Which, having never been to a dermatologist before, I was slightly worried may happen. But nope! Not here! I was impressed immediately by front desk assistant. She was smiling and welcomed me. It made it easy to relax. The space is stunning. The medical assistant was very professional and she actually knew I filled out all the forms and where I was in my dermatology journey. That never happens for me as a new patient. She used terminology I could understand. When a treatment was suggested, she allied my fears during the procedures. I made my appointment for next years annual check, and plan to have my husband visit Reflections Dermatology soon.

I visited this office for the first time this morning and was very happy with my experience. They were kind enough to squeeze me in because I had some growths pop up on my nose rather quickly. I did not wait past my appointment time and the PA was friendly and listened. They handled the issue right away, removing the growths there in the office same day. The office is clean and welcoming. Parking is hit or miss but there is a large parking lot behind the building, making it easy to park . I will return.

I took my 14 year old daughter to them for acne advice. The nurse practitioner was lovely as were all the staff members especially their practice manager. We were a little concerned that the appointment seemed more like an acne therapist rather than a medical appointment. And for the price we paid for the appointment (250) I would have thought the nurse practitioner would have at least looked at her skin with a magnifying glass and scanned her body for any curious (possibly cancerous) dark spots, but she did neither. We then paid another 150 for an actual facial afterwards and walked out with two pricey products to use and an appointment in 2 weeks. Bottom line- lovely environment and people, over priced for the medical services and good facial.

If theres ever a payment issue, theyll work with you. They did with me and most practices wont do that for their patients. I wouldnt recommend any other place but Reflections Dermatology!!!!
