After moving to FL from KY I had to find a new hair stylist. When I found Opal & Cove salon on Instagram I instantly booked my first appointment! The salon is so clean, chic, and aesthetically beautiful! The only problem I had was trying to find the salon. I wish they had a bigger sign in the street so no one misses it! As soon as you find it, you’ll never lose it again!Anyways, you can tell every single employee loves and enjoys working there. I was immediately greeted with smiling faces and refreshments. Lizzie Burke is PHENOMENAL. I am still absolutely speechless at how well she achieved the look I was going for! She was personable and made sure all my needs were met throughout my appointment! I left feeling more beautiful and confident than when walked in. I recommend Opal & Cove Salon and Lizzie Burke to everyone I run into!

I moved from New Jersey to Florida recently for new beginnings & I booked an appointment at Opal & Cove wanting an empowering change. Moving can be so difficult on the mind & soul, but Juliet made my experience 100x better than anticipated. We consulted deeply for my hair, I’m still facing hardships from post partum & my gastric operation from 3 years ago so my hair does not feel the same it did since FOREVER. We decided to brighten my face up with a face framing balayage & cut my hair mid length. I cannot stop obsessing over my look! I’m not a fan of warm tones much but Juliet completely changed it! Not only did I leave super satisfied, but I also left with a whole new haircare routine to use at home!Plus points for the salon as well! Everyone was super nice & the atmosphere was uplifting and so welcoming! Thank you all so much!

I cant recommend Kallie highly enough! I never feel compelled to write a review, but the exceptional experience I had, i absolutely had to. For years, Ive been in search of the perfect hair color, visiting numerous stylists with results that were never like the pictures I showed. Countless hairdressers have cautioned about the difficulties of lightening my course, black Asian hair to the color I desired. I decided to book an appointment with Kallie after I asked a girl with the prettiest highlights I had ever seen where she got her hair done. Even after moving away to college in New York, I waited four months for an appointment with her. It was so worth the wait. Kallie is not just a hairdresser; she is a true artist with the innate ability to understand what you envision and the insanely talented skills to execute it flawlessly.

Love love love opal and cove the inside is so kitschy and cute. all the staff are so sweet always offering water and coffee making sure you are comfortable. I LOVE Zay, i cannot recommend him enough. he does such a good job and always strives to give exactly what i ask for no matter how picky i am. he’s the first stylist i’ve had that i feel like actually listens to me

Love this adorable salon in beachside ormond. I think the owners could easily make another business with interior decorating. I want to thank Caroline for an amazing haircut on this mop that I let get out of hand over the past 4 months 😬She made it look so easy! I can’t believe how good these layers turned out- She’s amazing! (Pic was at the end of the day, should have snapped it as I was walking out:)

I have been coming to this salon for the past 3 years and all I can say is HOW AMAZING the entire team is at opal and cove. I always have the most amazing experience, and not to mention have the most amazing HAIR when I leave. I cannot thank the team enough for always giving me the best experience possible when I come in. I love coming in and getting my mermaid hair done, and appreciate when Maddie tackles on all my dreams entailed in the perfect hair style. I will never go to another hair salon 💓

Stylist, Sam, is exceptionally skilled and gave me the best hair cut and highlights of my life! I couldnt believe the transformation! Sam took the time to listen and give suggestions.
