    Bit of a mix up at the start with how I was signed in but everything got straightened out for the better. They are very nice professional people and experienced massage therapists. The interior is clean and calm. Rooms are dim and relaxing.

    Had my first massage here today with Devin. As an athlete I needed someone to really workout my knots and help with recovery and blood flow. He was beyond amazing super impressed by him!     I travel a lot and use my membership at many different Massage Envy locations. Whenever possible, though, I go to the Oviedo Massage Envy and specifically book with Benjamin. I need deep tissue therapeutic work, and he is the absolute best! It’s clear that he is continually learning new techniques and is able to sustain full pressure for a 90 minute session. I highly recommend!

    The front desk customer service is unmatched. She is friendly, fun, patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely efficient and effective. Because of her and ReShawn’s encouragement I ended up spending $200 worth of essential oils and self-therapy compression massage products, which I’ve never done before anywhere else. The MT a.k.a. “Shawn” is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and funny! His clever, standup-like comedy show helped me release, endorphins, and oxytocin during and after my massage with him. Even though I traditionally prefer silent massages, his session was extraordinary and helpful all around and full of educational tips. Thank you for a wonderful first-time-visitor experience at this location. I hope to see you all again as soon as my budget allows. My massages are for pain reducing/treatment purposes and I wish I could come to you 3-5 times a week! God bless you all and have a great 2024, YOU deserve it! ♥️👏🙏 Thank you!

    Update: I did eventually get in contact with management and they did help us out with our request.I have been a massage envy member for 13 years, I specifically went out of my way and moved my membership from its home location to their location to help them out.The reason for the 1 star is due to lack of communication. I have called this location 4 times over the last month to try to get help moving massages from my wife’s account to mine.I’m not the type to leave 1 star reviews, but I feel as though this is warranted.Management, you’re more than welcome to call me to try to make this right.

    Had a great prenatal massage by Jessica! She was accommodating and overall fantastic! I would definitely go and see her again. I left way more relaxed and refreshed that I had expected. The price for 1st timers is nice, $50. But I believe it goes up to $90 unless you have a membership which in my opinion is a little steep. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend Jessica!

    The staff at this location has consistently given me top notch customer service from the time I enter the door and speak to either Rae or Amber, who are pleasant and kind always, to the time I leave. I have had massages from Clara and Jahaira at this location and they are both stellar therapists. I have most recently been receiving treatment from Jahaira exclusively and her talent and attention to detail cannot be understated.
