I had the best time at the salon. It didn’t feel like I was there long. The staff were so welcoming and they were so funny. It felt like everyone in there was family. Mary did my hair and she slayed it!! She is so amazing. She is so patient and she really wants to make sure whoever’s hair she’s doing leaves her chair with nothing but a big smile! I truly do love this salon, five out of five!!

I booked a cut and style with Veronica and she was amazing! She was so attentive and kind and gave an amazing scalp massage that I didn’t realize was included! Very affordable and got exactly what I wanted, a 90’s style with layers and face framing bangs for $65. All the girls there are also the sweetest. Really a gem of a salon. Definitely my new spot. Thank you girls !

A very cute little salon tucked away in a corner of Orlando. I was attended by Mary and she did my hair two days in a row for an Indian wedding. Very warm, very friendly and most important of all, very talented! She did a spectacular job and I would thoroughly recommend this salon! If I am ever back in Orlando, I would not hesitate to go back again.

Went here for the first time yesterday for a balayage, hair cut and blow out. Mary is amazing and took her time to really get the color I wanted and the whole staff was amazing and attentive. I just had the best experience!!! Sama , sema Im sorry I dont know how to spell it. She did my eyebrows and they have never looked better. I have gone all over Orlando trying to find someone to do my eyebrows. I dont have a lot of time bc I have 2 little kids so it was amazing how quick and professional she was. I cant tell you how happy I am to have found her!!!!

CHOCOLATE SALON & SPA was the best experience I have ever had when going to get my hair styled. No matter what your age, as a women you want to look your best. The owner is incredible. Cutting hair is an art. Each persons hair is different and you have to know how to work with each clients hair. This is the best haircut I have ever had. I recommend this salon over any other in the area. Thank you so much!

Veronica, the talented color master at Chocolate Salon, completely transformed my hair and created the most beautiful balayage.From the moment I stepped into the salon, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The ambiance of the salon is inviting and chic,If youre looking to get a balayage done, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Chocolate Salon and requesting Veronica as your color master, she’s talented and passionate for her work. The salon is upscale and I have been going there for 5 or 6 yrs. They are fantastic. I usually see Shari. She is very meticulous about a haircut or bleach, highlights, conditioning, you name it. Last time she wasnt available, but I was desperate, so Pauline fit me in between her scheduled afternoon. She bent backwards to accommodate my needs. I can highly recommend both of them. I have had 2 regular pedicures there and they were good. They will also serve you a variety of drinks.

We just recently moved in the area and let me tell you these girls are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is top notch. I had to take 3 of my daughter to do a makeover for their hair Veronica and Gustavo treated my girls amazing. The owner was so nice she was able to squeeze me in for an appointment same day even though they were booked for the week. Great service definitely recommend

Google salon around the area and this salon came up. Read the reviews decided to walking. I needed a cut and blowout. The girl in the front Hadya was so nice even though they was extremely busy she was able to take me in. Everyone is nice, very professional and courteous. My hair cut was done by Gustavo and blowout by Mary.The energy In this salon is amazing.Thank Chocolate Salon & Spa you guys have a new customer for life.

Great place to get your nails and hair done. Very professional, friendly and beautiful. Owner is always there working herself to assure business runs smoothly. Location is also great in the heart of Dr. Phillips neighborhood . If you want a have the best nail or hair appointment experience as you sip you coffee looking out to a park like outdoors through big bright windows of this saloon you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend it. Allison for hair, Bee and Lisa for nails, and everyone else there is amazing.

I have not used the hair side but the nail salon is fabulous. Lisa provides a relaxing and beautiful nail treatment. She is thoughtful and meticulous. I have been with her since 2014. The other nail tech I see in the salon is Bee. From watching her over the years I am sure she could be paid the same compliments.The staff at the desk are lovely as well and keep me on straight for my appointments.

This is my hair salon. I have been going there for a year or more. I followed my stylist (Coleen) from another place. My experience here has been 100% positive. Its small so not overwhelming. Everyone is cheerful. I have my nails done here, too, and the technicians are great. Cant say enough good things.

I want to get my first set of acrylics there and Lisa was very helpful in choosing a color and helping me pick the shape of the nail that I wanted as well as the length. The color is beautiful and she even did a little polkadot design on my ring finger. Absolutely love it highly recommended

There is a friendly atmosphere at the Chocolate Salon and everyone is treated like family that comes in. Had a last minute trip to Florida from Virginia and needed a hair cut extremely bad. Googled various salons in the area and found Chocolate. Gave them a call and the receptionist was super friendly and was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning with no issues! The stylist was great and very friendly! The prices are great as well! I highly recommend Chocolate Salon and Spa if youre in the area!

I recently moved to the area and complained to a co-worker about how bad my Great Clips mens haircut had been. He recommended I try Chocolate, Salon and Spa - I was hesistant to step foot into a Salon, but I took their advice and the owner, Mimi, scheduled me an appointment for their next opening.The haircut was great - but on top of that, the hair dresser, Nancy, included an awesome shave and soothing towels. You never get that kind of treatment elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Nancy for a mens haircut - she took my somewhat questionable description of how I would like my hair styled and made it look awesome.Thanks Nancy, Ill be seeing you next month.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS....But the ownwers dont care about the COVID 19 rules for hair salons isssued by our governor de Santis. So if you go you can see hairdressers without mask or only plastic shields without mask that should cover the nose and mouth, you can see also customers without any protection risking everybody and the worst violation is thatt they are working with more than one customer at the same time.I am wondering if the health department has notice already about this situationEven SUPERCUTS , across the street are more serious in this matterSo if you want to get covid 19 for free then you can visit this placeat your own risk.
