    Heidi at New Face MD is phenomenal! She takes her time, makes you feel comfortable, and she’s very professional:)! Each session for laser hair removal on my bikini area has been a good experience and Heidi made it easier each time I come. The machine they use it’s virtually painless and she’s quick but doesn’t rush the process! The ladies at the front desk are always very nice and professional as well!     The girls at the front desk are so nice and welcoming. stefania is very educated on aesthetics and will tell you not to get certain work done if she genuinely believes its not for you. the laser technician does a great job at making you feel comfortable and going at your pace. definitely would recommend!

    I have come in for a few laser hair removal sessions and have had a great experience every time. The facility is very clean, the location is easy to find, and the front desk staff is friendly. Diana is the best! She talks you through what she is doing, makes sure you feel comfortable, and really takes her time to ensure that you are getting proper care.     I’d recommend this place to anyone for laser hair removal — everyone is so polite and professional. Heidi Reyes is usually who I see for my treatments and she’s a gem!     By far the best place I’ve ever been to. I have tried many different places throughout the years and this one has been the one with best results. The building it’s beautiful and clean. The staff is caring and efficient and you can easily tell that the office runs smoothly and professionally. Diana Cortes is the one who took care of me and she is absolutely amazing. I was very afraid If it hurting (I had never done the Brazilian area before) and she used her own techniques to help me relax and not feel any pain. She is super sweet and kind and I felt like she was treating me as if I was her own daughter. I absolutely recommend this place if you want an amazing experience.

    From arrival to departure everyone great. I was offered water, coffee or tea. I opted for the tea…freshly brewed!! delicious. Heidy was amazing and professional. I was very nervous because I had a tortured laser procedure , I don’t know how I managed to get the courage to try again somewhere else!! I can now really say it really hurts less than waxing!!     The staff is super friendly & very professional. I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and it’s was worth it. My laser professional Diana Cortez has done an amazing job. She’s super knowledgeable and helpful with tips to have better results with treatment. I’m on session #2 and just with one session I noticed a difference on my skin. So happy with results so far I can’t imagine by the time I’m done. Make sure to ask for Diana when you visit.

    I received 6 laser hair removal sessions at this location with Diana. The facility is clean and I didnt wait long for my appointment times. Laser Tech Diana took time to explain everything on my first session and I felt very comfortable haveing never had this procedure.     Dianna is amazing. She is very informative and works very fast. I am getting laser hair removal on my face. It is very painful so the fact that she works very fast is very much appreciated. Ive been to other laser technicians and after 3rd result didnt see any results. When Diana did my treatment I seen results just weeks after my first treatment were areas stopped going back.     The place is really nice and clean and the staff is really welcoming,Diana is the one that has been doing my laser hair removal treatment and she has been so nice and patient with me. This is not the first place I go to get laser hair removal treatments but this has definitely been working, since the first session I had less noticeable hair and I could go for day or more than one week without shaving at all when I normally had to shave my underarms for example every day or every other day top. I had my second session recently and I could go for weeks without shaving now and the hair that do grow is so thin and light in color. I can’t wait to see the results after I finish all the sessions.I bought a few small areas first to try it out but since it’s definitely working I might buy more bigger areas.
