Imani at Vio Med Spa is amazing! I got a HydraFacial from her, and my skin has never looked better. She was super friendly, explained everything, and tailored the treatment to my needs. I have been to Yagmary twice now for Botox and she is absolutely phenomenal. Not only is she’s so sweet and helpful, she is very informative and communicative when explaining exactly what I need. She doesn’t try to oversell and both my experiences and results have been exactly what I envisioned.She is very skilled and efficient with the injections, which I appreciate with such a busy schedule!I will continue to go back to her!

Great place for a Hydrafacial or IPL laser facial. Michele conducted my IPL laser and she was great. She was very informative about the process for the IPL laser, in addition to other services I had questions about. The facility is really clean and the staff is always very nice and responsive.

I have been visiting V/O since their opening in 2023. I have had nothing but an amazing experience each time I visit. The front staff is welcoming and always makes me feel very comfortable offering water, coffee, etc. My services have also been wonderful! Each technician is highly knowledgeable, experienced and well versed. I am always so comfortable in the suites. I have purchased several products on recommendations from my technicians specific to my individual skin and skin care routine. I have noticed a significant improvement to my skin after following their skin care advice. I HIGHLY recommend V/O for all of your Med Spa needs!

Vio med spa is hands down the best med spa in the Jupiter/ wpb area! Everyone is always so nice and attentive. I’ve had skin problems for yearssss. I’ve tried every cream and treatment under the sun. Imani, my esthetician, the BEST esthetician, has stuck by my side the whole journey and really helped me transform my skin. It’s a process and patience is a virtue but without Imani I would’ve given up by now. But I’m glad I didn’t and I’ve seen the best results! Not to mention I’m a member of Vio and get 20% off all products! Don’t walk, RUN to Vio and book with Imani stat!! :)

Imani was amazing. I had a vi peel done. She explained all the information clearly. The room , the vibes were very relaxing . The peel application was not uncomfortable. She checked in with me throughout the week of my peel . My skin looks so healthy and even and feels so firm I am very happy with my results and will return for other services. If you are reading this considering visiting this spa run don’t walk! All the staff was kind Imani is who I saw and she was great!

About 8 months ago, I stumbled upon Vio Med Spa’s grand opening. Everyone was super kind and knowledgeable, I literally walked out of there with a membership and some new products. However, I didn’t realize that when I signed up, not even a month or two later- I’d be in Miami for work.Over the months, my credit kept building and I couldn’t find the time to go utilize the services although I do travel between Palm Beach and Miami. It’s really not a lot of time when there are lot of other plans. So, I made the decision to cancel my membership.I requested this via email and Jacquelin (spa manager) called me to chat. She was so warm and friendly. Not to mention, she was incredibly courteous and understanding. She helped cancel my membership, create a custom facial package with my credits at my discounted rate, extended my gift card credit, and set these to never expire. It was really refreshing, because it’s very rare to encounter managers who handle requests like this so professionally. The way she handled that would make me come back for drop-in visits and let everyone know to check them out, because it’s very telling of a company’s operations and people. And I don’t know about you, but I like to give my business to kind people who are also great at what they do. If you’re good but rude, I’ll find somewhere else. It’s as simple as that.You won’t go wrong coming here, this is a med spa ran exactly how a business should run.
