My first ever manicure and pedicure. Looks great! I opted for regular polish. They have so many colors to pick! I’m not sure who did my treatments because I don’t recall her introducing herself. She spoke little to no English but was very sweet. I will return. I had an appointment so no wait!

I believe Francine was helping me out today. It was my first time having her do my nails and brows and they are amazing! The nails are EXACTLY what i wanted and are the PERFECT almond shape. I am more than happy with how my eyebrows turned out also! If you go here, ask for Francine, she is new at escape nails but definitely not new at doing nails. She is amazing and very friendly!

I have going to your salon since y’all opened - it was beautiful! I have sent many locals and visitors to you. But I have a few suggestions; please do keep the pedicure rooms so dreamy and peaceful - rehang the lively curtains - looks like every one of them is falling down! Not expensive but we see it!

So happy I found my nail tech Nikki .I myself have OCD tendencies, and I love the fact that she is such a perfectionist. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable and to accommodate every need. She has even rearranged her own schedule to accommodate mine.

My first time yesterday at Escape was getting a pedicure. Also, it was the first day at the salone as well for my nail tech Francine! Couldnt have asked for better nail tech! I just moved to Wellen Park and was looking for a new nail salon. I saw Escape Nail Spa next to Publix and walked in. Everyone was friendly and the salon was very clean. Within 10 minutes, Annie started applying my pink and white nails. I could instantly tell she was quite proficient, and I can say without hesitation, this is the best nail application I have ever had. Escape Nail Spa is my new salon! ❤️

I love this place! They have such a great time with each other and it has a great atmosphere. I didn’t feel rushed (made an appt) like so many other local places. I’ve been to so many and this is one of the best. Grace is amazing and my daughter had a wonderful guy that did an amazing design. She finally walked out of a salon with what she brought in for a reference and he nailed it. If someone can respond with his name so he can get credit, that would be great. We really enjoyed the staff. Everyone was fun and friendly. Our only suggestion is for staff to give more attention to the details when painting toes. One person had 2 coats of nail polish and the other only had 1 coat of nail polish. Additionally, there were spots of polish left on the skin of the toes, rather than cleaned off. I suspect more brilliant lighting would help. Thank you! I’ll come again.

Very nice, clean professionally looking place. The technician I had was new, very sweet and accommodating. The website does not reflect current prices. I went in for a polish change on both toenails and fingernails - $10.00 and $8.00 on the website. I was charged $12.00 and $10.00. When I mentioned that to the woman who seemed in charge, she said when you call, ask how much it will be... I suggested she update the website. Also, I heard her talking to another customer that a combination manicure and pedicure is $35, the website states $39.The technician fixed a broken nail which I was prepared to pay for. There was a discussion that I could not hear between the technician and the woman in charge. Apparently they are not supposed to do that and i was not charged.All in all, the prices were still competitive and I was happy with the results. They should just update the website.

This is absolutely the nicest salon I have attended in this area! The design allows more privacy and LESS NOISE! The chairs are so luxurious-best I have experienced! The chairs are sectioned with sheer spa draperies and beautiful soft lighting-quality design and mindful, for increased relaxation! All the staff went above and beyond to work as a team to provide the level of quality service you would wish for! They all seemed genuinely HAPPY! They take appointments and are open on SUNDAY!! Absolutely beautiful experience!

My technicians were both very friendly and the overall mood felt light and fun. The shop is clean as well. My only complaint is that some of the paint is overtop my cuticles, so when my nails start to grow the paint will begin to chip and peel away meaning they won’t last a full two weeks like they should. I honestly run into this at almost every nail salon I try. I wish they were a little more careful.

I just got to Florida from Chicago for vacation and Escape Nails was my first stop. I have gone to other nail spas in the area and was anxious to try a new spot. I will definitely be back. The place was spotless with a very warm vibe in the pedicure area. The massage chairs are next level. Kevin did my pedicure and did an amazing job. The price is right and the manager was super helpful and grateful for our business. I would give them a 12 out of 10!

A week ago Tuesday, I made an appointment to go to Escape Nails. This was my first visit here, I decided to try it out because there were good reviews and it was close and convenient for me. When I got there, they got me right in, and on time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of their business as well. I wanted a French mani/pedi with gel polish. Tina did an awesome job, paying close attention to detail, and taking her time to make both the manicure and the pedicure perfect. We went to Fort Myers Beach for the weekend, and did a lot of walking all over, including on the beach, and my toes and nails still look fantastic! I will definitely be going back and would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my first pedicure in 2 months. the precautions with masks and social distancing were fine ; However, the gentleman at the desk was not wearing a mask and frequently traveled about the salon. When I paid he touched my credit card and my phone to remove the 15% credit for returning. I did not like these things. Please get a machine where I can keep possession of my card. Also ask this gentleman to wear a mask.Marcy was great.
