    Valentina is a wonderful person and electrologist. I’ve been seeing her for some time and have made tremendous progress towards my goal of removing all my facial hair. It feels great to no longer need to shave due to how time consuming and short term it was. Valentina has always taken the time to explain the process, her reasoning, provide aftercare and ensure comfortability. I would recommend Valentina for anyone looking to remove unwanted hair.

    Such a wonderful experience! Valentina is the best! She is so knowledgeable and was able to teach me about hair growth and how it cycles. You can really see the progress with each appointment! During my first visit, I was so skeptical about how it all worked but was looking for a permanent solution to my hair growth worries! Valentina reassured me to trust the process and I’m so glad I did! Her office is super clean. She is warm and inviting and took the time to educate me on all of my questions.     The best! I can’t recommend Valentina enough. She has excellent bedside manner, a clean office and she explains everything so in detail. I have been going to see her for awhile because this treatment takes time and she explained everything to me. As promised her treatments are permanent and I am proof of that. My only regret is I didn’t know about her sooner. I wish I would have done this years ago. Valentina is the BEST! If you’re considering her or her treatments! Just do it, you’ll be glad you did!! She changed my life and I gained confidence I lacked for so long.

    Dealing with unwanted facial hair for decades and in need of a more permanent solution, I researched online and came across Smooth Solutions Electrolysis. While nervous about electrolysis, I knew I had to meet Valentina in hopes that she could help me. From the moment I entered her studio, my fears were calmed. Her space is IMMACULATE! Valentina is professional, encouraging, and knowledgeable, explaining the process every step of the way. She is punctual and is an excellent communicator.     I just finished treatment after one year. Tweezing and plucking facial makes the hair shaft a mess as I found out. This is my third round of treatment. For me I found I needed to return every 20 years. Hormones play a big part in hair growth as well as stress. I started out this time seeing Valentina every 10 days. I finally ended up at every 5 weeks. I have white hairs. My understanding is laser would not be an appropriate treatment for me because of this. When you find yourself spending way too much time with your mirror and tweezers just know there is an option. She is very good at her job. You will be pleased but realize this might be quite a commitment for awhile

    Valentina is very knowledgeable about electrolysis and can explain that this is a process, not a one time quick fix like I thought it was going to be. Clean/sterile environment. Highly recommend!     I was in searched for a very reputable place for what I wanted done. I was very skeptical at first. I suffer from PCOS and grow hair in unwanted places. It took some time to see results but I honestly could not be happier that I found this place. I started out with probably over 75 hairs & I’m down to maybe 10 in almost 2 years. I will continue to see her for future hair removal as long as she is still in business. Shes is very knowledgeable in what she does. & honestly it is very fairly priced for life time results.     Valentina is incredible! Shes one of my absolute favorite people in the state of Florida on top of being excellent at what she does. Its difficult to find electrolysis and Valentina is just amazing. Her studio is clean and quiet, Ive never worried about the sterility of anything. Shes very professional, gives straightforward advice on how to best treat the problem area while remaining compassionate. No one likes having body hair issues and that isnt lost on her. I cant say enough good things! Electrolysis is the only known way to permanently remove hair, its not long-term but temporary like laser. Valentina is perfection.

    Went here for about a years worth of electrolysis treatment on my chin and underneath. She is quick and thorough, and her place is clean. Never had issues with booking or cancellations .I had large patches of stubborn thick black hairs. By the time I stopped going, I went from having 45-55 min appointments to 5 minute appointments with maybe only ten hairs left. So I decided that I could take care of those hairs myself. But I will definitely rebook and go back to her if I ever started to need the services again. Definitely recommend!

    Valentina is fantastic! I had been dealing with troubling and embarassing ingrown hairs on my face for years. I finally decided to do something about it a year ago and boy did I hit the jackpot.     I tried laser multiple times and got absolutely no results. I suffer from PCOS, which means I grow hair on my chin, upper lip and my belly. She explained the process of how electrolysis works and that it may take awhile. But I’m not lying when I say it took a year, but I’m so ecstatic about the results. I have no hair on my chin and my belly, after the 3rd session my hair is half of what it is. I’m so amazed at the results.     Valentina changed my life! I have always struggled with excess facial hair, but as I’ve aged, it got out of control - course and plentiful. I could have had a really impressive goatee.
