When I first entered Salon Volo, I was greeted promptly and made to feel very welcome. Christine was wonderful beyond words. She really took her time and listen to me and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. When I got there my hair was in bad shape. I had received a terrible haircut more than a year before at a different Salon. I was nervous that my hair was beyond help. But Christine performed magic and when she was done I felt like a new woman and immediately regained confidence in my appearance. I love my hair! Christine is my forever stylist and Salon Volo the only salon I will go to. I have recommended her and the salon to my family and friends. Thank you Christine for making me feel better and more confident. I love my hair!

Johnny was great! He was very friendly, relaxed, easy going. He listened to what I wanted, answered my questions and looked at pictures of the cut I wanted. Im so in love with color and cut. He didnt just cut and color and send me on my way. He kept checking with me to make sure I was happy, that I was getting the cut I wanted. On my way out another customer complimented me on my hair.Everyone was very polite, attentive, courteous and friendly. Im definitely going to become a regular customer.

I love Alex! My mother in law and I tracked him down when he switched salons! He knows your personal style and is a wizard with color. He colored my hair for my wedding and I absolutely trusted him. He loves to get to know you and is an amazing soul. Lucky to sit in his chair for the first time ❤️

I cannot remember a time I immediately loved a haircut this much! Really appreciate Jaysons knowledge of hair and what will work best for my hair type. He gave me very honest and professional answers to all my questions and concerns. I just had my first hair appointment at Salon Volo with Jayson and I am very happy with the outcome. I had a balayage, glaze and cut and Jayson did a great job. I have blonde, fine hair and was looking for a good color without bleaching and weakening my hair. Thankfully Jayson knew exactly what to use on my hair without any bleach, which is uncommon. The salon uses great products like Redken and Pureology as well. Jayson and the rest of staff were professional and nice. I highly recommend the salon, I wish I found them sooner. Thank you Jayson!

I got so lucky when I stumbled upon this place while looking for a salon, and even more lucky when Alyssa (same first name) wound up being my stylist. I’ve now been working with her for over a year and can’t imagine going anywhere else. I started with dark brown hair, did highlights for while to gradually lighten my hair, and now have emerald green hair. From natural looking highlights, styling, vibrant colors, to haircuts, Alyssa can do it all! She’s also taught me a lot about hair care and even helped me realize my hair is actually curly/wavy when cared for properly! The staff is always friendly, the place is clean and comfortable, and absolutely worth the price. Can’t recommend Solon Volo and Alyssa enough!

After a year or so of not having my hair cut, I decided it was time. I get my pedicures at the Nail Garden located within Salon Volo, and decided to try Salon Volo itself for my cut. Brooke was my stylist. I have very fine, straight hair and an oily scalp. Brooke understood why I wanted to go with a conservative cut for the time being, that will not require much styling each day. I did want some highlights however, to add dimension to my natural color. She suggested the idea of using lowlights instead because it would add a little body to my hair, and it worked out perfectly. Brooke has a nice, light touch when working on hair – not only did I not feel it when she cut it, for the first time ever, I found myself nodding off as she painted the lowlights and wrapped the foils. The scalp massage while washing my hair was enjoyable too. I’m very happy with the results and am looking forward to Brooke doing my hair again in a couple of months!

I’ve been going to Brooke for a little bit over a year now and each visit is so special. I came to her during the beginning stages of my hair journey when I was a wreck! But now with her expertise and tender care, I’ve become more confident in my hair care and was able to grow it out down the middle of my back! A goal I had since I was a teenager. 💜This time however, I was ready for a change. I told Brooke ahead of time what I was thinking and she loved the idea as much as I did! We cut off about 6 inches for a long bob and bangs and a beautiful natural chocolate brown. I’m absolutely in love with it. I feel like a new person and am always pleased with her work.There’s some people in the world who love what they do and do what they love and fortunately for the reapers they benefit too.Love you Brooke!

This was my first time at this salon and it is very nice - clean, spacious and modern.

However the lady at the reception was little vague and confused about the referral gift card and that doesn’t leave a great impression for me. The hospitality of the staff including johnny was amazing, but the only bummer was the inhospitable lady at the reception, I wish she would be explaining her side more or atleast be interested in listening the scenario. It was very unfortunate experience of her towards me. But I might think of dropping by because of johnny alone!

Jayson has been a stylist for 23 years and he is ABSOLUTELY amazing! He used a Redken EQ Hair Gloss and used a special technique to do just a few foils in front. The gloss is off the charts and the highlights are just enough to not be overbearing. The cut is so modern and cute. I recommend Jayson highly. Let him do his thing and trust what he can do to bring something new for your hair!!!! Everyone in this salon is super nice and its fun to try the different stylist out.

Book the appointment! This is hands down one of the best salons Ive been too. I wanted to switch things up and go full color (brunette to blonde) for the first time in my life. I found Salon Volo on Google and reviews were great so I called and booked with Jayson. I knew he was going to be my go-to stylist from here on out after the first consultation. He explained everything to me when it came to full color (positives/negatives/dos/donts). It was clear he was extremely knowledgeable and was not trying to pressure me into any decision just to make the appointment more expensive which was refreshing to say the least. I was given an appointment the very next day after a customer was unable to keep their appointment. Joey was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. He also suggested hair products that would give me the best results for what I was dealing with. He took the time to cut my hair in a way that would give me immediate results. She (Stephanie) really listened. She has attention to detail like no other. She gave me her honest opinion and she worked with the resistances I made about what color to shade my roots without making it an undesirable color, and we found halfway points in our conversation to agree on whats best. She also put in a few extra highlights that were very hard to do in the front of my hair, taking precious time out for each one. She was caring, and she also brought high energy to the table. Its truly nice to have someone stand there and try to get to know you and your hair history. She didnt judge me for having hair misinformation, and also educated me along the way, which is an experience you dont always have the blessing to receive, but she went out of her way for us. The discounts also were very kind of her. I think at first it took my brain a minute to compute so hopefully I didnt scare her, but once I processed my look, I knew it was extremely well blended like a gradient, and beautiful. Also thank you for going out of the way to help my mom. Also getting my hair cut freaks me out and she didnt even cut off too much so thank jesus. You were so sweet to us. True artist. Wow, I felt like a new person after coming here. Alisa is such a talented, kind hair artist. She was honest about what was best for my hair and did not try to sell me on unnecessary services. She checks in with her clients every step of the way and is very knowledgeable on color processes and scalp tips. My hair hasnt felt this good in a long time, and her color match to my root was amazing! I would definitely recommend her, and I just wish I found out about this location sooner :) overall the staff is lovely and the environment is welcoming!

I called the salon to see if they took walk-ins, which they do. I told them I royally screwed up my hair with bleach and desperately needed a fix and quick. The was told, see you in 20 minutes. I arrived, was given a drink, a small tour, a gift bag and was quickly taken to a stylist chair by my amazing stylist, Johnny. Johnny asked me what my expectations were for saving my severally damaged hair, he told me what was possible and we agreed on all the steps to fixing my horrible mess of fried hair. Johnny gave me the best scalp massage I have literally ever had in my entire 50 years of life. He treated my hair and explained what he believes will be the best way to save the hair he didn’t have to chop off due to my terrible DIY bleaching fiasco. I figured he was gonna have to shave my hair. My hair was down to the middle of my back and he was able to only cut it to my shoulders thanks to the 2 treatments he did. Johnny is an awesome stylist and a wonderful human being. It was such a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend Johnny and this beautiful salon!! Thank you all for making sure I wasn’t forced to attend a graduation ceremony this evening looking like something that crawled out from underneath a rock!

Christina was absolutely wonderful!! The best customer service Ive experienced in any venue.. I felt more like I had a friend cutting my hair than me just walking into a random salon. Her work was phenomenal and she was very careful to not hurt me and treat my hair like an art piece more than a piece of work 🤣 Ive never had a chosen salon for myself but now I do!! This is my first time try this salon, was a bit nervous & dont know what to expect (especially for the perm service) .I was lucky Alyssa she was friendly & professional, she did listen to me and delivered what I want & requested for. And the result was great, I had the perm and the curl exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks to Alyssa. They have new customer special discount its worth to try.But I do recommend to reconfirm the pricing with the stylist before hand to prevent any confusion.

John took so much time when I first got there to really look at my hair and talk about what I wanted done. He gives an amazing head massage while washing your hair. Super friendly and my cut looks fantastic.Update - After my stylist died, I tried a few different people and hated them all. I stayed away from a salon for years. This year I decided it was time to go back. I love my daughters hair (color and cut are always on point) so I went to her guy - Johnny. I was soooo happy from the first visit. So nice. Really listened to what I wanted. My hair came out exactly the way I wanted. Just had my 2nd appointment with him and exactly the same experience. Ive found my guy! And, if I could, Id go everyday just to let him wash my hair! So good!

Rob is an excellent hair cutter and stylist. I always get a nice haircut and people compliment me on my hair. He used to do my color also which I liked, but I decided to go natural, which decision he supported. He is also the owner of the salon. I’ve been highlighting my hair for over 20 years, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! Joey is very personable & professional, but most important he is a talented hair colorist! I was in desperate need for a color correction (bad hair color by another salon). Joey was very careful to understand what I wanted, studied my hair & even did a sample correction with a patch of hair on the lower back of my head to ensure it would give the results I was looking for without damaging my hair. He did a wonderful job! I love my hair color and my hair feels & looks so healthy! I will be going to Joey for all my hair color/style needs going forward & highly recommend him!!

Jayson went above and beyond! He knew exactly what he was doing while also taking his time to perfect everything! He’s professional and friendly and the salon is comfortable and clean :) I was so nervous as it’s been decades since I let anyone cut my hair but I was just so tired of the hassle my thick long damaged hair was and I finally feel like I don’t have a mop on my head and I can finally enjoy my hair! Not to many stylist know how to work with crazy hair and he knew how to work it from shampoo to blow out! I am so glad I went and now have a salon I can go to and bring friends and family!

Im so excited for my appointment!!! Tina is very knowledgeable. Cant wait to see the end results. He never tried to talk me into something I didn’t want. He made sure that I knew what the end result would look like so he could ensure I would be pleased with the end result. Ive been coming here for the past 2 years, this salon is so serene, and has very talented super friendly stylists. They do everything from simple haircuts to full blowouts, keratin & agave treatments! Ive done the agave treatment a year ago, because I have thick curly hair, needed to tame that frizz... It really helped with managing my hair everyday, and I got to still wear my hair curly or straight with a beautiful long lasting shine. Ive been in April Peppers & Joey Fletcher chairs... And I truly appreciate the amazing work theyve done..

I feel like, I change the way I need to have my hair cut and styled, every other visit, but he rolls with the punches, and he cuts my hair, exactly as discussed, each and every time!Rob is also great with hair color and highlights.
