    I cant recommend this salon enough, especially Klodjana and Katie! I spent years searching for the perfect hair colorist, knowing how crucial it is to find someone I could truly trust. I had seen the Monaco billboards and browsed their website occasionally, but I hesitated because trusting a stylist feels like it takes more than a therapy session to achieve lol!After seeing Klodjanas incredible before-and-after photos, I finally decided to give them a try—and I’m so glad I did! Klodjana took the time to thoroughly explain the color correction process and even did a test strip to ensure everything was safe. She then introduced me to Katie, and together, they worked their magic to create the most stunning, dynamic hair color I’ve ever had!Katie also styled my hair after the color correction, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. These two ladies are not only skilled but also professional, pleasant, and an absolute joy to work with. I’m thrilled with the results and feel completely confident returning to the salon, trusting my hair with either of them. I’m officially a loyal customer! 😊

    I have been going to Monaco for some time now and I have never had a bad experience here. Klodjana is my hairstylist/colorist and recently did a color correction on my very fine and thin hair and the results were amazing! I amso happy and I now love how my hair looks. Klodjana listened to me, assessed the condition of my hair and then proceeded with a plan with how to achieve what I was asking for without any damage to my very fragile hair. After achieving the perfect color and highlights, Klodjana then expertly applied three rows of extensions and even though my hair is growing out, the extensions are not showing through at all and my natural hair is staying on good condition and not breaking or falling. To say I am happy with how Klodjana does my hair is an understatement. I have been ecstatic and was rather giddy the last time I left my appointment. I am so thankful to have Klodjanas expertise..she is highly skilled at color, and very conscientious and will be honest and strategic with you about the best plan for your hair! Another plus is that she is very kind, approachable and always professional. The entire staff at Monaco will make you feel welcome and you can relax knowing your hair is in the best of hands. I highly recommend this salon and I wont be going anywhere else!

    Billy is an artist! I hadn’t let anyone touch my hair in over 10 years! Billy was patient and kind. He trims my hair slowly in stages until I am comfortable. I’ve had it cut too short, burnt off etc in the past. It always turns out better than I could imagine!Everyone in the salon in welcoming and friendly and also accommodate my work schedule. :)

    I absolutely love love love getting my hair done by Jordan! She is so fun and bubbly and does amazing work. I was so nervous about finding a stylist I loved after moving to Tampa- I’m so happy I ended up finding her! My color is always exactly how I imagine it and have loved the addition of one row of extensions!

    I have been going to get my hair done with Jordan since I was 18 years old. She is beyond amazing and talented at what she does. I literally don’t have to tell her anything anymore as to what I want to do with my hair, she just does her magic and it takes a lot for me trust a person like that especially when it comes to my hair. But Jordan has earned that trust and I am so so beyond thankful and grateful for her. She has become more than just my hairdresser throughout the years, she has become a good friend of mine. The highlight of my year is getting to see Jordan, Jordan doing my hair beautifully every time, and catching up with her about our lives. Jordan is beyond talented at what she does, she is a naturally gifted artist and she nails it every time she does my hair.

    I have been multiple times to see Jordan and let me just tell you she is amazing at her craft! Not only is she talented when it comes to color, cuts, and flawless curls she’s is so good at explaining what she’s going to do and how she’s going to do it in a way that is simple to understand. She makes the time in the chair so much fun and the time flies by.I moved to Tampa a couple years ago and had to go through a lot of colorists and stylists before I found Jordan. I cannot recommend her enough especially if you have high expectations for your hair.If your googling reviews stop now and call Monaco salon and book an appointment with Jordan. You won’t be disappointed.

    I got a Brazilian blowout and toner by Emily and Jocelyn. They are both so sweet and my hair looks and feels amazing. Klodjana gave me a haircut. BEST HAIRCUT EVER!

    Only visited once in 2018 because i needed a GOOD color correction. i do not typically have the need for a high end salon because i only get my grays covered. however i did want to give this place their kudos because it is an absolutley BEAUTIFUL salon with the best ambiance. stylists of the highest caliber. my stylist who is no longer there (i think her name was kristen) was an absolute GEM. i do plan to be back on an as-needed basis. i highly recommend this place if you are looking for just a great all around upscale salon.

    Jordan is a hair saver! I found her after doing a lot of research looking for a new stylist because I had recently had a terrible experience and had my blonde hair fried off and it was frizzy, breaking and dry. I was on the verge of tears when I came in and had a meet and greet with her. Jordan listened to me, was honest about the length of recovery time and set solid expectations. I did not like the situation I was in, but she was sweet and very knowledgeable. I finally felt at ease that there was a way to fix my hair. It has now been several appointments later and she has exceeded my expectations of the plan she laid out. I’m so happy I found her, I just wish I had found Jordan sooner!

    Finding someone you trust with your hair in a new place is hard until I found Klodjana at Monaco Hair Salon. From the very first time to every time I come in always a warm and pleasant experience.Klodjana is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She always kills it with my hair. She knows what I like and hate with my hair. She takes the time to listen to my wants and concerns. Her expertise is unmatched. Her energy is EVERYTHING!     I love Monaco!! Seth is a genius with color and all the staff are warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. It is a higher end salon, so expect prices accordingly. However, even their level 1 stylists are very talented. Id recommend Monaco for anyone who wants a taste of spa life and a refreshing cut and/or color.

    Let me start off by saying Ive been to many, many salons in Tampa. I typically go, find someone I am happy with and they cant get my hair to the vanilla, platinum...NON yellow color I want. After reading the reviews here, I went to this salon.I knew from the reviews, I wanted Dillion K to do my hair. I can honestly say, after years of disappointment, I finally found the stylist of my dreams.Dillion K. has done everything from adding some fun colors, to maintaining my typical blonde with highlights. I trust him so much, that I sometimes let him have fun and surprise me with the results. I cant say Ive ever met a stylist Id trust that way with my hair. My locks are what make me feel confident and since Ive been going to Dillon K....I get compliments everywhere.Great hair color is a must when choosing a salon, but a very close second is the stylist themselves. Sitting with Dillon K is an absolute treat. We talk, laugh and the time seems to fly.The third aspect is the salon itself. Its very clean and welcoming. I call it my Cheers. Everyone says hello, they all have big, warm smiles when they see you again....and this is from the front desk, to the stylists to the people working the floor. Of all the salons Ive been to in Tampa, this one ---hands down----makes you feel like a VIP client. Your happiness is their top priority and you feel it from the moment you walk through the front door.Overall I couldnt be happier. I just wish this was the first salon I visited, when I first arrived in Tampa. It is sure to be my last.

    For some background I am the kind of girl who brushes my hair and washes it every other day and that is my definition of hair care. I showed my stylist Christy the picture of the cut I wanted from Pinterest and she definitely delivered. She was honest and focused on the direction I wanted to go with my hair and even when I was debating of going blonde she helped me weigh out my decision by informing me of both options. The best part was that she patiently and tediously handled my thin hair with care and consideration. The hair says it all! I love my new hair Christy thank you so much!

    Found my new favorite hair place! Only so many stylists can do vibrant colors, short haircuts (so easy to mess up!) AND provide a positive experience in a pleasant environment. I had to find a new place because I recently moved to town. I wanted to find somewhere at least as nice as the salon I went to where I previously lived and was nervous because it can take some trial and error to find someone new. I took a while to decide on a place to trust and try in Tampa. After some research I took the jump and went to Monaco and am so glad I did!

    On Monday I got baby highlights, a deep conditioning, haircut, and styling with Dominique at Monaco. It was my first time there, and I’m obsessed!! Dominique gave me the best advice for my hair and my life! She really helped a girl out, hyped me up, and left me feeling like a new woman. If you want great quality, Dominique is very experienced and talented when it comes to hair. She really took the time she needed to do a great job which is more than I can say of previous places I’ve been to. I love my hair and I’m so happy I found my new go to stylist❤️

    Very happy with this salon, I went here on a whim for my senior prom and thought they did a great job, fast forward almost a year and I decided to come back to get balayage done for the first time and was amazed at how beautiful it turned out. Laura did my hair and she knows EXACTLY what she’s doing, wish I had her pics that she took but here’s one I took at home. Definitely would recommend for balayage application. A bit pricey but worth it.

    This is my second time coming to this salon, Overall I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and offered me something to drink when I walked in. Nina did a fantastic job and she turned my orangy brown hair a beautiful blonde in a couple sessions. I recommend this salon to anyone with dark Asian hair wanting to go blonde. Anyone that wants their hair done, ask for Nina, shes the best hair stylist around hands down!

    I’ve been trying to find a new salon in Tampa, I’ve been to all the popular salons in Tampa and then I found Tanner, at Monaco Salon and I’m so happy I did. He is amazing, honest, talented and the best I’ve come across in Tampa. I have tape in extensions that were barely hanging on and my hair hadn’t been colored in almost a year. I got a full highlight, my extensions removed and re taped in. I absolutely love the end result and I scheduled another appointment with Tanner. It’s a little expensive here but definitely worth the money. I can’t say enough good things about this salon!

    Recently had my hair colored by Tanner. From beginning to end experience was amazing. I initially had a consultation that was promptly booked and I got an appt right away. I was kindly welcomed and offered a beverage, and the price was at least 15% better than other locations (I have a lot of hair and its very long).     Alexa was an absolute angel! I’m from out of Florida and was flying to my honeymoon the following morning g from Tampa. I got a botched haircut the prior day where I live and Alexa was kind enough to take me in after 8pm knowing she’d be staying late. She made it a wonderful experience, took her time, was attentive, explained what she was doing and make sure I was happy. Beyond grateful her talented hands saved me from having a disaster hair on my honeymoon. I hope I can come back and see her again because every penny was worth it. Highly recommend Alexa.     This place is fantastic! The location is easy to get to other then traffic at certain times of day. It is a very upscale salon and very well kept. My stylist Lee, is very helpful. I had no clue what to do with my hair so I told him to do whatever he thought would look nice on me, I cant express enough how amazing my cut is!!!!!! Im very glad I trusted him 😊 I went back for a color (also with Lee), and got an oil slick and it exceed my expectations Im extremely happy! I will not let anyone else touch my hair!

I had recently had a terrible experience elsewhere, my hair was damaged & uneven, the color was many different shades of ick and Klodjana transformed my hair into something gorgeous!     Jordan, and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. They were personable, kind, honest, and I walked in feeling not so confident in how I looked and Jordan completely changed that around.     I had Aniyah yesterday at the South Dale Mabry location. I had the Brazilian Blowout because it was time. She listened attentively to what I was looking to achieve and also asked about my past salon experiences. She was really wonderful! I have been going there for a while now and they are the utmost professional staff with a great sense of humor. Genny is absolutely incredible with the clients! I just love her and always hope she is working so I can say hello to her! I changed salons because they did not listen to me and after going to Monaco, I will never go anywhere else. The best!

    Malia created exactly what I needed in a haircut. I wanted something to stand out at my age and to pop out from a distance for my hypnosis stage shows.     I have been going to the Monaco on Dale Mabry and absolutely love the care and personal attention that Dillon provides. Now, I had been doing the Hair Club for about 3 years and their system and stylists were not making it. Dillon ordered me a new system, the skin hair system and it is amazing! Way more natural and he knows just how to style it perfectly. The color match was spot on without having to color it and the quality is the best I have experienced/worn.     I had an appointment booked for removal of my keratin bonds and installation of new hand tied extensions, along with lightening and coloring my hair at the Bay to Bay location. The night before my appointment, I got a text that my artist had an emergency and was unable to come in. I was pretty disappointed because I’d had the appointment booked for a couple months and had been really looking forward to it. These appointments are usually 9+ hours too, so I had planned my whole work week around it. The team at the Dale Mabry location went above and beyond to accommodate me and still get my hair done that day! I had multiple artists adjust their schedules to fit me in and get everything finished. My hair turned out amazing and everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I am very appreciative of everyone here who took time out of their busy schedules to make it work! I love, love, love my hair and it is EXACTLY what I wanted! Can’t wait to come back for my lifts!

    Team Dillon all the way! I had gotten hair extensions and unfortunately it wasn’t my best look. So I got an appointment with Dillon, who I hadn’t seen before, and he saved the day. He gave me the coolest pixie and did a color touch up. The end result was so good that my husband cried, literal happy tears, when I got home. I cannot say enough good things about Dillion - he listens, he advises, and he educates. To top it off, he, himself, is so nice and super funny! Plus, I get compliments on my haircut all the time - in the grocery checkout line, at the the gym, walking the dogs, it doesn’t matter where, its that good!     I have had my hair done in the best salons around the world and Monaco is certainly one of the best. Dillon, the manager, really cares about the clients and wants you to have a great experience. Billy has colored my hair 3 times. I have fragile hair and he did a special treatment to restore my broken ends. The color on my roots had faded and I was leaving town for a special event and Maggie fixed me right up!! She added a few highlights around the face and voila, it was fresh again and looked great.     I do not normally write reviews, however I felt compelled to share my experience. I had the pleasure of getting a haircut by Laura. It was an experience one always desires but not always receives. I can tell you that it was the best haircut I have ever received! Laura takes the time to understand the “wants” of the guest and executes to perfection. I have seen some of her fashion forward colors and precision cuts and they are amazing! My haircut isn’t to those extremes, but she made me feel as if the end result was a piece of art that she wanted her signature on.     I have been seeing Charles Cash for over a year and a half and he never disappoints. I moved to NYC and continue to fly in to get my hair done by him frequently, and it’s always worth it.     Went for the first time yesterday. I havent been able to find my hairdresser since the virus. The salon was closed & still is closed. I scheduled my haircut with Dillon. I had seen reviews online & he was rated very high. I love my hair which was a mess went I went in. He did a fantastic job & I will continue to go to him. I have had my hair in a pixie for years but want to grow it out. He gave me a great style for my grow out. The salon is beautiful, clean & everyone is very nice. Prices are high but you get what you pay for!

    Dillon is fantastic! I left from my latest visit with him and received compliments from three total strangers (on three separate occasions) on my hair color (currently an Icy Purple with Steel Grey) within an hour while out running errands. He always makes sure my hair is a fun color while still looking professional. He listens to my ideas, offers his input and is always honest, which I value. I heart Dillon, but shout out to the rest of the Monaco Salon staff as well!     Just recently moved back to the Tampa area and was nervous about choosing a good salon and hairstylist to go to. Klodjana made me comfortable right away at the consultation.     I absolutely love Monaco Salon! Meg is amazing!! The entire team is so professional and go out of their way to make you feel great. I went in today to get tangles out of my hair extensions and get new ones. My tangles were so bad from being on a boat with sea water that I was so afraid I damaged my real hair. Meg , Charles and an other stylist all wrapped thier arms around me and worked together to get all the tangles out console me. They go beyond their jobs to comfort their clients! They saved my real hair and provided me gorgeous new extensions. I highly recommend this salon !!

    Danielle Miller is the reason why I go to the salon. She is wonderful! Shes patient and walks me through any types of changes and I want to make.     I went here very last minute two days before my wedding to get my hair fixed. I had it dyed a week prior and it looked terrible. It was striped and not blended, just terrible. Tanner took me last minute and fixed my hair and made it perfect. He was so sweet and helpful. He made my hair perfect for my wedding day. Jordan was also so nice and helped my hair look perfect. And Rebecca at the front desk could not have been more friendly. This is going to be my new salon because the people are just amazing.     Love these guys! Ive only gone twice but both times have been great. Billy is a very welcoming person whos really great at color matching and styling. For my appointment today I got stuck in some really heavy traffic. I felt so bad because I knew I would be late, what made this worse was that I was the first appointment of the day so I expected them to either have to cancel my appointment or rush my service but none of that happened. He was very understanding and took me back right away. Hes very precise with his application of the dye and assured me that he would get the right color which he did. For washing, a lovely girl with long, straight, dark hair washed the dye out and gave me a scalp massage and a hot towel treatment, it felt so great! Then Billy took me back again and cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it while we bantered back and forth. Despite being late they treated me like family and assured me that everything was okay. Prices are a little high but for the attention and quality your receive, I think its worth it. This is my new place to get my hair done ^^

    Excellent experience every time I go in. Billy is an excellent stylist and gets it right every single time. Ive never had a problem scheduling an appointment. He has always been able to fit me into his schedule whenever I need it, whether its a month out or a last minute request. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Ive even shown up at the wrong time for my appointment and they were more than willing to help me out. I highly recommend Billy and any of the other stylists at Monaco.     Dillon K has been doing my hair since I moved here from Dallas in 2013. My hair was so damaged and within three months with Dillon, my hair was so healthy and began growing again. I moved away for two years and during that time I had to go to another stylist. They destroyed my hair again. I moved back within an hour of the salon so I came running back to Dillon for help.     Finally! A professional hairstylist that does exactly what you ask for! Domenique is very professional and very detailed oriented. It is hard to find a hairstylist that listens and does what you ask for. I went in to get my haircut because unfortunately it was damaged by another hairstylist and although I was very nervous to cut my hair very very short she showed confidence which in turn calmed me down.     Deedee Miller has been my hair stylist for almost 4 years and in that time, she has indulged every whim of mine. My hair has been blue, purple, teal, gray, white, brown, blonde, short, long, and a number of styles in-between and she has always patiently taken the route that preserved the integrity of my hair, while reaching the goal I set. I can truly say that I have never been unhappy with my hair when Deedee has done it. She has a passion and a GIFT for what she does and I have recommended her to a number of my friends and family. My mother and sister are now her regulars and a few of my friends are as well. She is great at what she does and a total joy to be around. Monaco Salon is not the cheapest option out there, but its all for good reason. You get what you pay for - knowledge, skill, and zero shortcuts!

    I have been going to Monaco Salon for almost 2 years now. I see Amy A. and she is great! Ive had a few bad experiences in the past and Amy has always listened and worked with me and has been patient with me. The ladies at the front desk are always super friendly and always offer water or coffee upon checking in.Aleaha is easily the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. For years I could not find anyone who could give a quality longer mens cut. But Aleaha is the exception to that. She did a great job styling my hair based on my requests, and after a little while getting to know me and how I like to style my hair, she asked me if she could try something new with my hair. The style she tried with me looks incredible, she definitely knows what she is doing.     This was my 1st time at this salon. I have been searching for a place that provides a pampering experience while getting my hair done. Lauren was absolutely amazing! She sat with me 1st to discuss how I feel about my hair, what I want, and then the details and a plan of action, after making me a hot tea. The scalp massage and just relaxing in the separate room they have where they wash and rinse your hair was so stress relieving.     I have natural light blonde/brown hair it’s been dyed dark brown for the last 15 years. Monday I came to Monaco salon to begin the process to make my hair lighter again. I am so impressed with the service I received from Dillon! I was nervous that I’d be leaving with orange hair, but that’s just the reality when you’re coloring your hair BUT I left with a beautiful copper color that really isn’t too bad on its own :) He didn’t even have to use a toner on my hair!
