    I went to the lash lounge and the customer service was honestly amazing. The lady at the front desk was extremely professional and very welcoming, honestly some the best customer I’ve had. The tech that did my lashes was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time which was great because I do not like people touching my face. Honestly I cannot wait to go back!!!

    I went the lash lounge for the first time as i was recommended by a friend and got my lashes done in a timely manner. The stylist are very nice and did amazing on my set. Also, Daniela the lady at the front was very sweet and welcoming.

    Shelly ( my lash tech) at The Lash Lounge in Coral Springs is an excellent technician. She and her team offer top-notch customer service and create the perfect atmosphere for getting your lashes done. My lashes always look fabulous for nearly a month. The quality of their products is truly impressive. I highly recommend this place!

    As a first timer, I loved it so much! I wanted natural looking lash extensions and Madison DELIVERED! It came out exactly the way I wanted them, not too much but still highlighting natural looking lashes! Loving them so much, definitely coming back next time 💖💖💖✨ Full Classic Set, Level 1, D Curl ✨(sorry for the blurry pixelated pic, but its showing how NATURAL it looks, which is what I wanted, hihi) # Picture 1 (1/9/2024)Update (1/18/2024):I tried my best to upkeep these lashes to stay pretty as long as possible by washing them gently with a oil-free and pH-balanced lash foam cleaner and soft brush, brushing them gently afterwards, prevent myself from rubbing my eyes, not using eye makeup or eye products or any oil-based facial routine, taking cold showers, and also slept on my back with my face not even touching the pillows (as best as I can) - however its a shame that the prettiness only lasted for a week for me. Most of the lashes came off one by one; mostly on my left eye, while the other is still somewhat there. I was hoping I could reach 2 weeks but it lasted only a week. My real lashes are still there, but the extensions are about 60% gone. Either the glue wasnt strong enough, or maybe the fact that there were not a lot of lashes that were set in the first place because of the set type to begin with... A little sad and disappointed about it, but this is an honest review on top of the amazing results on the day I got these lashes. # Picture 2Update (1/22/2024):A day after I wrote the previous update, I called to see how much it costs to get my lashes removed. But to my surprise, they asked me why I want them removed when its only been less than 2 weeks. I told them the issue and they decided to offer a complimentary refill instead! They told me that they recently had a glue change or something so that may be the problem. So I went today and got it done with Madison again, and she DELIVERED again! Love it, love it, love it. Ngl shes awesome. The only problem was the glue at first, but well hope that it stays longer now! Thanks again Madison & The Lash Lounge! 🤍 # Picture 3

    My lashes look amazing and they were done so fast, and Jennifer who did my lashes was amazing, she was so nice, and caring, I had sunburn, and she did everything she, could to make sure I was comfortable. If you come here you should definitely ask for her.

    First time trying lash extension ahead of my wedding day and I’m so happy I found Lash Lounge! The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. They also provide a blanket and comfortable reclining bed. The process is long (not exaggerated) but LaToya made the time fly by. Very much appreciated and will come back in a few weeks to get them filled!

    Amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door! I was welcomed as soon as I arrived. The ambiance was that of a spa with relaxing music playing. The spa bed was very comfortable. My stylist was professional and made sure she understood exactly what services I wanted. I decided on Classic level two and tinting of my brows. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked. I don’t even need to wear mascara or eyebrow products. Staff took the time to explain how to care for my lashes (especially since I garden and sweat a lot). By the time I left I was confident I could care for my new lashes. I will be going back every two weeks for my refills. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LASH LOUNGE!
