    My hair was down to my butt. Cindy chopped it all off for me and permed it. She was super nice and I enjoyed the conversations we had while she did my hair. She also added a lot of extra steps but Ive never had while doing a perm that made it much more comfortable. Like a balm that kept the product from burning my skin. The perm was also the best Ive ever had and the best cut. Highly recommended the best hair experience Ive ever had and it was a good price 😍

    I love Whitney! She was so sweet when she invited me and got me scheduled at the salon. Kaela did my hair today and it looks so much better than when I came in lol. I got highlights and lowlights, Kaela did great with my hair. She was nice and fun to talk to, and she helped me figure out some hair/scalp care for at home. I’m also coming to get my hair styled and makeup done next weekend, and I’m coming back for prenatal massages. I love this place, and will definitely be coming back here for more than just my hair.     Got a Glow Facial done with Olivia. Absolute angel.Professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about their trade. Shared lots of great information about the procedure, followup and general skincare tips.The experience itself was very enjoyable, Olivia has her room setup to be calm and relaxing. The space felt clean, well managed and comfortable.Would pay double what I payed for this service—book with Olivia! She also sent me samples to take home and try that have been helping drastically!And following my treatment, my skin has purged and improved wonderfully.

    Best place to get a massage by Zack and your hair done with Kendall. All of the staff are amazing and so great!I recently got a cut and color from Kendall and it was so good. I have very thick curly hair so it was alot but she did an amazing job. The color is so vibrant. 😍 Kendall also curled my hair another time for an event I was going too.

    First thing I want to say is that the location is great! I am close to the university, and having something so close is so much more convenient than driving all the way down town. Plenty of parking too!I went for 2 services here, a massage with Zach and an ear piercing with Zach also. The massage was great! I will be back!The ear piercing experience was great also! I was very hesitant from previous experiences at other places. Zach made the process easy, quick and painless! He was knowledgeable and made the whole process at ease! I highly recommend HOT!

    Zach is an amazing massage therapist he definitely knows where to go to make sure that you are feeling comfortable and that he hit the spot that needs to be hit in order to feel relaxed but also to work out any kind issues.Cory is a great piercer I’ve gotten a couple things pierced by Cory. He always made me feel comfortable had great bedside manner And was very professional when it came to cleanliness and sanitation for my piercings, so that I would not get infectionstheir salon staff is awesome as well, and so is their hair technicians as well as their nail techniciansthis place does it all they have everything in the one stop shop so if you need anything definitely look up house of Triad make an appointment today for one of their services.     My best friend and I spent the day being pampered. Whitney had the day planned out. We got massages, facials and then salt scrubs. Afterward we got a blowout so we looked as fabulous as we felt. Ben’s Qua Sha massage and Olivia’s facial were superbly done. We hope to come back some time and have another Spa Day at House of Triad.

    I came for massage with Zach. I’ve had 3 so far. He has worked out some terrible knots, tightness and inflammation. I was sick next day, each time and understood that to be a good sign that toxins were released instead of held inside undrained lymph nodes. Zach can explain better. It took 3 massages to finally really start feeling better. I’m going back. I need to do better myself and really know now I’m starting to feel better.Great salon in general. Easy scheduling online.     I went to House of Triad with a haircut with Andrea. It was great! Friendly place, with many services offered. Andrea was excellent. She made sure to ask what I wanted, and run her ideas by me to make sure I was ok with them before she started cutting. Love my new hair, and will definitely go back!

    Had an eighty minute massage with Zach. Decided to try the CBD massage. Go, run, and schedule yourself one. Felt absolutely amazing and bonus you get to sit in the Sauna. This was my first experience at House of Triad for a massage, but it won’t be my last. ❤️

    My hairdresser was Andrea, her along with the other amazing people in the salon made my day! I came in with damaged hair and I went out with stunning ash black hair. It was a wonderful and fun experience. They are all very polite and positive. The place is beautiful and very clean. I highly suggest coming to visit next time you are looking to get anything done.

    They are amazing! I have had a massage by Zach B, he listened to me and helped me. Also a massage by Vanity and she was awesome. I had a facial, it was really nice and she also listened to me and what I was trying to do. I have had my hair cut here, which was quick and easy. I have also gotten botox here. It has been an awesome experience each time I go in. Will continue to return.

She is super talented and stays up on all the new trends and techniques. Her color and highlights are amazing. You will look and feel like a million bucks when you leave her chair.     Go see KAELA at House of Triad!!! I Cut my own hair in a fit of hormonal rage... tried to give myself a trendy Wolf cut after watching a YouTube video...WORST idea ever, I know! Anyways, when I calmed down and realized what a disaster I had created, I put out a cry for help on a Pensacola FB page. KAELA was my knight with shiny shears! She fit me in the very next day, on a Sunday no less, and worked some serious magic on my hot mess hair!!! Didnt even give a hint of judgement on my box dye job and weed whacker cut. I look and feel Amazing, cannot recommend her enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have been coloring my hair most of my life and Ive had some great stylist but cindi pallilonis is the most talented and knowledgeable stylist Ive ever met. Even with heavy highlights my hair is in better condition than when we started. I highly recommend her and shes wonderful with curly hair.

    This place is absolutely amazing, I cant believe they offer so many services in one convenient location! Kendall is the only person I trust with my hair. I have years invested in growing my hair (which grows slowly in my opinion) so I dont just let anyone touch it. She is so much fun and has such an amazing personality. I simply cannot stress how much I recommend coming here. They also have a nice selection of quality products so its truly a one stop shop for all your needs.Everyone is very pleasant and talented, but I book with Kendall even if I have to wait.     My daughter(from MD) and I went to the: salon for cut and color! (First timers to the salon). Cindi P has been doing my hair for 3-4 years now and she has never disappointed me yet. I just tell her “you’re the pro I trust you.). We talk out what she sees and it always turns out great. If my daughter comes down from Maryland for a color and cut, that should say it all. Cindi makes everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. She has a great personality and can get you laughing, smiling and talking. Ask her any question and she will happily answer. She explains very well why she uses the products, tells you if the style you want will work for you or not, and gives you pointers for styling. Don’t be afraid to ask your questions or tell her what you see for yourself.We loved the atmosphere of the salon and the staff that was there at that time were friendly and helpful. Tha place was very clean, the colors are very restful. Besides hair care, they offer many more services. I would suggest you stop in and maybe ask for a tour.

    The service of the staff of this salon and spa is amazing! I love how they are able to offer multiple massage services more than the normal deep tissue massage. The first one I tried was CBD massage which was extremely relaxing. The next one I will try is the cuppling massage. Also, the customer appreciation events are amazing.

    So far my experience with Cindi has been the best! I’m very picky with stylists and look for someone who makes me feel comfortable, is easy to talk to, is knowledgable about what I’m getting done, and loves what they do. Cindi is absolutely all of these! She’s made me feel beautiful and she hasn’t even done my perm yet! It was simply her kind words and presence. I first found her on Facebook and was quickly able to schedule a consultation for my perm. I’ll be getting my perm in a few days and will add photos and few more words on the final look!

    I went to House of Triad to use a birthday certificate. I scheduled a massage with Vanity. I was worried about getting a massage because of a wreck and my arthritis issues. Vanity listened to all my concerns and issues with my body, she did not make me feel awkward about being disabilities. My body/joints felt so great afterwards. It was such a great experience before leaving I schedule a cut/color with one of the stylists and another massage with Vanity.

    My family has been in the area for around 2 years and Ive yet to find a hair stylist that we vibe with. HoT opened down the road from us and decided to give it a shot. Jax has cut all three of my kiddos hair in the last week and she has been nothing short of amazing with each of them, especially my boys who can be challenging. I believe we have found our people.
