    Every nail technician I have had the absolute pleasure of sitting for has been nothing short of exquisite and kind. I have never been anywhere before that takes such care in every step of every process. The choice of beautiful lacquers and artistic, stunning colors, shimmers, chrome and ombre selections are bountiful and perfect. I look forward to going here every time I have an appointment. Lynn gives the greatest deluxe pedicure you will ever find anywhere. I cannot recommend this place and these wonderful women highly enough. Thank you to them for all their hard work , sincerity and comfort. You will not be disappointed!

    My daughter-in-law initially turned me on to this place and it has become my go-to! Very accommodating to schedules. Outstanding manicures pedicures. I also have my eyebrows trimmed up regularly. Lin and Nancy take great care of me!

    I think this is one of the best sets of nails I have ever gotten! I am still glancing at my nails throughout the day to admire how natural, pretty and clean they look!     When I moved to St Pete 5 years ago I tried a few salons to try and find my place. Was looking for a really chill place with just a few chairs because I don’t like a loud environment for my pedi experience. And first and foremost, it had to be very clean. So happy to have found Nails on Ninth. Super chill vibe and spotless inside. Ask for Lynn, but they are all good. Wouldn’t take my tootsies anywhere else!

    Always a very nice relaxing experience here. Nina is so gentle and gives a detailed pedicure and makes my difficult toenails a much improved look! I also like so accommodating when booking an appointment. Highly recommend this salon.

    I always come out of there with great looking nails that last for 3 weeks! I get dips and they look so good and keep my nails from breaking. They never keep me waiting (I always make an appointment) and the place is clean and everyone is very competent and pleasant.

    Nails on ninth is a lovely small business, not one of the large factory-like nail salons, this business is run by a fantastic group of women who go above and beyond for excellent customer service.I’ve been coming here for years and have always had excellent service. I was here when the most recent negative review was posted and that customer had every opportunity to ask for a change in color or correction of the nails she was unhappy with. Instead she left the salon and wrote a negative review that hurts this small business. I hope others will disregard that review.

    I had previously been gate keeping this place but I wont any longer. Folks of st pete, this is your new nail place, no need to look any further. What makes this nail salon stand out from others is that it is small (read: not loud!), relaxing, and odor free. The odor free part is the biggest thing for me as I am sensitive to strong scents and never have an issue here.I would recommend that you make an appointment because they do stay busy. I have never been dissatisfied with any service and will continue to drive across town for it.I had actually gone to place closer to me with my sister who insisted and ended up paying several dollars more but for less quality and less time spent. I wont make that mistake again! $33 for a classic pedicure. They really take their time, lots of value for the cost.Thank me later!

    I have been in so many places during the years and I have never been more satisfied for the service I get here. I take my friends and family to nails on nine when I want to treat them or as gift for any occasion. Each of of them are very professional and kind. Very clean and welcoming place. The warm towel and massages are included to their very reasonable price.

    Nails on Ninth is amazing! I have been trying to find a great nail place for the past year and a half and have had no luck… until I found nails on ninth! Everyone is amazing, the pedicures and manicures are amazing. Super sweet, calming, clean environment.     Nails on Ninth is my go to nail salon in an area with many options. After trying several salons, I can confidently say that this is the place for consistently great service. The friendly staff creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the absence of TVs allows you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and have never been disappointed.

    I’d been looking for a nail salon to call my own in st Pete and finally found the one! The nail techs do quality work. They also don’t skimp on the massage portion of the service! In addition to that, it’s a calming environment, never over crowded, and parking is always easy. Highly recommend!

    I made an appointment for this place for me and my friend and as Im brand new to the area, I was looking for a brand new nail place. I absolutely LOVED my experience there! Not only were all the techs super kind and chill but they were very easy to communicate with and answered all the questions we had about the dip powder & builder gel processes.I got my nails done with Carmen and she was able to get rid of my messed up acrylics and applied the builder gel to my nails. They came out so seamless and its on my natural nail so I no longer have acrylics or tips! Carmen was so gentle with everything, I really felt so relaxed and I cannot wait to come back! Definitely a great experience and so excited to have found a new nail place so quickly :)Make an appointment, you wont regret it!

    I have been a pedicure customer for three years or so. Lynn does a fantastic job on the nails.For me, the best part is the massage. She takes her time and releases the tension/aches from my calves and feet.The shop is comfortable and clean. All the employees are very friendly.

    Really enjoyed this place. Everyone was very nice and the place was calm. No TV or big distractions which I really appreciate. Its a smaller shop but that was perfect as well because it makes it more calm and cozy.First time and the pedicure was awesome!I will be back. :)

    This is my third time visiting this nail salon. I’ve done both manicures and pedicures (normal & gel). The staff if always so accommodating and super kind! The salon is very clean, nice, and quiet and I like that they have a selection of vegan & clean polish colors (SpaRitual).Highly recommend!

    I have been going to Nails on Ninth for several years. Its quite a distance from my house but I make the drive because its worth it. The atmosphere is relaxing, it never smells like chemicals and their services are excellent. It is rare that I do not fall asleep during my mani/pedi because of how relaxed I feel when I am there. They really take good care of you. Lynn is my girl but everyone is very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

    4/29/23- I received a pleasant (no fuss) pedicure today from Yoyo. She serviced me right at my appointment time and didnt try to upsell me on the pedicure I wanted. I was happy with my service and the gel pedicure looks great. Im relieved to have found a nail salon I want to return to. Thank you Yoyo!

    It’s been 2 years since I treated myself to a pedicure, and nails on ninth did not disappoint. Was seated right away for my appointment time, vast selection of colors to choose from, and lovely atmosphere. I believe Sam did my pedicure. Very pleased :)

    I cant begin to express what a wonderful treat this place is! They are very gracious. I arrived late for my appointment but they took me anyway. I had difficulty selecting a color and they helped. Not only did they do a fabulous job on my nails but I received a lotion and massage for my hands and arms, complete with hot towel! It was past time for them to close but they took their time and didnt rush. Wonderful place with wonderful people

    Finally!! I finally found a nail salon in Pinellas County that treats you like a customer and is very gentle with nails. Its small but very clean, and the relaxing spa music makes it a more enjoyable experience. I went in with nails destroyed by a couple of other salons in town and was ready to cry if one more salon ruined my nails anymore by overusing the dremel. At Nails on Ninth, they were very understanding of what I wanted, which was having my broken, cracked dip removed very gently and a plain and simple manicure with strengthening polish to help my damaged nails grow back. I will absolutely go back here. I definitely recommend making an appointment. But oh, so worth it if youve been looking for a place that will treat you like a human, communicate efficiently, and respect the integrity of your nails.

    Absolutely lovely place. Very clean, quaint and calm. It was me and my sisters first time going here. They were so nice and took very good care of us. I had a gel manicure, and my sister had a gel pedicure and manicure. Both of us are very satisfied with the results. We will come back again!

    I stopped in today for my first visit to nails on ninth after a friends recommendation. What a beautiful nail salon. Leah took care of me and did a wonderful job. Honestly, the BEST pedicure Ive had all year. Leah was patient, kind, and meticulous. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone. Trina was the other nail tech and she seemed very sweet as well. I will definitely be returning in the future.     As others have stated, its a small salon so appointments are the best idea here and that is the beauty of it! I love the tranquil, friendly atmosphere. When I get a pedicure, I want to RELAX just as much as I want pretty toes and feet. I do not want tons of people bustling around. Im not looking for an offering of wine or the other fluff from higher volume salons. This place checks all my boxes.Tranquil, friendly, clean, and quality work. Ive had 2 pedis here from two of the three ladies that work here and both were equally amazing. I am beyond pleased to have FINALLY found the perfect spot for pedicures.

    Excellent nail salon! I moved into the neighborhood and tried a few places. This is by far one of the best. They take the time to do a great job. Its been years since Ive been to a nail salon that finishes with the excess paint cleanup around my cuticles and file any rough edges once my nails are dry. Also, the salon is clean and relaxing. For those that like walk-in service, youll probably need an appointment.

    I recently moved to St. Pete and was very attached to my nail tech in DC. However, Im so happy I found Nails on Ninth. They took my acrylic nails off and used sns dip powder on my natural, very weak, nails and they look and feel amazing. I then returned for what was the best pedicure Ive had in forever. They are professional, clean, gentle and - bonus - reasonably priced. This will be my go to place from now on.

    I love this salon! Leah and Trina are skilled pros who care about quality and a relaxing positive experience, which they deliver. The fun part is almost every time I am there, I meet a very nice client. They attract good people which says a lot. I am thrilled to see how busy and successful this small business has become in a short period of time. It was hard earned and well deserved.I do want to address the review below where someone in my view unfairly rated them low because they couldn’t “get an appointment” or just stroll in. This is a thriving business with a lot of regulars who book appointments. How about you pick up the phone and make an appointment with a little lead time? Not hard to do even same day on weekends at times. It is terribly harsh to downrate a great business because you didn’t bother to plan a little. Think that’s on you not them.

    Found this gem of a salon while vacationing in St Petersburg. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. it was super clean, too. Fabulous job on my gel nails, pedicure and eye brow wax. Wish I had a salon like this in Pittsburgh! I will definitely use this salon the next time I am here.

    Nails on 9th brings a relaxing Spa like pampering experience, not a typical fast paced In and Out Service Provider. Today I received a manicure and pedicure by Trina - 1 of 3 Employees. clean, quiet, and relaxing - exactly what I am happy for in my Neighborhood.
