute you walk in, you are greeted warmly by their outstanding receptionists. The office manager Karene is fantastic, and she also does amazing facials. Dr. Wassef and his MA are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this doctor.

    I started to notice, but refused to believe that my hair was shedding terribly! Bought everything on the market, nothing worked.I shared my concern with a dear friend who suggested Dr Wassef.     I had such a wonderful experience at DCSI dermatology office. The staff was incredibly kind and courteous, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the minute I walked in.     My kids and I have been patients of Kristen Hafner PA, for many years now. Kristen is a very intelligent and skilled dermatologist and she has such a great bedside manner (especially with kids).     Dr Wassef is an amazing, gentle, kind and most importantly a genius in dermatology, I took my 12 year old granddaughter to him for a skin condition no other Dr could get under control, he took one look at her, made his diagnosis and prescribed a cream, explained to her how to treat it and in 2 weeks it was 99% gone. We are so grateful to be a patient of Dr Wassef and be under his care. His office staff is professional and always on point, smiling, courteous and pleasant to speak with. Dr Wassef is the pot of gold you find after the rainbow .

    Dr. Wassef is wonderful. He cares for his patients, very friendly and knows what heā€™s doing. Also, his staff are very nice and polite. I also met his wife and she is as nice as the doctor. We talked as we knew each other for a long time. I was very pleased to have chosen him as my dermatologist. If you need one, go and see him. He has a great bed side manner. He will be my dermatologist forever.

    I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Wassef and his entire staff at DCSI. The care and follow-up have been outstanding.After a less-than-satisfactory experience with a different dermatologist I reached out to DCSI and explained what happened. I immediately had an appointment booked and went in for an initial exam.The DCSI Wellington facility is up to date and very well managed and staffed. Everyone on staff is attentive and very professional and put me completely at ease. Dr. Wassef has an excellent manner; he is a good listener, very direct and explains what the issue is and what the solutions are. Just what you want from a health care provider.It turns out I had a spot on my back that required an excision. The previous dermatologist had completely overlooked that spot, so I was pleased to have the issue resolved in a timely manner. I had some follow-up concerns regarding this procedure but was immediately attended to and everything turned out fine.I have also been dealing with a case of psoriasis for the past 55 years. Although I have been proscribed various creams and lotions that brought little temporary relief, nothing gave me long-term relief. Dr. Wassef prescribed VTAMA cream, but my Medicare Advantage provider (Humana) denied coverage for that medication. I contacted DCSI and they provided samples while appealing that decision. I noticed results with the cream within 3-4 days. Ultimately, on the basis of the appeal, Humana agreed to provide the coverage for the VTAMA. So, I am completely satisfied with the treatment proscribed, DCSI advocating for my care and relief from my psoriasis for the first time Iā€™m my life.So, Iā€™m extremely thankful for the care Iā€™ve received from Dr. Wassef and the entire staff at DCSI and I give them my highest recommendation.

    My name is Gerry D. I had surgery on my leg in RI. I had squamous cells removed. The open wound was the size of a half dollar. It was painful. I wasnā€™t sure if it was healing right. Found Dr Wassef on the internet. I tried to call a few dermatologist and none would take me because I was a new patient. I live in Florida only in the winter. When I called Dr. Wassefā€™s office, Judy answered the phone. She was so willing to help me. She could hear the worry in my voice. She told me to come to the office right away and they would take care of me. Dr Wassef was wonderful. He put me on the right path for healing and by the following week the cream he prescribed as well as a drink for wound healing, my wound had improved 100%. I just love him and his staff. Everyone is so pleasant and kind! I highly recommend them!

    Dr. Mounir M. Wassef and his very professional staff at the Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery Institute are simply incredible in every detail. Nearly a year ago I decided to research South Florida for a highly reviewed dermatologist and the clear choice after my conducting a comprehensive review was the D & C S. Most recently I noticed a suspicious looking to me, possible melanoma skin concern. Immediately I called D & C S to set an appointment. As I had previously experienced, the receptionist was attentive and I had an appointment in 2 days, which has been similarly the same lead time for my previous appointments made. Dr. Wassef and his professional staff have proven themselves to me time and again. I have complete faith and trust in this medical facility. Iā€™ve never felt rushed and he always asks if I have any other questions. Heā€™s awesome. Also, on my most recent visit last week, while waiting briefly in the lobby for my appointment, I overheard the cordial voice of the receptionist as she answered the numerous telephone calls for appointments and her pleasantness was supported by her very genuine smile. The same genuine smiles that have cordially greeted me each and every instance with this organization led by Dr. Wassef!

    I have had several experiences to use DCSI, and I have been extremely happy with each. The worst was a cancer on my hand which had to be excised from a difficult area. Dr. Wassef did a fantastic job and although the incision was over 1.5 long, today you cannot even find a scar! I recommend him highly!

    I had to schedule about 3-4 weeks in advance for an appointment which I will gladly take at any office in exchange for the service I was met with at DCSI. The front desk staff made it a point to stop what they were doing to greet me when I walked in, and since I had already filled out new patient paperwork from their website I didnā€™t have to fill anything else out before being seen. I was quickly taken back to meet the PA and doctor who was very friendly and quickly addressed all of my concerns including an excision. From walking in the door to making final payments was 20 minutes total. Kudos to this office for running so efficiently! I appreciate my time being respected and concerns being addressed so quickly.

    Excellent Dr. And Excellent service. I felt like they really cared and wanted to help me. I had a painful situation and called their office around 10 am and they were able to see me at 2:30 the same day. It was an excellent experience from Karene taking good care of me on the phone as to the Dr. Bedside professionalism and the nurses caring for my well being. THANK YOU!     What a find! The office staff here are the most patient, kind and helpful group of individuals we have ever come across. While traveling from out of state they accommodated us and worked us into their busy schedule with little notice.     Beyond happy with my experience in Dr. Wassefā€™s office. He has completely changed my skin for the better and fixed my acne. I came in asking to take Accutane, not fully informed of my options.     I never write reviews but this is an exception for me because this doctor is really amazing. I live with fear of doctors and it is extremely hard for me to find doctors that are willing to deal with my phobia. Dr. Wassef is one of those extraordinary doctors that makes you feel like a family member not a patient.. He takes his time with you to listen to your concerns. He does not rush you out of your appt. He is through, with a great bedside manner. It does not stop their, his staff is also amazing.     If only Dr. Wassef could be my primary, dentist or any other specialist doctor I ever needed! Dr. Wassef is the epitome of what every doctor should aspire to be in their medical profession.     I came here after trying to self treat what I thought was ring worm. I regret not asking a professional sooner because the itchiness was driving me crazy after 3 months of no progress. I had eczema šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø and making the inflammation worse with antifungals. I had other concerns and he was able to address it on the spot. Dr. Wassef talks to you like a normal person and has good beside manners when needing to undress for examination. Before I left I was so relieved to have gone here to treat my concerns. I love that the office looks clean and spacious and the aesthetics are a nice touch. My first visit had very little wait time to see the doctor. My follow up visit took maybe 10-15 minutes waiting but overall fast. I also saw Lexy for a new skincare routine for my acne scared face and hyperpigmentation. Ive only been using it for 4 sweeks and Im already seeing improvement with my kit. Needless to say, Im stoked I picked this place to be my dermatology care center.

    I came to see Dr. Wassef because I had a small pimple-like mark on my cheek which turned out to be a skin cancer. However, during my examination Dr. Wassef noticed a small irregular mole on my back and he did a biopsy. Bad news. It was a melanoma. I was honestly scared when I got the call. Luckily, it was very early stage and he was able to cut out the cancer and I walked away with about 5 inches of stitches. No joke. Dr. Wassef saved my life. If he hadnā€™t seen that melanoma, I could have had metastatic cancer. I canā€™t stress how important it is to get an annual exam, or if you have a lot of moles and freckles like me, get an exam every 4-6 months. It can save your life. Dr. Wassef is a pro, he has a great personality, and a capable and friendly staff. I canā€™t recommend his dermatology office enough. I feel so blessed to have such a good doctor. Health is wealth so donā€™t take yours for granted.

    If youā€™re looking for a dermatologist, dont look any further. Dr. Mountie Wassef is the best dermatologist Iā€™ve ever seen.He is so knowledgeable, very skilled, very detailed and very friendly doctor. I had rashes on my ankle and leg. The itchiness kept me awake for many sleepless nights for many weeks. Dr. Wassef prescribed a magic cream and the rashes and itchiness disappeared within days. Now I can sleep peacefully again.     I am so happy I decided to go see Dr. Wassef! I had a growth on the tip of my nose that randomly developed about 3 years ago and I hated it because of the way it made my face look. I went to a dermatologist previously who did not give me the results I was looking for as the growth came back six months after receiving a punch biopsy. Dr. Wassef was very professional and friendly upon our first meeting. He immediately knew what to do and didnā€™t hesitate with executing his plan which was to shave off the growth. He sent it in for a biopsy and his office called me promptly with the results. During the follow up visit he was very informative by explaining the results of the biopsy. He was so happy with the results as was I. I no longer have the growth on my nose and I was assured it shouldnā€™t return. This time I feel confident that it wonā€™t either. Iā€™m so happy with the results and I feel confident that Dr. Wassef would be excellent at assisting me with whatever else I need! It was also a plus that I never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment !

    I had my first appointment today and to my surprise I got a phone call the day of my appointment saying I had missed my 10:00.     I visited DCSI with my daughter who was visiting from New York. We had a wonderful experience. Dr. Wassef was very professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to my daughter and she was very comfortable with the what the doctor diagnosed. He performed two biopsies and he was very gentle and explained everything to her before he started. After the procedure his nurse Nicole gave her directions on what she should do at home and how to take care of her incisions. I would recommend DCSI without hesitation.

    Dr. Wassef and his staff are AMAZING!My 10 year old son had an extremely large wart on his right hand. After taking him to another doctor twice and being told they could not help him and that I needed to take my son to a hand surgeron to have the wart removed surgically because she could not help my son. I was so disappointed and upset that a doctor was actually refusing to help my son. The wart became so large it would bleed, leak clear fluid and was very painful.I did a little research and found Dr. Wassef, as soon as I called the ladies who helped me over the phone were helpful and had no problem in answering all my questions and they understood my concerns. The day of my sons appointment arrived and Dr. Wassef was very nice, had great manners, a very fun personality, most of all he knew how to help my son. He said there was no need to surgerically remove the wart. He treated my sons wart and sure enough a week later my son had NO more wart on his hand.The treatment was fast and easy and I was assured by Dr. Wassef the wart would fall off and that is what happened. A few days after our appointment I contacted the office and it was the weekend to ask the doctor a question. Although I knew the office was closed I left a message and I was SO surprised that a few hours later Dr. Wassef called me and answered all my questions.At the end of all this is please make sure to reach out to Dr. Wassef and his staff if you need the BEST Dermatologist in town. This cyst on my mid back/neck was infected and turning into a grapefruit .     I just left here due to me having an area I wanted him to look at.This is my second time here and never have I had to wait more than 5 minutes. Every person I encountered here really seems to like their job. They have smiles on their faces and seem happy to be there. Well as happy as you can be at work - we all know those people who make is seem like they are doing you a favor by taking your insurance card or answering questions? Not here. There is a really good staff and friendly.Now for the Dr. So I am waiting in the room to show him this spot on my leg and lets face it - no one likes needles or getting cut open but I really really really hate needles. So the Dr walks in and I told him I was there for him to look at something but I really wanted him to just give me a cream and send me home and I promise to put it on as many times a day as he says lol he laughs and said Sure we can do it over the phone if you like totally down to earth response that had to make you laugh. But secretly I was like whew I dont have to get cut open today lol.Anyway he called in a script to my pharmacy and told me if it doesnt go away in 2 weeks I have to come back for removal. Ok Doc thats fair!There is nothing better than having a Dr. who you can feel comfortable with and does not want to biopsy every thing.So happy I found this Dermatologist!Oh he does Botox and stuff like that but did I say I hate needles :)
