    First time and new to town, looking for a nail salon and this did not disappoint. Salon is very spacious and clean. They offer snacks and a complimentary drink. My friend and I had pedicures and my friend also had dip nails done. Jennifer and Anna did excellent work. Both took their time and paid attention to every detail. We will definitely return.

    Excellent service and location for Nails. We invested in Herbal Pedis and it was a great experience. And the huge bonus that will have me traveling back next time ...... I COULD BREATHE!     Ive been a total of two times so far, and each time they havent failed me. (hats off to Mia both times!!) I first got a dip french nail in a natrual dark pink. It was a little pricey compared to what Im use to, but I genuinely liked the look overall. Mia took very good care of my hands and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted; shape/size/ect.Later I got a classic manicure last minute and was treated great too. Not rushed or anything even though they had a busy day.Highly recommend this place^^

    Spectacular experience with Tiffani. Showed her a photo of what I wanted and she made it reality. My second time at this salon and first time with her. Loved both visits and will be back again. This salon takes their time and makes the experience worthwhile.

    Candy was my nail tech and did an AMAZING job on my nails! Exactly what I wanted for the fall season. I chose different orange tones for my nails and it turned out so CUTE! Got many compliments at work the next day. She also took her time to make sure every nail looked good. I will be asking for Candy every time! Love it!!!

    This salon has changed my nails- for the better! No more dangerous UV lights - herbal nail manicures have strengthened and lengthened my nails. I have beautiful strong nails now! I have to get them cut down with each manicure.All of the staff are wonderful - service is paramount. The pedicures are truly a treat with fresh citrus in the water that is later used as a refreshing scrub.I’m so glad Herbal Nails is here!They have recently expanded into the shop next door, and have more luxurious pedi massage chairs. I recommend making an appointment if you are tight on time - they can get busy!

    I have definitely found my new nail salon here in Pensacola. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I set an appointment for noon on a Saturday and had to wait an hour. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind waiting. There were about 15 workers constantly working on clients. No one was standing around so it was hard to get mad because they were doing the best they could. Everyone was very apologetic and Ann completely made up for the wait. I honestly think this is the best manicure I have ever had. If you are planning on going on a Friday or Saturday I would definitely make and appointment and plan on waiting for a while or go Monday-Thursday when it’s not super busy.

    Candy always does an amazing job. All my nails are uniform with a good apex. Not sure what they use but it never smells like a nail salon and no fumes.

    Ask for An if you are getting dip done here. My nails are longer and natural. She didnt damage my nail when removing the dip I came in with. Easily got to 3 weeks with the dip she did with no cracking or chipping. I am rough on nails so this is quite an accomplishment.

    Herbal Nails is amazing! Beth did my nails, I like the natural look and she did such a wonderful job that nobody would guess that they weren’t real! Julie did a wonderful job on my pedicure, and she had to work so hard because I have severe ingrown toenails. The appointment took twice as long as it normally would, but she still took time to do all the wonderful relaxing things that I love about a pedicure. I have been getting my nails done for over 40 years, and HERBAL NAILS is the best salon have ever gone to keep my feet in shape. They are much better than a podiatrist…Drs. don’t make your feet sandal ready.

    Ive had some not so great mani/pedi experiences in Pensacola/Pace so when 9 oclock rolled around and they still werent open I started to get worried about this place I had picked. So we decided to grab coffee at Starbucks which is right next door. I didnt make an appointment but we were seated by 9:15. I went with my maid of honor and we both used a Groupon. I got an upgrade to the Herbal Gelous Manicure which I didnt know anything about. Everything here from the chairs to the decor to the tubs is a brand new and very very clean. You can tell they take pride in their shop. This may be the cleanest nail place Ive ever been to. I didnt get the name of the woman who did my mani and pedi but she was great. The Herbal Gelous mani doesnt use a UV light but uses powder and it has changed my life....well my nails. Another thing I loved is they use sliced citrus in your pedicure. It sounds weird at first but it smells wonderful and it actually feels good when they rub it on your feet. Both me and my maid of honor had a really relaxing time and love how our fingernails and toenails look.

    I always have great experiences here like for 3-4 years but since new management (just a time point when I started noticing) have noticed sharp decline in quality of dip powders. End result color is off from swatch, colors crack like never before. Also to note there is almost always a little boy sitting/laying across the couches with shoes off in waiting area playing loudly on iPad. Not exactly the relaxing, inviting atmosphere I look for in a salon. Other than those 2 newer developments, staff is always kind and does wonderful job/techniques.

    The salon is beautiful and clean. They were slammed on a Saturday, but quickly got my mom sister and I in for appointments. Linda was my nail technician that day, and it was her birthday! She was so kind and sweet. My nails look fantastic and I had a wonderful time. Dont forget to get your punch card :)

    THE BEST in the area. The massage was out of this world! I cant say enough great things about this place. Great attention to detail. My nails have never looked so good. You have to get the herbal pedicure. Over the top. Tell your friends its AMAZING. Ask for KIM and Lindsey! She rocks!!!

    Most recent experience was phenomenal thanks to manager Q! She went beyond expectations to accommodate to my requests to match my herbal gel color for a pedicure, and it looks great! She gave an excellent hand and extra foot massage on request. Just amazing. Her key focus is customer satisfaction. I first tried herbal gel at this salon and was somewhat displeased with the application. However, I wanted to try one last time because of the quality of nail heath after removal. Q was very acceptive of my feedback and spent a lot of time fulfilling my requests! I will defiantly be back because of the excellent customer service, complimentary wine, and clean atmosphere!

    I came for a pedicure and really enjoyed it! Everything was clean and pleasant and the ladies were so much fun! So sweet and funny! The luxury pedicure was divine after a 60 hour work week! Loved it!

    I have been enjoying manicures and pedicures at Herbal Nails for over 6 months now. The technicians are kind, attentive to details, and always do a superb job! I have never left disappointed. Just in the last month, their spa space has doubled in size as they expanded into the suite next door. It is now so very spacious and the atmosphere is relaxing and quiet! I usually make an appointment in order to maximize my time, but even as a walk in customer, I have never had to wait very long at all! Great customer service!

    Beautiful place! Loved the smell of everything they used. They really focused on foot care. Reason for only 4 stars is massage couldve been a little better. More focus on calf bottom of foot and Achilles tendon. Also, wasnt able to get nail art. Will go again and request someone who does nail art. All in all, will return!! Definitely recommend!!

    Clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The service was fantastic and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I did not have to wait for a chair. They pay attention to the little things. When the receptionist asked me how I like my water, I told her hot- so she warmed the water up in the tub NEXT to me so mine would be hot straight out of the faucet. Even though I brought my own water, they offered me a beverage anyway, just in case I wanted something else (they serve wine! Look out Nail Lounge!). My pedicure was done perfectly and I wasnt sitting in the chemical stink the whole time. It is a very well ventilated place! The staff truly cares about their customers. I noticed a woman who works there had a bit of a cough- she wore a mask to prevent the guests from getting ill which I greatly appreciated! They have a huge selection of polish colors, ten adult size pedicure chairs, one child size pedicure chair (so cute!) and eight manicure stations. It really was a wonderful experience! Im very pleased and will definitely be back. I have officially found a new nail salon!

    Ive come in for a gel manicure, pedicure, and dip and all of them were great! Mia is great to work with and I definitely look forward to coming here regularly. Her attention to detail is awesome and Ive never felt rushed. The pricing is pretty typical for any nail salon, but the service is top-tier!

    Came here after waiting in another nail salon for over 45 minutes for service. This place is always busy and after I was done, I understand why. Great service and great customer service. The ladies at the front desk are sharp and definitely keep the shop running efficiently. I brought my daughter back for service and was equally satisfied. Will definitely come back.

    I absolutely love Herbal Nails. I have used Mia as my nail technician for many years and I will work around her schedule rather than go to anyone else. The salon is clean, beautiful and very, very sanitary (plus it smells amazing). I feel safe at Herbal Nails and I know that everything used for my service is only used once. The Pedicures are top notch (whichever one you want) and the dip nails last for at least 5 weeks (that’s how often I go).If you go to Herbal Nails and Spa you won’t go anywhere else again 🥰

    This was my first time at herbal nails & I will 100% be back again! I was greeted very nicely when I can into the salon (I had no appointment). I was able to get a chair fairly quickly & the gentleman who did my pedicure (Andy) was AMAZING! Highly recommend these guys- worth the drive to them. :)

    I have gone to many nail salons between Pace, Milton, and Pensacola. These girls always do the best job and mine always lasts at least 3-4 weeks. They are always friendly, accommodating, and you cant beat the price/outcome. I highly recommend to anyone!!

    This is by far the best place in town I have been to. They have the best prices for what you get, the staff is beyond friendly, the place is clean and organized, and my nails look great. Jennifer did them for me and we had a good conversation while she was doing them. This is now my permanent go-to spot in Pensacola from now on. Just make sure you make an appointment.

    If you want to know which nail tech to go to Mia is the all around best ! If she’s booked than Rose and Yui are also amazing but take a little more time. I’ve been going there for almost a year and have had so many positives experiences here, I always recommend this place to all my girlfriends. Also, if your trying to think of a unique date idea, I took my husband here for a “couples” pedicure and he loved it!

    This is the best nail salon in Pensacola. I get compliments on my herbal gel manicure weeks after it was done. The gel polish can last up to 3 weeks which is great for those of us who are on a budget. Q and her team are always friendly. You wont regret stopping in!

    This is the cutest little salon. My friends told me to go here because they have the dip powder polish. I wanted to try it because the last time I got Shellac, it peeled off within a week. Its so much fun to watch them dip your nails in the powder; its just something new and different! It was fast, well-priced, and the staff is very nice. They also have a Hello Kitty pedicure chair for little girls.. so cute! And if youre a UWF student you get 10% off with your student ID. I will definitely be back!

    I love herbal nails at UWF, every time I go in they always treat me well. They get pretty busy but they’ve opened up that other side, so I’m sure that helps. Making an appointment is always best :) I usually get pedicures but from time to time I’ll get a manicure and I love it. Ashley was my favorite but when I went to book online, there wasn’t an option for her anymore.

    Amazing experience! I am EXTREMELY picky with getting my nails done and almost always leave with something I wish could have been done better and that wasnt the case here. Kim was so friendly and took her time on my pedicure and made sure I was very relaxed. I decided to try the uv free gel and am very impressed with them! I also loved how there are no chemicals used because I was able to bring my 3 month old in with me without having to worry about exposing her to the harsh chemical smell of other salons. Will definitely be coming back!

    I love Danny! He is so talented! The place is super nice, prices are reasonable, atmosphere is relaxing, and they work efficiently but are perfectionist. You may end up with someone whose English is not perfect and I say dont be too shy to ask for a translation! You can also book online but it is confusing and I always end up calling. Thats why I only give it 4 stars

    So the pedicures are fantastic and the staff is great. The last time I had a full set put on though I wasnt very happy with the results, my nails were starting to break within the first week. I will say I received countless compliments on that set before they started to break.

    I have been coming here for 4 months now and I love it. It smells great and the people here are so inviting, take their time and ensure that you are pleased with their service. Plus you get a 15% discount at Starbucks with your receipt. Kelly does my nails, toes, and wax services and she is hands down the best, I love her and Herbal Nails!!!!

    Herbal Nails has an awesome staff willing to give you the services you desire. I drive 60 miles for a manicure and pedicure with them because their nail technicians are awesome and know what theyre doing. Shout out to Holly and Kelly, my two favorite nail technicians. The space is very clean, open, and comfortable. If you really want to relax, turn on your massage chair while getting your pedicure, and have a glass of wine or bottle of water. I will continue to give them my business.

    Holly is one of the best technician I’ve had doing my gel pedicure and herbal dip manicure. Her attention to details is magnificent, well worth the price. Also Kim was an absolute sweetheart (she aided holly with soaking off the old dip from my nails). Thx ladies.

    I love the atmosphere here - relaxing, clean and friendly. I love the look of the gel powder manicure and it does not chip or wear off. I dont know if its worth the extra cost though because I can never get more than two weeks out of it because you can see when your nails grow out.

    I’m new to the area and I’ve been trying to find a new nail salon, as I get my nails done religiously every 2 weeks. I got a dip set, polish change on toes, and eyebrows. All services were great, especially the dip. They have more colors than I’ve ever seen at a salon. Soaking nails, cuticle trim, lotion, cuticle oil, and steam towel are a standard part of the dip mani. Very impressed, they have become by new regular salon!

    The vibe is a little different each time, or at least the music is different on different days. The place is large and has about 40 techs. Its best to book an appointment online before you go, especially on Saturday. Many Saturday mornings they are to full to take walk ins.Most of the techs are proficient and friendly. And the dip polish is worth the money. It is strong and has helped my nails to get healthier.

    I was unhappy with the intitial full set I received here, but I went back and the manager, Q, did a phenomenal job taking care of me to ensure the issues with my prior set were corrected. My new technician, Lena, did a fantastic job in buffing out my nails and repolishing them. Both Q and Lena paid close attention to detail, and restored my acrylic nails to the quality I expect. 5 stars. Everyone runs into issues, or bumps in the road, or nails if you will, its how such discrepancies are handled that matters. By the way I adore the aesthetic of this salon, very light, floral decor with a very relaxing atmosphere.

    This place has been hit or miss with me. My first two times with Sam went perfect but this last time was horrible. I dont remember her name Lisa, Tina maybe? But she did a poor job on my set.Pedicures are amazing though as you cant go wrong there. I love the way they use the fruit.

    This will be my pedicure go to spot. The salon is a very clean and it’s such a friendly environment. I had the deluxe pedicure and it was the best. The prices are great too. My favorite part was the fresh fruit in my pedicure water. Definitely made the treatment feel luxurious.

    This nail salon is a very clean, professional place that does not use chemicals. They are a step above anything else in this area.     This place is very welcoming and relaxing. My nails have lasted a lot longer then other places I have been too and they look amazing! Also if you are a student they give you a discount but only for UWF. It would be nice if they did a student discount for PSC too but unfortunately they dont. Still a good place to get your nails done though.

    This place is AMAZING,FLAWLESS, and KINDMe and my sister go here to get our nails done everyone is always so nice and kind and prices are amazing rose is one of the bests following Holley and the final results are outstanding! I used to go to artistic nail but they were never shiny or cute the always had white ugly specks in the nails at artistic nails I would highly recommend the dipping powder they last the longest and look the best and help your nails grow

    Really enjoyed our mani pedi appt with my Sis Bett…. The true meaning of spa experience … clean .. visions of nature on screens with calming music , a nice aroma … Our nail techs were on time, friendly , talented and not in a rush … a most enjoyable leg , foot and arm and hand massage that wasn’t rough it was purrrrfect !!! Our nails dried in a reasonable amount of time … no thick polish … We definitely recommend this affordable Herbal Spa experience for everyone … they also are super sanitary in every way

    Had a groupon and went for my first time. Very nice and clean establishment. Very clean and nice chairs. I love the light and airy feel, live plants sprinkled throughout. Nice selection on polishes. They even had a kiddie chair - hello kitty for kids. Nice instrumental music. I had purchased a mani pedi groupon but upgraded my mani for their version of gel nails. I came at opening time so I was seated and attended to immediately. The pedicure was awesome. They put fresh fruit in your water and then use them to give your massage at the end. I had the dip powder manicure. Pretty cool technique. No harsh fumes and no UV light. The process seemed quicker than gel nails. I felt as though my technician - lena was a little distracted and missed some parts of my nails. I had to point out a few mistakes. I love the color and the process especially being that Im pregnant. However, some of my nails have a heavy feeling - I guess the product used. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience just wished my tech was a little more attentive.

    I love Danny! He is hands down the best tech I’ve ever had. Super friendly and funny! I’ll never go anywhere else as long as he is there!!Danny gets 5 gold stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The counter is too close to the door so it’s a mad rush to check in, pick your color and check out. Give your clients and staff a bigger waiting area and you’d solve some of their stress/attitude complaints.This place is CLEAN and professional.     I have had some not so good mani/pedis, so I decided to try a Groupon for herbal nails. I usually never get a mani but it was for Christmas so I tried it. I upgraded to the Gelous mani. I absolutely love it. My natural nails grow, no tips needed, the color last anywhere from 14-30 days. The pedicures are so relaxing and they use citrus which is my favorite. The staff is very nice and helpful. This is my salon choice from now on!

    Had my first visit over the weekend and even though we were there at a busy time, everyone was very nice. The receptionist showed us around and gave us information while we waited (which wasn’t very long). The pedicures we had were great. We will be back!

    Discovered this place via the internet.Based on the reviews I decided to try it. (Im a snowbird in Pensacola for two months.) I originally planned to have a manicure and pedicure but the gal at the desk suggested I try gelous. While getting the pedicure I noticed the woman in the chair beside me had beautiful nails. She said they were gelous and loves them. So, I gave it a try and walked out of the salon feeling and looking great. Eager to head back to Herbal Nails in two to three weeks before heading back north.

    Third time coming, and I can’t say enough about how gracious and attentive all of the employees are to their customers and their wants and needs. The greeters/schedulers are likewise just as attentive, and they are more then willing to stop what they are doing to answer your questions and attend to your needs.
