    I have been seeing David for almost a year now - I get Gel X done by him and every time they are flawless! He takes his time to ensure my nails, cuticles, shape, color is perfect. I always get compliments on my nails and they last sometimes for over a month. David is also just a joy to be around and go to - we always have great conversation, joke and laugh which makes the entire experience that much better.All the staff at Nail Venue is great - you can tell they all have a great time working together with just the energy of the salon when you walk in.10/10 recommend.

    I had the best and most detailed mani&pedi ever today! Vin (sp) was very detailed and took her time with my visit. The massage was wonderful and the polish was perfect! I would highly recommend and will come back again when we come back.

    I started coming here for my nails; they are always the sweetest people every time I walk through the door! They always go out of their way to do their best job. If I ever break a nail or mess up a nail, however many days or weeks later they always fix it for me for free!

    The staff here is awesome and so kind! I have been coming here for a few months. When I first came, I had never even heard of Gel X nails. I was waiting fory acrylic set to get bad before I tried the Gel X bc they are a little more expensive. Today, I got them done!! OMG 😱 they are freaking amazing. They kept telling me that I would love them bc they feel so much lighter. I thought yeah okay, nails cant feel lighter. Yall they really do!! They look and feel amazing and I will always get them now!! 😍

    Wonderful experience! I got my nails done by Kristy and she did an excellent job. She took her time and asked me several times throughout the process if I liked the way they looked. Customer service was exceptional from everyone, even got my eyebrows waxed. Definitely recommend.

    The Nail Venue has great energy!They are busy, but personable and professional. The shop may look smaller on the outside but inside it is spacious, clean, and inviting.I was in a rush to get a mani/pedi before my flight and Tim made sure I was cared for in a timely manner. Not only that, my nails are awesome! My mani is in progress as I write this and order my Uber back to the airport, but it was wonderful too. I REALLY enjoy the massage chairs and how relaxed the staff and the environment theyve created is!Definitely coming back again!

    The best nail salon I’ve been to in Pensacola. It has a very welcoming environment. Tammy did my mani and pedi, she did a wonderful job and was extremely thorough! She also did my eyebrow wax and was just as thorough with that. I will definitely be back!

    Freaking amazing. We moved here last year and I tried a few different nail salons and all of them were okay. Tried this place and everyone was so so friendly and my nails are nearly perfect. The nail tech I had was a guy named Hi, who was super friendly and informative.

    Got my nails done, they came out incredible! The staff was so social, funny, and kind. And best of all was the price! It was all much cheaper than any other nail salon that Ive been to. Next: eyelashes (we spent $120 for 2 so $60 each.)

    David is extremely detail orientated with precision. I highly recommend you get a full service pedicure along with Gel X. It’s a beautiful finished product.

    Ive been getting my nails done at a different salon every 2 weeks for the last 6 months and finally Ive found a place that not only has great prices but a great atmosphere too. Not to mention they killed it with my Mani an Pedi. Hands down the Best nail salon in Pensacola!!!!

    This salon was wonderful! They were open on Sunday, which was a plus for me. I wasnt able to catch the guys name that did my nails, but he is the salon owner. He is a very nice guy. He did an absolute amazing job on my nails! I love them. The salon was clean and relaxing. He also gave me a punch card to receive $10 off when I come on my 10th visit. Try these guys out, you wont be sorry. When I go back in 3 weeks, I am going to get the new Gel X nails. Cant wait!!

    Amazing service! Heather was great and very friendly, my nails look beautiful. I was visiting Pensacola and she gave me several tips on what to ask for in my home town to make my prices cheaper, she also knew I was in a rush and she helped me get into my car to make sure my nails weren’t ruined. Best salon experience I’ve ever had by far if you want beautiful nails and a great service she is your lady!

    Went here while I was running errands. They were able to fit me in as a walk in for acrylic removal with a gel manicure and pedicure. Overall good experience no this won’t be my regular place but good for a quick nail appointment if you’re in need.

    My daughter and I went here to kill some time before the mall opened. When we walked it we were greeted immediately and all of our services were done quickly. The man working and the lady doing my pedicure went over and beyond to accommodate us. I absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back again because it’s so nice to be taken care of and the pricing was great too. Thanks!

    Absolutely love this place! Today was my first time going with one of my friends and we both had a GREAT experience. Very clean and cute little salon with very nice people ! I got a full set acrylic nails that were done beautifully ! I told him I was a server and he went out of this way to make sure my nails were super strong and durable. Didn’t try to rush me out of the door, just took his time and got my nails just right ! I will definitely be back in 2 weeks for another set.

    This place is amazing! They have amazing customer service, extremely clean, polite, very accommodating. They really made you feel like you belong there the second you walk in the door! It was pouring rain when my mom and I left, and one of the workers literally offered to walk us to the car with an umbrella one by one. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. My nails are perfect, not the mention the entire experience there. I’m never going anywhere else!

    I have lived in Pensacola my whole life and never been in such a hospitable, welcoming mail salon.... the owner actually works there and has such a good relationship with the other nail techs and they are actually happy....many salons I go in the nail techs are overworked, exhausted and you can tell they don’t have the best relationship with their boss. This place has fantastic luxurious chairs with awesome massage options. They space the chairs out where you don’t feel on top of other people and they are also spacing people out due to covid. I got the French gel nails and they turned out perfectly. You can tell the nail techs want their customers to be 100 percent comfortable and satisfied. The owner actually did my nails. Very nice people, very nice environment, will be back

    Absolutely highly recommend this place!! Very nice salon, excellent customer service- all the staff is friendly, attentive and speak excellent English. I had Paul as my tech and he was very conscientious and detail oriented- he made sure my nails looked perfect. Took his time and did a great job! I’ll definitely be going back here again.

    I normally dont write reviews, not for any reason other than I just dont think about it but I had to tonight. Ive been coming here for a few months for pedicures and at the last minute today I decided to come in. My appt was at 5 and they were running behind which didnt bother me at all, but we got started about 515. They close at 6 but as customers came in up until 5:30-5:40, they happily took them in and were very accommodating, never seemed annoyed at any time. My service was finishing up and about 5 mins a AFTER 6, someone knocked on the door and one of the other techs answered it and it was a woman asking for a pedicure. The tech kindly said they were closed and explained they closed at 6. They lady said the OPEN sign was on when she pulled in so she didnt know. The tech apologized at first but then immediately told the lady to please come in and shed take care of her. The customer said it was OK and she understood but the tech insisted and told her it was OK and she didnt mind to help her. I just thought that that was so unselfish of the tech and kind to help the lady after closing and with a welcoming attitude! Unfortunately that is such a rare situation these days. As I left, it was close to 630 and everyone,  although Im sure exhausted from the work day,  were still so kind and pleasant! Ive never had a bad visit here and theyve always been so kind but tonight was above and beyond. 💗 Wanted to give a shout out to The Nail Venue!

    A friend of mine suggested this place to me. I was skeptical because I live about an hour away. I was in the area though and gave it a try. I will be making the commute from now on! I am that satisfied. Kristys work was stunning!! Well worth the price. Due to a recent injury, Kristy, and other staff continuously made sure I was comfortable through out our session. Very relaxing atmosphere.

    I have sensitive and very thin nails. I came in with peeling gel polish and wanting to get acrylics, because I know that they last a long time. Heather (co-owner) was incredibly sweet and so gentle when she was taking the gel off. Every couple minutes she would check to make sure she wasnt hurting me. She was also concerned about the health of my nails if I got acrylic and convinced me to get dip instead. Ive never met a nail tech (let alone the owner!) who was as worried about my nails as her!Ngi (Im so sorry if I misspelled this) did my french dip nails, and she was just as gentle and concerned as Heather. She was so meticulous in making sure each nail came out perfectly, and that she wasnt hurting me. Im hoping to get her every time I come back.TLDR; Incredible experience and worth the money. 5 stars!

Got me right in and the price was very reasonable for a basic mani-pedi.He did a great job, just what I wanted and we had great conversation.
