    I had a great experience. They were so gentle with my nails. The previous place I went to was so rough with my nails they were very sensitive. They did such a great job. I will be a repeat customer.

    Gel,dip, & regular polish all in 1 photo! They are very patient with the work....They really do a good job with the shape just tell them what u what and how u want it! They have wine and also arent too hard on your nails...if u see something u dont like just tell them and they will fix it for you!...wonderful girls day out with the ladies Im so glad we chose to come here for our nail day!!

    Staff is super friendly! I stopped in to get a pedicure, but wound up getting acrylic as well. I had two staff members working at once. While Im SUPER picky about my nails (Im in the industry), they didnt do a bad job. There are things Id do differently, however, everyone has their own style. The place is clean, bright, and stylish!Update 12/10/2021 New owners took over in February. Theyre still super friendly, great staff, Im happy with their work.

    My daughter and I came on a rainy Saturday after a few other places we tried were packed. I am glad we ended up here! We were greeted with friendly faces as soon as we entered and offered a huge variety of color choices! Everyone was very friendly and great with my daughter who is a little high energy. The pedicures we received were great, with a nice long massage, and our nails look great! We dont go often to get our nails done but we will certainly be back 😊

    A guys point of view can be meh, but we still can take care of ourselves. Got my eyes cleaned up and a great pedicure. 100% would recommend. Prices are standard, so dont worry.

    They are professional, talented and patient. I bring my Mom here when shes in town and they never rush us and take the time to answer her questions and help her make choices about the different services they offer. The environment is calm and the space is very clean. Love this salon and spa!

    Jennifer is amazing! She did such a great job on my nails and toes! She was super sweet and they even have wine!!! Also they give a 10% discount to military which is really great! Definitely come here and get your nails done you will not be disappointed.

    Toni and his family were so nice and professional! I came in to get a different style and color that a previous nail salon had done. I didn’t like how thick and uneven they were, and Toni removed all of it for me. I needed my nails short and they made them absolutely perfect! I am SO happy with the results and quality of Crystal Nail Spa, I will definitely be returning!!

    Very accommodating and willing to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. I felt very welcome and like family. I’m new to the area and I’m so happy I found my regular nail place!I had a set removed to get a fresh pink and white ombré acrylic set. Quality work and a very clean environment.

    The massage chairs are awesome. They worked my back up to my head while the pedicure tech sanded off old skin off my feet and did magic to my lower legs and feet. She massaged and then applied heated towels and rubbed the heat in. It was awesome. I got the elite pedicure. Their manicure was fantastic too. Clean. Precise. And she rubbed my hands and arms too. They did exactly what I wanted done and I am truly happy. I will be a regular. Thank you!

    I went here because its a new place and close to home. This was my first time here. Was greeted and seated immediately. I got the express manicure and pedicure for $40. The place is really nice and clean and well decorated. All the equipment looks brand new. The technician I had was really thorough in doing my nails (such as shaping and doing my cuticles) but fast and efficient. My few complaints would be the language barrier it was really hard to understand what she was saying. The next would be the push for getting other services. Many times while getting my nails done she kept trying to up my nail package or get other services after repeatedly saying no. Last would be the cleaning process, she used the same towel and water to wipe my feet and then to clean my legs. I thought that was weird but the same was done to client next to me. Also she did my manicure with me sitting in the pedicure chair. She just had me rest my hands over a towel covered pillow and I thought that wasnt professional. But the polish was done really well. I could see myself returning but just making sure to sit at the manicure table next time. Otherwise - nice staff. Was offered either wine or water bottle. Military discount offered too.

    I love coming to this place! They have very reasonable prices compared to other nail spas in the area. The environment is clean and professional and the staff is very personable. Theyre open seven days a week and also offer 10% military discount. This is great seeing how it is very close to the naval air station. I recommend this business to anyone looking for some pampering and wine to relax.

    I visited this salon for a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure while traveling to Pensacola for vacation. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails. I highly recommend!

    Went here today w my bf for his first pedicure and had a wonderful experience! The ladies who took care of us were sweet and friendly and kept us laughing and smiling the entire visit! They offered us beverages when we arrived and took care to be thorough with the callous removal. We got exfoliated, mud masked, hot toweled, and massaged and my bf got a hot stone massage and parrafin treatment. His feet have never looked so good! This salon was clean with a wide selection of nail polish colors. I highly recommend!

    My mom and I are from out of town and just needed to get in for a mani and pedi. They were able to work us in, and did a great job! We felt very pampered and relaxed and dipped on some wine. All the ladies who worked on us were very pleasant. Also looked very clean. Thank you!!

    I Go to crystal nail and spa for my Lashes, my Lash stylist Polo Is the G.O.AT. NOBODY ever put my lashes on right. The application and Technique is Tactful and two weeks does means two weeks. He adjusts to your preference as in the amount of adhesive or glue you prefer to seal your lashes,GO SEE POLO HE IS DOING BIG THINGS OVER @ CRYSTAL NAIL AND SPA‼️‼️🥰☺️

    It was slow but they now require an appointment because of covid. However when I called to check they had an opening so I was only a couple miles away and went right there. The shop was not as fresh looking and therefore not as clean looking as I am used to so I was a bit apprehensive. But they did a great job and my pedicure was totally satisfactory.

    The location is relaxing (there is wine and relaxing music playing), the tools used are clean (sanitized with machinery in the back), staff are fun to talk to (we had an easy time communicating with what we wanted), and high quality for mani/pedis. Prices clearly shown on the wall as you walk in. Love the nail polish colors available.It is curious (and slightly worrisome) that some note the language barrier as being too great to surmount. This is simply not the case. In my opinion if you were both blind and deaf, they would still work with you and youd leave happy :-).
