    US Nails and Spa is my go-to spot for exceptional nail care! My mom and I are returning customers, and they never disappoint. This visit we even brought my cousin Lily to enjoy this nice experience with us! On our most recent visit, Cindy and Quyen provided phenomenal service - they did a fantastic job on our number two Pink Malibu Paradise Deluxe Pedicures. But what really stood out was their attention to detail, as they carefully removed ingrown nails for both my mom and me. The complementary drinks were a nice touch, and the salon is always spotlessly clean. They also have really cool nail polish shakers to make sure nail polish paint is great! We always leave US Nails and Spa with big smiles on our faces. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a truly wonderful pampering experience. Ill continue being a loyal customer for years to come!

    Very clean salon. The pedicure was done well and as I had told the woman I wanted my eyebrows waxed she rolled the station to my chair so I didn’t have to move! Everyone seemed very polite and friendly. I will definitely go back.

    Great nail salon AND free drinks!! What better way to spoil yourself or just get your routine mani/pedi than with a free cocktail! Clean and friendly, but they can get busy at times so best to call ahead or make an appointment. They always answer! Brian does the best dip nails, but the rest of the techs are great too. Don’t forget to bring cash and get 5% off!!! This is my go to place for sure!

    This was a first time visit for my husband and me. We had appointments and were greeted right away and directed to the chairs. I went for the pink deluxe and husband had the basic. Kelly really did a nice job with me and the massage part was top notch. We were not rushed at all but we did come on a Wednesday at 11:30. We were offered beverages which we did not take advantage of on this trip. We left happy with our service and will be back again! Photo is a day after.

    I’ve been coming here for the last two years. I bring my husband and teens girls. We are always happy not only with the service but the team is so awesome with us. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I’m super picky!! I drive 20 minutes & pass 15 other places just to come here. I refer all my clients here all the time to get their nails done when they ask where I go because they always look amazing!

    While traveling through the area, I needed to get my nails done. There were so many negative comments regarding the owner that I almost chose another place. I’m glad I didn’t. Cindy did an awesome job on my pedicure and I made a point to pay attention to the interaction of the owner with customers. He was friendly to everyone. Much to my surprise, when it was time for my dip I was moved to the owner’s station. He did an excellent job and was very cordial. I’m happy I didn’t put too much weight on the negative reviews.

    Normally I have Quyen as my technician, but she was out today so Nam took over. This is my second visit with him and he doesn’t disappoint. He is meticulous, fast and does a wonderful job!     I walked in this afternoon to get my nails redone. The place I had gone to before messed them up and my friend had recommended this place to me. The gentleman was very friendly, name was Sonny, he only charged me $30 because he genuinely felt bad. These nails look SO MUCH BETTER! 10/10 recommend.

    Took me in last minute, called and told me come in 15 minutes for a mani- felt not too weird walking into a new place which is always a hit & miss for nail salons. Was greeted right away and he remembered that I called, directed me to what to do and where to go which is always nice I dont like going to new places and feeling out of sorts!!Even though there was a little bit of difficulty telling my nail artist what I wanted done ( wanted more than one shade of blue ) I ended up with same color on all nails, she did an awesome job overall- Ill be returning!

    Amazing service! 1st appointment, I was so impressed! They are very professional, clean, efficient, and fun! Serviced by Brenda & Brian, Brenda did my pedicure and Brian did my ombré full set, they both did phenomenal, I was nervous because I was going into a new salon and doing something out of my norm with style, but I have no hesitation in making this my permanent salon. I’ve already had 2 girlfriends schedule appointments just from the quality of the work.

    I have been going to USA nails for a couple of years now. Sonny did my nails got tips put on and a ombré polish. Cindy did my pedicure. They all are so friendly and the one thing I did appreciate was the fact that I haven’t gone in while for personal reasons and they remembered me. That made me feel good. Thank you guys!!

    USA Nail Salon was very clean and professional. It was my first visit there and I was taken care of wonderfully by Linda and Yen. Im probably one of the pickiest customers ever, and I was amazed that i didnt even have to explain in detail what I wanted. Linda was extremely intuitive and knew how to make my nails perfect. Yen was also fabulous. She did my toes with jewels (rhinestones) exactly the way I like. Im thrilled Ive found a nice place, close to my new home to get my nails done. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience there.

    Very nice nail salon! Walked in and they had several techs working. Was taken right away. Sunny was awesome! Got the pink and white ombré which I never had before. It looks great and it’s lower maintenance than a traditional set (much needed for me). Pedicure by Yen was great too! Prices are good- the basic pedi is $26 to give a reference. Very clean and plenty of chairs for service

    I have been coming here since they opened. Sunny is very personal and helpful. Few times my nail polish has gotten damaged and he fixed it right away. I highly recommend this nail salon. They are very clean too. I always get my nails done with Kelly or Quyen. They do a great job removing my ingrown toenail’s.

    My husband and I have lived in Palmetto for almost a year. I’ve been to quite a few nail salons between here and my place of employment. The owner and staff at USA Nails are professional, have a great sense of humor, but above all, are extremely clean and thorough! I’ve been coming here for the last 8 months and would never go anywhere else! Sonny, Cindy, Quyen, Kelly, Nam, Le and all are wonderful! Did I mention they have a FULL bar with menu?! Run, don’t walk. Their spa pedicures are to die for!

    Sunny always does 100% perfection on my pink white hombre gel nails and I’m picky, I never have to point anything out he does it top notch and I cannot say enough good things about the pedi Cindy gives, the gel on my toes lasts well over 3 weeks each time.     Cindy is great & does wonderful pedicures and waxing. Qwen is Awesome & the only one I want doing my dip nails, she also does a great job at waxing. I have interacted with most of the technicians and they are pleasant people to relax with. The owner Sonny is funny & willing to make you a drink. Linda is cool. They really encourage customers to use cash in order to get you the best price possible. You also get a discount if you use Zelle but credit cards are also definitely accepted. I could approximately every 3 weeks sometimes two. I would suggest making an appointment Walk-ins are accepted but appts or calling ahead of time is favored.

    I have been getting my nails done here for over a year. They are always so accommodating to me. You can make an appointment or you can do walk in. They always fit me in and truly treat me like a queen. You get a mimosa or cocktail while you get a pedicure and I just love this place.. I don’t know why anyone would ever complain about this place.     I called last week and scheduled an appointment for this morning at 9:30 when I walked in at 9:20 I was greeted by a bunch of friendly staff and seated immediately. They offer free drinks to any customer and I appreciated the amount of people that asked me if I would like a drink. The owner checked on me more than once to make sure I was doing okay and was really friendly. Randy did my nails and he is amazing! hes so sweet and funny and pays attention to details and does exactly what you asked for and makes sure that youre satisfied before you leave.     I came here to get my nails and lashes done while on vacation from Michigan and I was so impressed by everything. The people are so incredibly friendly.     Just left USA nails and spa. I’m a nail technician and have worked in very up scale establishments such as the Bellagio and Venetian in Las Vegas. To say I can be a nail spa snob is an understatement. Usually when I walk into a place i relatively know what I’m going to get. I was pleasantly surprised with USA nails and spa. Sonny gave me a full set of pink and white ombré and did a fabulous job. We also had great conversation. Cindy gave me a pedicure and it seriously was one of the best Ive had. Just when I would think it was over, she kept coming back with more goodies like paraffin and masks. She gave a wonderful massage and was so very thorough and meticulous with finishing touches. Beautiful job from both technicians. I found my new place!

    Very nice manicure by Brian today. The shop is busy, but has many employees to attend to your needs. Prices are very reasonable for a regular manicure and for paying in CASH. Covid protocols with lots of hand sanitizer, stations with plexiglass, gloves and masks worn by all employees. I booked an eyelash treatment, so more on that next time. Good
