I had an amazing experience at Element! The location is stunning, and the aesthetic is so on point — it really sets the tone for a relaxing, enjoyable visit. Mitchell was fantastic; she’s incredibly detail-oriented and made the whole process so much fun. She took the time to make sure my lashes were tailored perfectly to my eyes, not just a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m absolutely in love with my lashes and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Mitch does an amazing job creating beautiful, natural looking lashes that are light feeling too! I really appreciate how accommodating she is to make sure Im happy each time. The salon is well decorated and its usually quite fun to listen or join in on the friendly banter! Highly recommend!

Kate is the best! She gives me the most natural looking extension. I live out of state half of the year and Kate is always my first appointment when I return to St. Pete. I’ve been seeing Kate for two years and she always does a beautiful job.

Words can’t describe how kind, sweet and accommodating Kelsie was! I have vertigo and she helped me feel comfortable, and relax. She even gave me a squish toy to help me with my anxiety. During the whole process we were just having conversations, and that honestly helped me incredibly. Time went fast so quick and she did an amazing job! I got compliments from my family they loved the lashes! This is my very first time having lashes done and she won me as a forever client! Thank you so much Kelsie for going overboard to make me feel good the whole time. The whole staff is very sweet and professional. I recommend them to anyone who wanted lashes done! The best place in town! Kate does an amazing job with my lash extensions and brow wax. She makes it a relaxing experience, listens to my wishes and the outcome is always spot on. I may also add that the extensions last forever, plus the place itself is beautifully set up🥰

When finished they give you instructions for aftercare with no push to hurry back for more!I love my new look! It is exactly what I had hoped for.

I am forever grateful for Mitchell that came in the day after Christmas to fix my eyelashes that were a mess, and hurting from another place I went in town. She spent her time removing the old lashes, which took over an hour just to remove, and carefully took all of them off to start over with a brand new set. She did not make me feel rushed, she was super sweet, and I appreciated this more than words can describe. She is a stand up business owner, and as a business owner of a successful salon for many years, I can say this woman has her head on straight of how to treat customers, and provide a true 5 star experience. I will recommend all of my salon/spa clients to go here, and I look forward to watching them thrive in the new year. Thank you Mitchell! I am glad to have found you, and my new lash home. You are lovely, and I look forward to my future visits!

I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis which causes my skin to be oily and my lashes to be quite thin. For years I floated around to different lash artists and struggled with longevity, itchiness, and loss of my real lashes. Mitchell is an INCREDIBLE artist and I absolutely adore her work. Now my lashes last (both my real and my extensions) -- and they always look amazing. You can tell she has done this a million times and really has it down well. Highly recommend the ladies at Element Lash Co. ♥️

Macaelah is nothing short from great! i have drove from plant city to st pete for over 3 years because i can’t find anyone like her around locally. my lashes last the longest with her and i constantly get so many compliments. she really is the sweetest and most understanding human. its been a honor to watch her business flourish into what it is today. one thing you will never do is regret having macaelah be your lash tech and she also has an amazing team working beside her. ♥️

I’ve been having my lashes done for 5 years and would say this is the best experience and lashes I’ve ever had done.My lash retention is the best it’s ever been and Mitchell has found a great shape for my eyes! She did the natural look (plus a little) and the look so natural (just like ahe is wearing mascara). Elissa did an excellent job.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for about 5 years and I’ve been dying to find someone in st Pete that can match the quality I’ve been getting in Tampa. I’ve easily tried 5 different lash artists and I’ve finally found the right one! She was super quick in filling my lashes (that were almost 4 weeks out) and they look absolutely beautiful. I’m actually in shock! I’ll be seeing her every 2-3 weeks for life!

I saw Raith for my brow tint & shaping and was so pleased with her work!I’ve been a bit skeptical before on having my naturally light brows tinted since I’d want them a natural red to match my hair but Raith made my brow dreams come true 😅 She custom mixed the colors to a perfect match!The shop is nice and relaxing too! I definitely could’ve taken a nap there! I really enjoyed my time with Raith and can’t recommend her work enough!
