    I strongly recommend this nail salon. Tim is the absolute best. He is so creative and thorough. He will shape your nails to perfection. I will not go anywhere else. The customer service and work is top notch. I am super picky about my nails but Tim gets them right every single time without me having to say a word. He is so friendly and kind. I love this place! Try it out....trust me, you wont be disappointed.*Update*Michael did mine and my daughters nails on our most recent visit and he does a wonderful job as well. We absolutely love this salon.

    10/10 recommend Tim! He’s so nice and funny. Makes you feel super comfortable. Knows how to do exactly what you want and even makes it better!     They took me for mani and pedi an hour before closing which was so kind :) they were efficient and they stood an extra half hour after closing to do my nails properly yet quickly!! I read the reviews before coming and was skeptical at first, but it ended up being a great experience!

    They were really nice. Place was clean and they had lots of options and fair prices. And I LOVE my nails. However they got paint on other parts of my hand and didnt clean it up.

    They were quick they work together they help me pick a design out they talk English they didnt speak their language lyrics they talk to me and my husband they made us feel comfortable and if you go on their website youll see my nails there like need a refill for a month very good

    Tim was great. There was an issue with over cutting and filing my nails (I wanted stiletto shape) but Tim fixed it immediately. This is my new go-to nail salon! Thanks Tim!!!Update 12.21.2019:I still come here regularly. I absolutely LOVE this place. I just to update my review to reflect that since the incident with over cutting I have tried that previous tech again and get work is impeccable! Thank you Liz! I love these nails! Nail Crazy is the only place Ive been to where anyone who attends to you will do amazing work.

    After searching for a nail shop this past Saturday, 6/8, and actually stopping into 2 shops, only to be greeted by unwelcoming environments, I almost gave up. Then, on my way home I decided to try this place, and Im so glad I did. The staff was welcoming, and my nail tech., Tim is amazing! He was kind, patient and did a great job. I love my nails, and the price point wasnt bad either. I definitely recommend.

    Was very lucky to get service here. Been traveling for a month and every time I want to get nails done they close. The elderly couple that runs this place took me almost at the closing time and gave me a great service. Very polite and kind ppl. Thank you so much.

    Love how my nails are still holding up. Tim did an amazing job. He assured that he was gonna take care of me, and even gave me a discount because of how unhappy I was with a previous nail salon’s set! I didn’t have much luck with nail salons when I was living in Orlando, but this is officially the only nail salon that I trust in the Bay area. I live all the way in Wesley Chapel, so the drive is a bit of a stretch, but it’s definitely worth it. You guys will be seeing me again ❤️✨

    I have been going to Tim for many many years. I am so happy he now has his own shop. He and his staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. I love the way Tim does my nails, hes the best in town. Also I am always pleased with my pedicures. If youre looking for great service and work go and check them out.     Update November 24, 2023- sad that Im writing this but visited for the first time in a long while only to find my fave nail tech no longer works here.. Tim!! Youll be missed!! Luckily found out from a friend that he moved to TAMPA BEAUTY SCHOOL 33613, went there to see him to get my nails done. Soo glad to have seen him again!! And as always beautiful set of nails. Thank you Tim!!Ok first of all Id like to say I dont write reviews at all really because I havent found a place worth writing about until this. I was referred to this place by my coworkers and I was a bit skeptical at first but after visiting this place multiple times Ive got to say this place has the most hardworking people Ive ever met. Not just that theyve definitely got the skills to back it up! So anyways Ive been here three times and today will have been my fourth visit. (Finally decided for a review lol) This place really doesnt disappoint! Every single time Ive visited Im always greeted with a smile and prompt service. The people here are friendly and their service is 100% top of the line. Not just the service but I like going to places where its airy, not too stuffy (Im picky like that).. and this place is great for that. I actually got the volcano spa pedicure and gel full set today and it was amazing, as always! Loved the treatment and nails were on point. I went with a friend and they got their eyebrows threaded too.. anyways she has nothing but praise for this place her eyebrows looked amazing afterwards. Seriously, it doesnt get any better than Nail Crazy! The only regret I have is not finding this hidden gem sooner!

    My first time going to this nail salon & I must say even tho it was slow traffic . I was out of there within an hour & affordable for the work I needed lol . Super happy with my nails that Tim did & the lady who did my pedicure did a very good job on toes. Would definitely return !     I just recently went there for the first time and it was a very good experience. The nail tech did an awesome job with my nails and cat eye gel polish. I loved it. I also had my eyebrows done by Mr. Tim and he as well did a very good job. The two people I encountered during my visit where very professional with great interpersonal skills. When I visit Tampa again they will be my designated nail shop.

    Under my husbands name LOLWent to this place with my 5 yrs old the other day after seeing reviews, heard about Tim throughout these reviews and figure it would be good! I was right, I didnt ask for anyone specific but we got our pedis done by a sweet and amazing lady (which she did my daughters Mani as well) and I actually got the pleasure to have my nails done by the amazing Tim! I will be returning again with family and friends! I highly recommend this place, I wish I knew the ladys name to give her a about out as well!     Liz is amazing!!!!! I have been going to her for 6 months now. Her attention to detail is unbelievable, not to mention the speed that she gets me in and out! I am extremely picky and surprisingly, I have never been able to point out any flaws in my service. All of the staff there are very warm and inviting...its a great atmosphere...you can see the employer keeps his employees happy...they joke and have fun while working☺I see all of the nail techs sanitizing tools and their work area too...also very important! Although they do seem busy enough to me...lol...I shouldnt be selfish, so go and check them out! Support small business....especially when they are AWESOME!💖

    I have been going to Tim for my nails for almost 5 years now! I must admit that I have never had any issues! He is amazing at his work and he loves what he does!     Nail Crazy is the best!! I am very particular about how my nails look and Tim hits it out of the park every single time!!     The place was great. I didnt have an appointment and they took me right in. Michael did an awesome job. He was very polite and kept the conversation going the whole time.     Very friendly and understandable staff . My nails were somewhat damaged and the nail technician was still able to work his very best and they came out insanely good. He was also very patient with me as it was a bit painful, and the best part of it all is they also offer USF student discount . They definitely gained a new client.

    The name of the store had caught my attention NAIL CRAZY, so I decided to bring my girlfriend, and try it out. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly worker, and it struck me as to how.. fresh, and appealing the environment seemed to be. My girlfriend had a manicure and pedicure, the work was done at a well-excepted pace, not so slow and not so fast as to think she felt too rushed. It was very efficient. I am very pleased with the work done here and do see myself visiting again in the foreseeable future!!

    Searching for a new place been going to another place for over 15yrs but, I have found my new nail home @ Nail Crazy on Fletcher!!! Tim was professional when I called in got a 10am appt, started at 1005am done by 11am & he has my nails looking and feeling awesome, great, better than yours 😜... 💞💓💞💓💞(I just wanna stick my hands in peoples face just cuz lol) Sue has my water ran and ready for me & took care of my feet like a pro, she was very kind & gentle and she has my feet and legs vibrating from the massage....
