    Today was my first time and wow ! Heidi is amazing ! She is a professional in all aspects of the word, from her customer service to her detail oriented manicure and pedicure. My cuticles have never looked so good super clean a true manicure, she actually paints the whole nail not leaving a space between cuticles and color. Massage is sooo good, next I’ll be getting the longer massage option just overall she is amazing!! Can’t wait to be back to se her !!

    Wife and I get pedis here and love it. I run so I get really bad callouses and they scrape everything off. My wife says the nail polish stays on for a really long time to. Most importantly, you can use a credit card here with no service charges, including the tip

    My husband and I both got pedicures on a Saturday afternoon around 4PM. As you can see from my photo it was pleasantly quiet. They have large screen television but the volume is off so all I heard was the peaceful trickle of water from the water feature and soft spa music. The gentleman did a fabulous job, basic pedi was only $25 and I have a new nail salon.

    Such a great experience! We had a party of 5, which included a child under 10. They made sure we sat all together during pedicures, even one person who only got a manicure was able to sit with while getting her nails done. They were all professional, funny, and kind. The salon was clean and super busy-be sure to try to make an appointment on Sundays (one of the few salons that stays open on Sundays). The woman offered to take pictures for us. All of our gel manicures, pedicures, full sets were perfect! Great experience!

    I have had a really lousy run with nail salons over the last few years with nail salons and I was out at lunch and came across The Nailz Place Day Spa. I truly wish I would of found this place sooner! The staff are incredibly kind, patient and super creative ( which is hard to find a place with nail techs that are skilled with nail art and funky colors) They go above and beyond in all that they do. From the minute we walk in they are with us every step of the way from check in, to helping pick out what you want and even offering beverages. I book my appointments with Jayce and I have the best time! He is a true artist and I love that I can go in with an idea and fully trust that he will not only bring it to life but even better than what I imagined . So if you are looking for a new spot, give this place a shot. You wont be disappointed!

    Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the professionalism of Naomi who did my pedicure. I wasnt pressured into paying for a better service, as has happened in other nail salons. It was quiet and peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable! I switched from another salon in that area and I am happy I did. I definitely will refer people here. Also, the price was very fair. Last place I went to, every month they increased the price. Very happy!!

    I went for the first time on Tuesday and had the tension pedicure with Kim. She was so sweet, used just the right amount of pressure, and kept asking if I was okay. The pedicure felt amazing and my feet and legs were nice and soft when I left. She didnt hurt me like so many other places do! Ill be back to see Kim every time! Thank you!!

    Great experience with my sister having spa pedicures. Enjoyed the mimosas and massage chairs. The foot scrub and hot stone massage was very relaxing. Nail polish still looking good after 2 weeks. Clean environment and friendly staff. Looking forward to the next visit.

    Hands down one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten!! Vanessa took amazing care of me and my feet that desperately needed some love! I live in St.Petersburg and will definitely drive the hour to come back! I have very dry skin and my skin was radiant and glowing by the time the pedicure was over. 10/10 recommend!!

    Parvin does the BEST eyebrow threading. Ive had it done 100+ times from various places and she is the best. Very thorough and an artist. Very reasonably priced as well for the services. Warm and clean environment too. Enjoy - highly recommend.

    My regular nail salon was closed so I tried this location that I had seen while in the area. I went for a simple mani and pedi. I was greeted immediately by a pleasant woman who immediately sat me and showed me the variety of services they offered. I decided to splurge for the lemon pedicure. It was all it said it was, though I’m not sure I would opt for it again for a thirty dollar up charge (but I knew that going in.) The woman who did my pedicure was pleasant and accommodating, immediately offering me coffee, tea, water etc. She did a nice French tip on my toes. She then moved me to the manicure chair where she continued to be attentive and pleasant. The establishment looked well cared for with a large variety of polish choices. I watched as they were sanitizing their “equipment” closely, and it seemed to be cleaned thoroughly and then placed in a steamer. The reason for only four stars is because upon using the bathroom before leaving it left a bit to be desired. I believe is given a wipe down regularly as the toilet appeared clean as did the sink; however, one look around the floor made me believe that a thorough cleaning around the toilet, behind it and the garbage can itself hasn’t hadn’t happened recently. (I used the single stall bathroom after the place had been open only two hours.) I will definitely return for the service, but I will use the bathroom before going.

    What a wonderful experience! It was my first visit and I found the spa to be tastefully decorated. I started with an amazing facial with Parvin. She is very thorough and uses only the best products. My skin is so smooth and feels completely rejuvenated. My husband joined me and we both had massages by Sheri and Marilyn. Im not a massage expert having had only a handful in my lifetime but after this experience I want to find a way to fit it into my routine. Sheri helped loosen knots I didnt think were possible to move. She applied just the right amount of pressure and I left feeling like a new woman. I highly recommend Spa Next Door.

    I have been coming here for the past three months and seeing cristina for facials. she is a sweet and amazing esthetician, tailoring the facial to your skin care needs. my skin has never felt better and her prices are fantastic.i see danny for my nails. he gives out-of-this-world massages and devotes his time to take care of you and your pedicure. i got the deluxe fruit pedicure with hot stone, so soothing. he also did my gel manicure with the cat eye treatment, such a cool design process and he is a great conversationalist.the nailz place is clean, doesn’t smell like chemicals, and has zen music playing for a very relaxing atmosphere. the prices are great for the services you receive. i will continue to be a patron here!

    Great pedicures. Carefully and gently remove ingrow nails. Excellent dry heel and callus treatment.Very clean.The absolute best leg and foot massage of any place I have tried. None of this limp wristed rubbing. You get an actual massage.Like melt into the massage chair and feel your blood pressure drop. I have tried other places around the area and none compare.

    We are from New York and the only thing other than pizza my wife complains about is a good spa. She is so greatful to find this little gem in Lakewood Ranch. Parvin the owner fed us, gave us a glass of wine and gave us the best treatments we have ever gotten. Price was more than fair much cheaper than we are used to.     Very Unpleasant expierence nail tech tried to offer service I did not want told her no why i did not want (powder dip nails) she argued did not want to take no for an answer. Then after pedicure while doing my nails still talking about (powder dip) and saying i didnt understand her co worker chimed in trying to make excuses for her , makeing me the paying customer at fault. When a customer asks for service give them what they request not be argumentative . I expect my time haveing my nails done to be pleasurable . I am paying for a service give the customer what they ask for dont try to make them at fault for your bad customer service .will never go back what should have been pleasant expierence was not because nail techs had to be right:(
