    I have been coming to New Image for YEARS and they always provide excellent service and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Even when I left to go to college I found that I preferred to wait until I came home again just because I loved going here so much.Today I had a beautiful new set of nails (blue & white) done by Haylie (nails) and Lynn (design) and I am obsessed!!Previously, another example of how good these women are includes another beautiful set of nails (navy celestial) done by Malinda.

    New Image is the best salon in town for multiple reasons, the three most important to me being (1) they run like a Swiss clock—my appointment always starts at exactly the time I’ve scheduled it, (2) they’re very clean, and (3) they do high quality work with a keen eye for detail, especially Linda! I have very sensitive cuticle areas and am generally freaked out by the cuticle cleaning and trimming process, but I can relax with Linda because she’s not only meticulous, she is super gentle too. I’ve never once been unhappy with the final product, and though hate to admit it, I’m very picky. :) Overall, I highly recommend New Image Nail Spa if you’re a perfectionist and like to keep to a tight schedule.

    What a wonderful salon! Very clean, bright and nice. Jenny was a pro at the gel-hybrid manicure, her attention to detail was top notch and I left with exactly what I wanted. Everyone was welcoming and friendly! I’ve definitely found my new favorite salon!

    I wanted to treat myself to a gel french mani and Betty did an amazing job!! She was so sweet and accommodating and had amazing suggestions for my manicure. Thank you so much! This place is such an iconic St. Pete landmark for me that I had never been to. Well worth the money!

    I take my mother in-law here to get her nails done. She has some memory problems and they are always wonderful to her. They make her feel special. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. The location is also convenient for us.

    Ive been going here a few years. Always clean and professional. Theyre taking great care with the pandemic. I always see Le and she does a fantastic job! She is so efficient and careful, she pays attention to detail, but she works quickly too and my nails always come out perfectly even and flawless. Ive seen some other nail techs here and they were also lovely and did great work and my friends and family come here and all love it. Genuinely 100% serious 10/10. 💕Update: I have now also gotten eyelash extensions here and they are fabulous. Very natural looking and beautiful. 10/10 love these people.

    I’ve tried many nail salons in town- this one is the best. Multiple staff members addressed me by name on my very first visit!!! I was offered a wide variety of drinks when I first sat down, the massage chairs work so well and are heated, the equipment is all well kept and up to date and every staff member was friendly. I’ll continue to give them my business.

    I had an excellent first experience getting a dip powder manicure at this salon. They were patient and attentive, very welcoming and professional and clean. My friend and I were immediately greeted when we walked in and taken back within 5 minutes to get started. Complimentary beverages were an added bonus. The quality of the dip powder manicure I received was excellent, possibly the best I’ve ever had. They did not rush and made sure everything was to my liking before I left. This is a true salon experience and I have nothing negative to say. I will definitely be back and would recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service.

    I absolutely love this place. You feel so welcomed as soon as you come in. They greet you by your name and already know your preferences. They offer complimentary drinks, anything from coffee, sodas, and wine. I drive 30 mins to get my nails done, and its the highlight of my day when I do. Malinda (my girl) and Mindy are great nail techs. The front desk will help you pick or mix colors while you enjoy the treatment pedicure or whatever. Anything your heart desires, they will accommodate! Im going to miss this place when I move. 🖤

    Love this nail salon. If you are looking for a place to have a set an appointment, and amazing techs, friendly people, consistent and listen to your needs. This is the salon for you. I have been coming here for I over two years, consistently every two weeks. I like the management, how things are run, and efficient and effective.I highly recommend. I personally do NOT like walk in chop shops.New image, is mainly appointment only, they are right on time, and the nail work is top notch.

    This is by far the best nail salon in St Pete. I’ve tried others in my area but always leave disappointed, so it’s worth going out of my way to have a wonderful experience here. Malinda is truly talented and the office staff are friendly and helpful. My nails are so healthy, strong, and beautiful 😍

    I love this place! I’ve been coming here for over a year. I just specifically started seeing Lynn and she’s AMAZING. She gives me exactly what I want and exceeds my expressions on top of being extremely kind and gentle. The owners and front desk staff are super professional and a joy to work with as well.

    My grandfather and I received excellent pedicures here and had a great time together! He had a lot of dry, dead skin to be removed and they did a very thorough job doing so. He even said “Are those really my feet?!” afterwards. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. 10/10!!!!

    By far the best nail salon in St. Pete! New Image is clean, organized, friendly and professional. They stay busy so be sure to book an appointment or call ahead of time. The vibe is friendly and fun, everyone does a great job and values your experience. They call to confirm your appointment and services every time you book with them and are ready to answer questions. All prices and service info is posted online and in the shop. I’ve never had to wait and always receive great treatment. Management here is top notch! Keep it up!

    The nail salon I’ve been searching for! I’ve been looking for a new nail salon since I bought a house in St. Pete. After trying several places that didn’t quite make the cut, I was referred here. It did not disappoint! The spa is clean, my dip nails and gel toes came out perfect, 5 star customer service and an upscale vibe. Bonus- easy to book online and open on Sundays 👏🏻 I will be back for sure!

    Best salon I’ve been to in St. Pete. I am HOOKED.The term “you get what you pay for” applies here. You pay for quality service and comfortability and an inviting atmosphere, and you receive just that, CONSISTENTLY.I’ve been seeing Kim for about 4 months now and I have never left feeling anything other than confident and beautiful. Kim takes her time to make sure her work is nothing less than perfection, even when faced with challenging designs I come up with😅Front desk is very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. They are also efficient with their scheduling and confirmations, which personally I appreciate.Thank you Kim, and team for making me never want to look for another salon again 💕

    I had been to a few different salons before coming here and let me just say I am so glad that I found this place! I have been coming here for a while now and the front desk staff and management are wonderful - they’re attentive, very warm and personally greet you every time you come in.     I went there with my mom, brother, and daughter on the Thursday before Christmas. We had an amazing experience! Very attentive and professional. Leena did an incredible job with my manicure and gel application. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for a quality and enjoyable experience.     I am so thankful I found this nail salon. I moved to this side of town a year ago and there are sooo many nail salons. I must’ve tried them all. I found New Image Nail Spa, specifically Mimi. I will not go anywhere else, ever. They do beautiful, professional nails and the techs are all so kind and friendly.

    I’ve been going here for YEARS. I see Haylie and my acrylics have never lifted or broke, even when I was a bartender, and I sometimes go WEEKS between fills. Truly great work and worth every penny.

    Really nice inside. Prices arent jacked up because of it. Pretty basic pricing. Im pretty picky about nails. I got an acrylic fill with gel polish. Michelle was my technician, she did an amazing job shaping my nails. The place I had gone before had royally screwed them up and she fixed it all. The gel lasted really well but the right hand needed a second coat for looks. She did it on my left so not sure why. I should of spoke up and said something then. It wasnt horrible but I could notice it. Overall great experience!

    I love New Image!! I had a great experience here and booked a day for all of my wedding party to get our nails done before my wedding. We were allowed to bring our own snacks and drinks which was awesome as there were 12 of us, and we were so impressed by how quickly they got everyone done (with amazing quality at that!!) I love new image and will continue to comeBack!

    New Image Nail spa is HANDS DOWN THEE BEST SPA IN ST PETE!!! HELEN IS AWESOME!!! when I tell you these technicians are amazing they know what they are doing!!! I love getting pedicures from here! Got my lashes done and Im in love with them! They are light and fluffy and I cant even feel them, but when I look in the mirror Im shocked every time🤭😊 my normal lashes are thin, and I dont like big gaudy lashes that look fake so these are perfect!!!! Mindy did an excellent job! Thanks Helen, Mindy, and all the lovely staff at New Image nail spa!!!

    I have never been happier with a salon in the 10 years I’ve been getting my nails done. The salon is absolutely gorgeous, everyone is extremely kind, from the second you walk in till the moment you leave you feel valued. My nails were done by Anna & I can’t tell you how amazing of a job she did. Every detail is perfected! The shape, the acrylic, the filing, the cuticle all of it. I also got a pedicure, my massage was done better than anywhere else I’ve gone, my feet are soft & feel amazing! Everything was wonderful! This is my new place I will not go anywhere else!     A few weeks back I decided to try this place out for a much needed pedicure, Upon arriving it was very clean & adorable! The best thing about this was there was NO PRESSURE! I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to a nail salon and I was pressured into upgrading my pedicure or getting other services which always makes me feel uncomfortable, but not here! I am so happy I picked what I wanted and that’s what I got, it was relaxing and my pedicure tired out amazing! I am defiantly looking into having my bridal party stop in here with me for some R&R!     I have been going to new image for 15 years now and it is still the cleanest and most courteous and Professional Nail Spa in Pinellas County by far. Jeremy is the manager and she always goes out of her way to make sure that customers needs are met and she does her best to squeeze you in when in a bind. Not to mention their nails are beautiful and they use the best product in the nail and health and beauty Market. It is a little pricier than other places but I dont mind paying 4 the quality service and attention that I get

    First pedi post Quarantine and they were AMAZING as usual! Super clean, everyone must wash hands as they enter and before they can touch anything. They all wear masks and recommend all patrons to do the same. Bella is so good at what she does, friendly and attentive. This is the BEST nail salon in the burg!

    Love this place. I go to Jenny. She is amazing, and a perfectionist 🤗 so my nails always look perfect. I had a full set on and was on vacation so couldnt get in for 3 weeks.     Ive visited this salon 5+ times now and have had different technicians work on my nails, all of which have been great! Gel manicures, regular manicures, and pedicures have all been great experiences for me here, and I recommend checking this place out. It seems to be a little more expensive than Ive paid for at other salons, but Im fine with paying for it based on the quality of work and the atmosphere.

    I couldnt be more pleased with the services I just received at this salon. After visiting another nail salon for a dip manicure, I looked like I had skittles glued on my finger tips. Bella not only soaked them off gently, she gave me the most beautiful and natural looking dip manicure. I highly recommend this salon!

    I usually go to Anna, who did an awesome job today on my mani and pedi, in spite of the fact that I hadnt been in a while and my hands and feet looked terrible! She does a great job. Ive had Trish do my nails, when Anna is not available and she is great, too. Ive never had a bad experience here. Reliable place with reasonable prices. The sport pedi is SO worth it.

    Got a manicure from New Image and I could not be more happy with my experience! I was having trouble deciding on the color and my nail tech went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted by testing out different colors on my nails until I got the one that was perfect for me!     Ive been going here for about 6 years now . This by far is the best nail salon Ive ever been to in my life . My nail tech is Anna shes amazing not only does your nail tech build a relationship with you , but the entire New image staff does. I wouldnt trade my nail tech/ or salon for any other . Some complain about the price but Im a believer you get what you pay for and New image is what I pay for ! Not one time have I ever been disappointed and I get never ending compliments even when its time for a fill . New image is the best go see Anna !

    Ive been coming here regularly since my wedding in October for acrylics and an occasional pedicure. Huge shout out to Lynn who gave me the best foot massage ever when I came in super stressed and fixed my broken acrylic free. Always Haylie as well, who does an incredible acrylic set every single time.
