    Salon customer service is EXCELLENT. I was seen on time! Kelly, an elite stylist, is a professional, thorough, and careful stylist. She listened to my concerns on hair products. She gave good advice on hair care. I was happy with her service that I did some shopping at the store though I didnt plan to! Id give this place more than five stars if I could!

    Ulta has such a sweet and helpful staff. I had a return that easily spun into an exchange due to the incredible organization their location maintains. Not only were Alyssa and Nava very pleasant with customers but Nava was engaging and made sure that the sale price on my items matched the system which required a lap around the store and a manager - which she executed with ease and a smile. I’m not into makeup, but the staff here makes me want to find more reasons to come in! I prefer this location over Tradition.

    The manager with the brown hair was FABULOUS. Just came in the day after Christmas and was greeted by an employee named Avery. She was super rude and did not care to try to help but the manager came over and helped us and was able to help us find what we needed! The manager is fabulous!

    Atsuko back in the salon is so sweet, and professional! Very time efficient as well as listens to the clients wishes. Great experience and definitely will be coming back.

    Rose single-handedly saved me from a haircut nightmare. I had gone and gotten my haircut at Black Sheep Salon, who gave me uneven face framing layers and just overall didn’t give me at all what I asked for. I called Ulta to see if someone could take a look and ended up speaking with Rose. She was extremely kind over the phone and said it would be ok for me to swing by, but wasn’t entirely sure if a stylist would be able to look without an appointment, which absolutely made sense. Rose herself was leaving before I would get there, but she mentioned to her coworkers I would be coming anyway. When I got there, I was shocked to see Rose was there and she had waited for me to get there beyond her own scheduled time. This blew my mind. She put me in a chair that exact moment, got right to cutting and fixed the entire haircut without any hesitation. I was completely blown away by how above and beyond she went for me, who had never even met or been a client of hers at any point before. I can’t say how grateful I am for her time and her amazing customer service. She was truly a blessing for me and I highly recommend Rose or any of the wonderful ladies working at the salon. Everyone was so kind and understanding and it was truly the saving grace of my entire day.

    Rosemarie did the most fantastic job at the salon. I was getting ready for a big work function and would be traveling and needed a refresh cut and blow out. She is so personable and truly listening to what you need. She put the right products and amount as well cause my hair did not move! It looked great through the traveling and activities. Would definitely recommend her for hair beauty services.

    Arianna is incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and knows exactly what products would work well for me. She even remembered me when I can back a month later and at this point I would probably buy anything shed recommend lolShe takes the time to explain the products and always goes above and beyond. Even my boyfriend who was with me said he would come there for Christmas because hes confident that she could help find wonderful products for me.Anyways, I just wanted to let you know you have a great employee there. This is coming from a person who doesnt go out of their way to give reviews. 😂

    There are two people at the Stuart location who are amazing!! After about 12 emails with guest services they still referred me to the store, after informing me I needed 1-2 more pieces of information in order for them to assist me.     The staff here is over the top helpful. Anyone will help you even if it isnt your dept. Being an Aunt of beauty nieces I get texts of things theyd like and not knowing a thing. I have happy nieces & my shopping is successful because of the great Customer service thank you

    This review is specifically for the salon. I’ve been here 3 times to have a cut and color but today was the best experience. Rosemarie was on time, upbeat, and very sweet. Conversation was easy and silences not awkward. She did an amazing job on both my cut and color. I’d recommend her to anyone!

    Great selection of makeup and beauty products. Helpful staff and price points of products range from very affordable to boutique prices depending on brand.There is a hair salon in the back and its wonderful. I got the best haircut here. Five Stars.💄💅✂️

    I really enjoyed my haircut experience with AT! I was very impressed that she reached out to me personally before and after my haircut. She was very friendly and nice. She spent a lot of time with me making sure that my hair was cut perfectly. I really felt valued as a client and that she enjoys her work. Most importantly, she gave me a fantastic haircut! She had a good understanding of my hair type, as is reflected in how great my hair looks naturally after the cut - she brought out my natural waves even more! I cant wait to return to AT and have already recommended her to friends and family.

    I had a phenomenal experience at Ulta this past week. I walked in only expecting to purchase a moisturizer but after asking to get a color match, Julie vastly helped me out. We picked out 4 other products that I needed and knew and loved Julie’s opinion/advice on each product. This is no doubt that Julie made this Ulta visit a 5/5 stars, not having found her for the color match the visit was your mediocre Ulta run.

    I live closer to the Tradition Ulta but choose to go to this bc staff is much nicer. I got a hair cut and blow dry today with Rebecca B. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable of her job. I love my hair and I will continue to visit this location.

    This is my second time getting help with my makeup and once again, the Ulta staff did NOT disappoint! Julie helped me find a new foundation/primer and I loved it. Alexis helped me with new skin care products and I was so excited to start my routine! Both Alexis and Julie were super helpful and very knowledgeable. They also worked within my budget so that I didnt have to break the bank. I had a wonderful experience - kudos to these ladies!!

    Came in to get a new face wash, and Sabrina totally took care of me! She told me she is an esthetician and explained to me options for my skin that fit in my price range too, while also being so kind! Great experience :)

    The Estee Lauder rep was at Ulta today, and I hooked me up with a wonderful foundation suits, my skin tone, as well as my skin texture. She also was able to get me a concealer from Clinique that worked wonderfully on me even though she doesn’t represent clinic. I would go back to the Ulta in Jensen Beach any day of the week.

    I have been going to Ulta since we moved here 16 years ago. I have been getting my hair done as well as shopped.They do have a rather large turnover in hairdressers and I always see new staff members in a sales capacity.Despite all this, I like 👍 Ulta and have never been disappointed in Salon Services or Sales Personnel.It is a bit pricey but...when it comes to hair, makeup, skin care, perfume and being treated with excellent service and respect, Ill gladly pay a little extra.. Its important to use excellent products.

    Jensen BCH Location: Hello, I went in to Ulta to get my hair done by Kelly. I must say that she did an AMAZING JOB very knowledgeable & professional she quick and on point with my request. I went in orange and came out brunette exactly what I asked for. I will highly recommend Kelly ❤️

    I stopped in a few weeks ago, and could not be more impressed with this store. It was spotless, and very inviting to shop. While I was in there, at least 3 employees asked if they could help me, including the manager. They could not have been nicer. Great place, and I highly recommend.

    So I’ve had several negative interactions with staff here in the past (this was like 2 years ago) and I stopped going. But the Sephora at the mall is closing and Ulta started carrying Fenty and Fresh products so I went back and I’m really glad I did because the staff now is amazing. Really friendly, really helpful. The woman that rang me up (I really wish I could remember her name, I think it started with Val?) was literally one of the most delightful people I’ve ever met.

    Its funny how consistent an Ulta store is. It doesnt matter where you live. Great hours, helpful staff and a lot of services offered over and above the normal shopping one would do. Although some items can be found elsewhere slightly cheaper, there are a lot of choices and I defy anyone to leave empty handed.

    I love this Ulta beauty store. The employees are a lot more helpful than many others that I have been to in surrounding areas and everyone is so kind. I signed up for an ultimate rewards credit card and I’m getting so many points and that saves me a ton of money because I’m a shop-o-holic lol. I also love that it’s a clean environment. Thanks Ulta

    I come to this Ulta for Amanda in the brow bar. She does an amazing job waxing my brows, they look flawless every time. Definitely recommend you see Amanda for waxing.

    They have a good selection of product. The staff on the floor are super friendly and willing to assist. The customer service as far as checkout is touch and go for me. Most of time, I have a pleasant experience and the cashiers are great, but there have been a few instances (although small) where a cashier isnt educated on how their coupons work or whats excluded. Ive only experienced that once, and the girl just stood there, no expression, no apology. Again, not a huge issue, but it doesnt make for a great ending to a shopping trip. It can also get a little cramped if you go during their peak hours. I still prefer Ulta over Sephora, better deals, better rewards program and its always clean and well stocked in this particular store.

    This is one of my favorite Ultas! This beauty store has such a wide verity of products. Make-up paradise! The down side is its a hit or miss with the employees: Ive had one employee spend about 15 to 20 minutes with me which I LOVED and another occasion the customer service team looked at me like I was such an inconvenience... Im sorry but its your job to make us feel happy to be in the store not uncomfortable and judged the entire time!

    Talia has been coloring and cutting my hair for years now. She is a sweetheart and does a great job on the color and cut of my hair. Im not very good at styling my hair, but the way she cuts it makes it easy for me to make my hair look good.

    I love this store. It is so bright and clean. The sales people are helpful and cheerful. They have done a great job adjusting to COVID-19 with required masks and clear signage for foot traffic. Now you can also order online to pickup in store or curbside. ❤️

    I am super picky when it comes to hair color! AT is the best hair stylist there! I call her “color specialist”. Her knowledge and technic to cancel out the orange is awesome. I love cool tone and if you would like to get your ideal balayage, ombré , highlights etc… then I strongly recommend to go see AT :) I have no complain I always come home with smile! Thank you AT!!!
