My first time getting lash extensions today, and I fell asleep! Janna is so gentle in her technique. Her salon is immaculate and has a very calming atmosphere. Most importantly of all, Janna takes the time to explain everything and answers any questions patiently. She is so friendly, skilled, and experienced. I’m so happy that I found a permanent lash/lip specialist here in Saint Augustine!

I recently moved to Florida from North Carolina. I was in search for an Eye browartist because; around 6 years ago I began to see my Eyebrows Vanish right before my eyes!!! I thought that there was no hope in bringing them back; because I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis, which affects your joints & muscles, but also can affect hair loss. I’ve always had THICK eyebrows, so this really affected me physically and mentally, But I was given back hope when I was recommended to go see Janna at Brow & Lash!!! Janna has been a BRIGHT light to me at the end of a dark tunnel. My first visit to her exquisite salon was 7 weeks ago and has been nothing less since then, EVENTFUL & EXTREMELY welcoming.When Janna was doing my consultation she had concerns about a bulge above my left eye, she discussed her concerns throughly with me and as she was explaining to me what her thoughts were I was so amazed how well and knowledgeable this young lady knew about the human anatomy. I thought to myself, she must be a NURSE TOO!! Janna was on point about her concern; because I went to my Doctor for my test results and follow up weeks later and the conversation that Janna & I had came up so the doctor than began to evaluate the bulge and she confirmed Janna’s concerns!! Janna is not just my Eyebrow artist she’s my ANGEL!! She is the epitome of the words, compassionate & caring and she is very personable & professional and a PERFECTIONIST!!!My Eyebrows have been rejuvenated they are simply stunning!! I’m very PLEASED with how Janna was able to bring back the natural look, but she also added a touch of color that matches my skin color too Perfection and the sculpting and contour to my eyebrows, have given me my confidence back. I have had many compliments from near & far!! I came in today getting a beauty brow arch done. Ever since I moved from nyc I have been having such a hard time finding someone who can give me the eyebrows I wanted. Janna is the best of the best here. Her spa is so relaxing and comfortable. I came in and showed her a picture and she knew exactly how to replicate it. She is truly as precise as any eyebrow threading service.

I got the Classic Mink Lash Extensions with Janna and wow she did not disappoint! She went over everything in detail beforehand and gave me the perfect lashes for downturned eyes. She takes her time and is very meticulous with her work. Honestly the best lashes you can get in St. Augustine. You wont even need eye makeup! I highly recommend Beauty Brow and Lashes!!

They are PERFECT and make life so much easier to just wake up with flawless lashes. So after debating with myself for months about getting eyelash extensions because I wear glasses 85% of my life. I finally said LETS DO IT. I DM’d Janna before booking with questions and she answered (not only quickly) but every question and then some. The day of my appointment I came in, she consulted with me and was very informative. My process began, she was so gentle. I always get nervous about my eyes, but it didn’t bother me at all. My biggest concern was about them hitting my glasses or being to heavy. Let me just say I stood up front the table and I couldn’t even tell they were there. When I put my glasses on, they did NOT touch my lenses. Needless to say when I left the shop today, my appointment was already booked for my fill in. I’m obsessed, thank you Janna! 😍
