    Ive been with Ken for over five years from Kissimmee,and his nail work is always amazing. He offers the best prices and, if I accidentally break a nail, he fixes it without charging me or giving me any attitude. Thats why I keep coming back to him every 6-8 weeks for a new set.

    Highly recommended!! Ken does superior nails. His eye for detail is amazing. The salon is always clean and the staff is always nice as well helpful. I can’t say enough how happy I always am with my nails.

    I want to take the time and thank the staff at this location for being so friendly and professional with the nonsense of people that feel in titled.Today I went to get my every two week appointment which I arrived on time (10min early) and was taken care of perfectly. Now there was two woman that came one with an appointment the other just a walk in but together 15 min late for but wanted to be taken right away. When they came in the door the salon was full of clients already waiting with or without appointment. Then wanted to keep on with dumb comments because they were late and the staff was not going fast enough.Come on people anywhere you go there is going to be times that you will have to seat and wait, especially when you’re late to your appointment.

    I have been coming here for 2 years and always get greeted like family by all staff. Change in management but for the better... new owners are super nice. Thank you Jennifer for taking of me. A technician that does pretty much everything.

    This place is amazing. They have really good customer service. Jimmy the Manager is awesome. He took the time to explain to me the liquid Gel technique. My first time seeing someone explain to me this well..the place is very clean and you can feel a very good ambient, also you can see the workers smile all the time. 100% recommended.

    YAS! Finally a salon in the nake Lake Nona area that I am happy with. Ive experienced oh so many sloppy paint jobs, raw fingers from drill slips, nails that broke too easily. Vanessa was awesome! Great attention to detail!!

    I’ve been coming here for the past few months. Everyone is very pleasant. Appointments are suggested but they have been very accommodating. Kid friendly as well. My pre-teen feels comfortable and happy to get some self care. Amy is my nail tech. She is sweet and personable. She explains the service you are getting and makes sure you are happy with the services. I would recommend trying them out for your self care needs.

    I recently started getting my nails done again and I absolutely love Jimmy. I originally wanted to get the dip powder because it holds up better with my job but he had me try the liquid gel instead and I LOVE it. I will never go back. It’s thinner than the dip but just as strong and when you want to get it filled and change polish you don’t have to soak it off. He does a great job for my manicures and when I ask to have something fixed, he fixes it no problem. Even once he was done and the other technician was doing my gel pedicure I found something I missed and didn’t like on my thumb (it was uneven and thicker on one side almost like before it cured it shifted) and when I asked if they could fix it real quick before I left, they did it no problem. I have definitely found my favorite person and never want to try to find another.

    This was a shot in the dark for me since I am new to the area. I gave it a try, and WOW!!!! I will continue to visit this awesome place. I called at 6 and was seen at 6:30. Jenny was the name of my nail technician and she did a phenomenal job. I got a classic pedicure and then a gel manicure on my natural nails. She took her time and attended to detail, but she did not take much time at all to complete my services. For this area, the price was better than reasonable. Very clean, the massage chairs are top notch and everyone there were very nice. 5 stars ⭐️!

    I have found my new nail shop! So I have been in Orlando for a little under a year and I have tried several nail shops and I have never been completely satisfied. I am very particular about the way I want my nails and feet done all the way down to the polish, not only did she shape and polish my nails the way I like them but the pedicure was everything. The salon is extremely clean and I went late in the evening on a Saturday so it was very quiet and relaxing. I will say the prices are a bit high but the service I received was excellent so I believe it was worth it. I am so happy that I found this nail salon and I will definitely be a regular.

We were serviced by the lovely mother and daughter duo Grace and Johanna who provided us top notch hospitality and service.     Love it, everyone was so nice! Joanna left the polish on my nails nice and crisp with perfect edges and Jimmy recommended lots of things to help my nails ! They also do paraffin treatments, where you dip your hand in wax and it leaves them smoother than a babies bottom

    I had a pedicure by Joanna she was wonderful very detailed and super nice. I got SNS done by Vanessa and this is the best my nails have ever looked shes a must see !     I came in on my lunch break and was greeted and I asked for a color change and he told me to put my name down and So I did I waited 30 min and at that point the man then asked only a paint change or pedicure I said let’s do a a pedicure but then a minute after let him know that I wouldn’t have time to do a pedicure let’s change it back to color change and he said no we have time so I said ok I get to the chair she shows me there menu and she suggested the deluxe so I also went over time situation with her also she stated it was fine so she asked gel I said yes and she brought me champagne witch was delicious by 3 no message and she was about to try and have me dip my feet back in the water I told her no I have to leave go to check out and she’s charging me 41$ I said why 41$ she said because of get so me in a hurry I payed and left and I took a picture of there menu and even with jus a basic it cane with foot message and all I never received that I feel as if they should have not charged me so much because I didn’t receive full services that were stated on the paper I was not satisfied.So I called and spoke to manager and he asked me to come back in and apologized and said he would take good care of me so I came back in and he let me know it would be a couple minutes and informed me that he would be taking care me in a moment then he handed me a card saying next visit would be 20% off originally I felt upset about the service but his customer service was very gracious and I appreciate that.

    This is a very nice nail salon. Its very big with lots of chairs. Moon did a great job on my pedicure today my feet feel much better. They offer eyelash services as well as waxing. I will go back again

    Jimmy does the best liquid nails EVER!! I use to get the SNS or dip powder nails but never again. The liquid gel last as long if not longer than the sns. My nails are strong and long from the liquid nails. Also, Kelly did my pedicure and OMG it was awesome!! The best foot and leg massager out in Lake Nona! If you live or are just passing through the area look them up. You will not be disappointed!!
