I had an amazing experience at W Salon & Spa with Riley as my hairstylist. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming. She’s the kind of person you instantly feel comfortable around.She listened carefully to what I wanted, and then gave me realistic expectations about what could be achieved with my hair type. It’s so refreshing to find a stylist who’s upfront and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. One thing that impressed me was how transparent Riley was about the pricing. She broke everything down before we even got started, so there were no surprises at the end.The salon was spotless and the whole experience was so perfect. I left feeling like a new person and cant wait to go back.

I visited the salon on Westview Drive for a wet haircut and although I found it a bit too high priced, I was very happy with the service. Camille gave a relaxing and thorough hair wash, and Sasha did a great job with the cut – very precise and exactly what I wanted. Both were skilled and professional.The salon is well designed, spacious and clean. Very good communication.Thank you :)

I have been seeing Sasha for my nails for about 1 year now and I have now included my toes. I am forever grateful for the magic she works on me in fact so thankful I go every 3 weeks . I have structured gel which not everyone is skilled enough to perform!. From the detail to absolute perfection she works I highly recommend Sasha!! She’s kind and joyful!! She gets me!!

My daughter had a color emergency from a different salon that I tried (and failed) to fix at home. Marnie did a wonderful job correcting it for her. She is professional and kind, and she really knows what she is doing. If you need a color specialist, she is an excellent choice. Everyone at the salon is friendly. I’ve gone to W Salon since it was Hair Benders in the early 2000s - and won’t go anywhere else for my cuts and color! Krista is the master of gorgeous balayage and is such a kind and fun person to spend 3+ hours with for a cut and color. My family also exclusively goes to Willi for the best massages. Location is conveniently right off the Sawgrass with ample parking. Expansive shampoo / conditioner / product collection at check out - where I go for my travel sized products. Easy booking process either over the phone or online with their new app process.

She did the perfect tone and just the right amount of highlight for my hair as I had described I wanted. I highly recommend using Sai. I will be going back in a few months for a touch up and a cut as well with Sai!

I always get compliments on my hair.Sonia has been doing my manicure and pedicure for over 16 years. I followed her when she left her last salon, that is how I began coming to the W salon and after a while, I began to get my hair hair done by Scott. Sonia is excellent and works fast.

Hair by Julianna!First off let me start off how warm and welcoming the salon was. Julianna took my dark brown hair to this lushes blonde. She did it an amazing job with the full service. Showed me all the steps she did. Made sure I was comfortable and loved my hair every step of the way. If your looking to get your hair colored, bleached, blown out or cut Julianna is the person to go too!!!

This is regarding the 1 star review left below by Tammie Olivera.I typically do not respond to a negative review because I believe if you have a bad experience somewhere it is your right to speak of it. As a manager of a Salon/ Spa that sees an average of 200 guest a day , you cannot please everyone . This particular review below must have context .This guest has come to our salon one time a year ago for a spa day. This is her only visit to our Salon. Two months ago Tammie emailed me to schedule the exact services again for her birthday. All services were booked a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure.Unfortunately, our masseuse had a death in the family and must fly out of the country next week. I have no other masseuse currently or Tammies massage would’ve been accommodated. I called Tammie and she opens up the phone call with “I am having the worst birthday month ever”. I knew right away telling her the massage has to be rescheduled will be problematic. I offered Tammie a discount on the massage for any other day she would like. Her facial and manicure/pedicure are totally fine for the same day. I also offered a free hair service to go along. As well as apoligizing multiple times. Tammie says she’s going to cry so she must call me back tomorrow. She repeated multiple times “I know this is not your fault”. Tammie followed with an email the next day. Requesting/demanding a discount on the manicure/pedicure. Cancel the facial and a free massage for a later date. I simply responded back that the manicure/pedicure that same day is good to go. But what I will do is offer you 20% off your facial or 20% off a massage for a later date. Please let me know which you would like to do.Tammie followed up with an email to cancel all services.I know canceling the massage portion of a full spa day is disappointing. However the death in someone’s family is out of anyone’s control. I just wanted to make light on the situation that Tammies spa day was not canceled a week before strictly the massage. All other services were good to go and offered at a discounted rate or discount on a massage for a later date.I am not sure where the staff came off as stuck up being Tammie has visited our salon only one time and rebooked for the same thing a year later. I do not understand how we were not accomadating after learning an employee had a death in he family.

I am a big fan of nail art and Lauren does my nails. She is an incredible nail technician and her talent for nail art is amazing! She is fast, precise, and wants you to be satisfied. I cant do gel or acetone since Im allergic so she does acrylic and nail art and it comes out fantastic! Lauren is your go to for nail art!

Went to fix my daughters 3-4 colored platinum blonde hair. Krista did an amazing job! She brought 3 different colors of bleach blonde to brunette with a soft shade of brown, treating the silver-white locks first. Once the color was completed, she cut layers to improve the body and shape of the hair. She did a great job at a very reasonable price!

Jeff has been performing magic on my hair for years. And Jennifer gives the best manicures and pedicures. They both recently began working at W Salon & Spa. So this was my first visit at this salon. A really lovely salon with all the services you could want. Very clean salon and customer service was great. I highly recommend Jeff & Jennifer. A busy salon so I recommend an appointment but walk ins are welcomed. I was very impressed at all the services that are provided at this salon.

Shannon Perry is the best nail tech in the state of Florida. She has done miracles on my nails. My nails are healthy and strong. Oh and lets not forget about the polishes she uses they are the best. I have tried many salons and stylists over the years, searching for a blowout that lasts more than one day and a salon that is spacious and enjoyable to visit. W Salon and Spa is it! It is a luxury salon with prices not higher than other local salons, and they take pride in their work.I have used Yasidro and Jeff S mostly for my services. They are both excellent! I finally found my go to Salon for blowouts and color!

Jeff is a master colorist and perfects your color exactly as you want it. A better pedicure than Jens you will never find. I couldnt recommend a better couple to care for all your beauty needs. If I have to sub when my regular people are away, everyone is so talented! The desk staff is great and so is manager Brandon. They work around my difficult schedule to get me the appointments I need. It’s like a family at the W! I strongly recommend all services at this salon. It’s a one stop shop.

Saw Juliana today for a blow dry. Last couple visits, my shampoo/condition has lended to a knotty mess that took 2 people to brush out. I explained this to her on arrival and not only did she listen, she walked back and made sure that the RIGHT products were used for my long, curly hair. The experience was a complete 360 from the last and I will use her from here forward. It’s the little things that make a client’s visit worthy of coming back.

I dont normally write reviews, but I have so much appreciation for the experience I had here. Let me just say, I am FRUGAL, Ive got a 2yr old, and dont have the time or big bucks to splurge. Ive been to so many salons in the past, including Hair color concepts, and spent so much money, regrettably. I desperately needed color correction, and saw Stephanie at The W. First off, she is so knowledgeable and honest. She reviewed my case (bleached hair on brunette gone wrong), explained to me what scientifically went wrong, and presented me with options to correct. She did not try to upsell me in the least, in fact, she went the reasonable and most health conscious route for my hair. Stephanie is a straight shooter, educated, considerate person. I was in love with my results, and more so with the price, $50!!! I was completely shocked. If youre looking for expertise, honesty and consideration ask for Stephanie.

The salon is huge, lots of stylists. Making an appointment is very easy, they’re efficient. I used to go here long ago and recently went back. The color I got was very good but I’d rather not go under the heat for color because it rushes the color process and can burn my hair. Got an amazing washout by Grace. She was terrific - fantastic head and neck massage and she was not rough like some shampooists. A bit pricey here, though. Roots and a dusting (not a full cut) was $140. I can recommend Jeff for color and cut.

ALWAYS WONDERFUL!!!!* January 2024 Krista gave me another wonderful haircut! Riley put in super cool tinsel for my daughter and I. (for my birthday whoop whoop) and always a great shampoo!* April 2024 My haircut is the bomb! I have had 4 to date with Krista and I get compliments on my hair! When I am about due for a haircut it doesnt tangle up if I go an extra week like it used to! It feels so soft and healthy,. Its so great she doesnt have to wet it which I love because I am usually doing all my errands on the same day.The reception is always so friendly, as well as the check out desk. I feel so happy when I go in and when I leave. I’ve been getting my (very long) hair cut at the W by Scott for years. He’s the only stylist who knows how to cut my very fine hair with the perfect amount of texture to make it light and fall just right without a blunt edge. I had color done with Gabby today and she nailed the exact look I was going for (which involved hi-lights/lo-lights and toner, so it wasn’t a simple process). Everyone here is great from the moment you walk in the front door. Well worth the competitive prices.

Everybody that works here is super nice. Ive been twice now for a manicure. Once with Vicky and once with Samantha. Both are fantastic. The one time that Vicky did my nails she went above and beyond searching the entire store for someone to braid my beard. This is an upscale place...before Covid you used to have coffee and cookies...now nothing. Thats fine, but I dont like when customers are nickel and dimed. Stick an extra buck on a retail product, but its not what an upscale salon does. Its a cost of doing business...make it up somewhere else.

If you try the deep conditioning treatment, it lasts longer (lol). I get a treatment with every hair color. The place is clean, professional, a tad bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Jeff is the best!!! If you are going there and need a stylist, I would recommend Jeff highly. Jeff use to own his own salon-Hair Benders-but he decided to close it, when he heard that W Salon & Spa was opening a new state of the art salon in Coral Springs. He would then be able to concentrate on what he liked best-styling hair!! He was unable to do that with all of the stresses of running a highly successful, big salon on his own. We were sad to see Hair Benders close, but most of the stylists followed Jeff to W Salon & Spa, so it feels just like home! :) Jeffs specialties are color, up-dos for prom/weddings etc. and cuts. He also gives very good perms. I also see him setting older womens hair in curlers, and doing wonderful blow outs! If you want it done, Jeff has the skills to do it! I have four daughters, (from 14-23) plus myself. We all go to Jeff, and have never had anything less than a fantastic experience no matter what we have done to our hair!! Do not hesitate to go to him. He is actually the stylist who trains all of the new stylists who are coming out of school. He is that good, that he is the pick for the new stylists to shadow! I really shouldnt be leaving this review, because now it will be even harder to get an appointment with him, but I just cant help letting everyone know how skilled he is at his craft!!

This place is always great for hair. Melanie is super personable, always does a great job and I always walk away extremely happy. Today I came in with the thickest nexgen nails from another salon, and they were close to impossible to take off. Vidya worked with me for about an hour trying to salvage my nails from the damage of the other salon, even though it was only supposed to be about a ten minute soak off. Vidya was absolutely incredible and was able to bring my paper thin nails back to life. I could not be happier with my experience.

This would have been a 1 star review, the first attempt with one guy was an epic fail. He offered to fix it and make it worse, then said he would call and never did. The look was balayage with an hombre look. Then I called to talk to the manager Brandon, and he was amazing. He handled everything very professionally and assured me that the problem would be fixed if I worked with this guy Paul. He was right, Paul is the Van Gogh of hair color. He used highly impressive techniques, and created EXACTLY the look I wanted from the photo shown. I will always go back to Paul and use him, from the giant mess up he had to work with, he worked miracles!
