Sanctuary Salon is great! I live locally and genuinely love coming here. The salon itself is small but very personable, offering a vast array of services that are all very reasonably priced. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. The location feels very safe and parking is pretty good with plenty of shade.Juan is an incredible stylist! You can tell he’s very knowledgeable, passionate with his craft, and in his element behind the salon chair. He’s very gentle with brushing and styling, which is great for those with a sensitive scalp or hair with compromised integrity (as is my case; bleach damage). Not only is he great with hair, but his professionalism and kindness from stylist to client is top tier. He’s made absolute art with my hair in the two times I’ve sat in his chair and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. I’ve gotten a color treatment and 2 haircuts from him thus far, and I plan on going back to him for future maintenance for as long as I can.Maria at the hair wash station is such a pleasant person to be around. She’s so so so kind and is practically an expert with head massages. I honestly don’t think my hair has ever felt as clean as it does after her ministrations. She doesn’t pull, tug, or snag any hair and is always checking in with you to make sure everything’s okay. I’ve honestly caught myself almost falling asleep several times at the bowl with her work.

My experience at this spa was absolutely amazing!! Meenaz was fantastic at removing my skin tags and giving me a treatment plan to start healing my acne. First time experiencing Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa and it was truly rejuvenating and relaxing, exactly what I was looking for. Sam was amazing and gave me a wonderful massage. She hit exactly the areas I was looking for, and I feel so refreshed! The staff is very welcoming, and immediately made me feel at peace when I walked in. The Salon is kept tremendously clean and the smell is so wonderful and super inviting! They offered my girlfriend and myself chai, coffee or tea, which was very generous! I love this spa, been going here for about a year and a half. I see Erly for my laser hair removal and she is the best, she always listens to any concerns that I may have. I have had my hair removed on my lip, chin, full Brazilian, and lower legs. I’m a blonde so it can be tricky.I also love to get massages with Sam, she is so sweet and gives great massages. I feel so relaxed when it’s over. The best way to start my day off. I love to tell all my friends about the Spa.

I went to see mew as and her lovely staff for my birthday trip to Disney in May 2023. I could not have been more delighted with the staff and the services provided. The ladies are knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel at home. They gave me a special birthday shout out and went above and beyond with customer service. I had a Moroccan glow scrub, a signature massage, and a signature facial. They even did derma planing and eyebrow threading and I have to say no one has ever done my brows so perfectly. meenaz is the best ❤️

I started coming here because of a Groupon, the first appointment as other say it is a little pushy they try to sell you a lot more areas and a membership, which I end up buying. I wish they let u use your membership money towards laser hair removal and not just spa services. The laser is done at a different location than the spa but is very easy to find. I have had a great experience with the laser hair removal. I have done several areas already and will continue to do more. I have also done a couple massages and facials. The facial lady she is amazing, and the massage girl I had, she is very weak, had a deep tissue massage didnt feel anything, but i was told to try a different girl. I still give this place 5 stars I will continue to go back.

They offered my sister and me additional services when I had a friend cancel their bachelorette party package at the last min. They helped me decorate the spa room. They also got us doughnut holes on the day of the wedding! My party and I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend a relaxing bachelorette party at Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa. Its different. Stopped in out of th blue, the ladies were so warm and welcoming. I was pampered with the best shampoo scalp massage and fresh cut by Pareem. I had no expectations and let her kind of bring out the best in me. I drove with my windows down and the cut is looking cuter and cuter, it was clear that I got a first rate cut. I will be back the next next time I am in Orlando!

Was visiting from New York and searched for an area for Male Spas, even though I was the only male this place was absolutely professional and comforting. I went with the Male Package which came with a Swedish massage, facial and a haircut. Each persona was professional and respectful. I’ve been going to Sanctuary Salon and Spa for over a year. I get facial laser hair removal and most recently facials and sublime treatment for signs of aging in my neck area. Meenaz is a miracle worker! After my sublime treatment I was in shock to see how the wrinkles in my neck disappeared. I highly recommend them for laser hair removal, eye brow threading, acne facials and Sublime laser treatment for sagging skin in the neck area. You will not regret the investment. The owner Pareen is amazing! Very customer friendly and wants the best for her clients. Trust me you will leave very, very, very satisfied.

I got a mani pedi with Amy and it was fabulous! She’s great at the clean up and my feet felt so much less pressure when I got up as she really knows how to get in there and get you feet looking perfect; even w/o polish. My only complaint is my gel mani. I didn’t love how she did my French as it was very thick and they may have been why it chipped so quickly? I went for my birthday and my nails chipped before my birthday, 3 days!!! My gel polish never chips and I’ve used the OPI gel before so I’m not sure what happened this time. I should’ve taken a side shot of my nails so we could see how thick the pink French was but by the time I thought to do so it was all already chipped off. I suggest not doing French here and maybe it’ll last longer.

I got my first laser treatment done at Sanctuary spa. I started off with underarms and eventually loved the results so much I’ve done my legs and face as well. I wish I took before photos, but the results are way better than I ever expected and I haven’t had any issues. It’s easier and more relaxed than I expected and after waxing, sugaring, and shaving with ingrowns for so long the pain is not much different than that, but comes with lasting results and I haven’t had issues with ingrowns since. I went from shaving my underarms everyday or two with a constant gray shadow to maybe once a month and no undertones, it’s really changed so much for me. I’ll tell everyone it’s been the best thing I’ve spent my money on for myself.Erly really is the best, she’s so sweet and always makes it such an easy, painless process! Love coming to see her for my appointments!

I started off going for laser hair removal (which I’ve tried at other places with no success). They use medical-grade lasers, so I had amazing results after just one session. I’ve continued my treatments, which is easy since they always have appointments available, remaining flexible always working with my work schedule to fit me in. I now use them for hair cuts, facials, massages, in addition to my laser hair removal, making them my one stop shop! They have a monthly membership program which makes getting monthly treatments extremely affordable. I am halfway through my Brazilian sessions, and decided to add underarms as I am very satisfied with the results so far.I am North African, aka quite hairy, and my hairs have considerably thinned and some spots are now completely bare. I did a lot of research before deciding to go here, including a consultation at Ideal Image, which was pretty overpriced.The most important thing to know is that both places use the best machine on the market (Candela) and that their techs have equivalent training and expertise.I also appreciated the level of customer service I received. Pareen, who owns this business, took a lot of time of her day to walk me through the process and options. Since I had done a good amount of research, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and she was very patient and understanding. She also made herself available via text and calls after my initial consultation and beyond the purchase.I drive 30 min to get to the practice vs. the 5 min if I had gone with Ideal Image, but it’s totally worth it. No more messy and painful waxing, this is the life!

I had the same technician every time, her name was Erly. Have been struggling for years to get rid of the brassy ugly blonde I had from previous hair dressers. Went to Patricia for a hair cut a few months back, skeptical of even getting it done since I’ve had such struggles with hair dressers, especially with cutting it and she did AMAZING along with all the staff. Of course keeping that in mind, I felt that I needed to try switching up the color and giving it a shot too. Never had a good experience with that either so I went back recently to try that out too. Unsure of how the results would come out, the staff worked with me and gave me all the suggestions I needed on how to achieve the desired results. Walked in nervous, but all the staff including Patricia MADE SURE that I felt comfortable and confident and that I would receive the result I wanted. Showed them a picture and received exactly what I requested. Also got my eyebrows done in the process and that never disappoints either (thank you!!!) and thank you Patricia for such amazing hair, Maria for being such a kind hair washer and made sure she removed all the dye that got on my skin from all the process and all of the other front desk staff who were so attentive, caring and even more excited than I was for my desired results. Definitely a salon that won’t disappoint you!

The laser treatments by Sanctuary Salon are simply the best.Like others, Ive done before some laser treatment elsewhere before knowing about Sanctuary which was bad choice. Once Ive heard about and found Sanctuary Salon Ive learned the differences about equipment and why their service is truly better.They only use top line equipment and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Process is done fast and the way it should be.The best is that results did happen as expected. I did one initial body area and am very happy with the results. Now returned to do additional body areas.Thank you Sanctuary Salon for providing excellent service. It makes a big difference in having trained staff and equipment always in top condition.

We had the most wonderful experience at Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa during our recent vacation in Orlando. We wanted to have a fun girls spa day for three and picked this salon based on good reviews and reasonable prices for a wide range of services. All of our expectations were exceeded. The staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming, or accommodating. They even did everything they could to accommodate us and our schedule around a hurricane. My mom, sister, and I had the most lovely day here, and thoroughly enjoyed the many services we opted to receive. We will definitely return if we make another trip to Orlando!

Love this company. My husband booked a massage for me. I had Vicky (I think thats her name). She was absolutely amazing. She was nice, considerate and made sure that her pressure wasnt too much. I will absolutely go back. The only reason why I didnt give an extra star for a total of 5 is because the music in the salon was loud enough for me to hear throughout the duration of the massage. Although I love a good fist-pump song, I can imagine someone being terribly upset about it. I was able to ignore after 10 minutes but perhaps the salon should think about it.

I have been getting perms off and on for over 35 years. I had the pleasure of getting a perm by Patricia, and I feel confident in saying that the results are the best I have ever received. It is very difficult to find a stylist who has such experience. It was well worth the hour and a half drive to Sanctuary Salon, and I look forward to returning for all future hair care needs. I highly recommend Sanctuary Salon and Med Spa. I had a lot of acne scarring and started with Sublative laser treatment on my face. Now I have virtually no dark spots and my face looks fresh and healthy after treatment. I am a regular now, and definitely feel like part of the family. Meenaz and Pareen are experts at knowing what your skin needs are. I come regularly for my facials, and now haircuts. Patricia is fantastic with both straight and curly hair. I also am doing laser treatment for hair removal. If you are looking for a professional and friendly environment this is the place to try. You will be quite pleased. The first photo below is the most recent, the three with the spots are approximately 1 year ago before treatment.

Im on my 4th laser hair removal treatment and could not be more happy with the results. Every week or felt like I was mowing a carpet of unwanted, furiously irritating hair in my ears. Yes, as we get older it grows in the most nonsensical places. Now.. virtually give! Its amazing!! Erly does a wonderful job, I feel confident knowing shes taking care of business. Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa is filled with kind, amazing people and incredible services! I have had two treatments done, E2 Sublative and laser hair removal and I can honestly say both have given great results! The E2 Sublative made huge improvements on the texture of my face and after just one session of laser hair removal on my face my hair growth has decreased drastically! I’ve had laser hair removal done at another salon but never saw results like this. The people that work here truly care about their clients and it shows through their work. Everything about this salon is right! The owner (Pareen) is knowledgeable and amazing, the receptionists are pleasant and courteous, shampoo lady (I think her name is Maria) knows how to wash and massage while making you feel comfortable. As for the stylists, I had a favorite that had to relocate and thanks to Pareen, she put me in the hands of Alder who was everything I needed him to be ❤ great cut, great advice and a long lasting blow out! Love this Salon and Spa!! I get laser hair removal from this salon (thought it would hurt, but it really isnt too painful) and I love it!! Ive recently discovered Sanctuary when I followed my aesthetician there...Temple is the queen of eyebrows by the way! She has always been very professional and honest so I knew any place she chose to work would be the same. Temple recommended Mary to save my hair from the wrong cut and color Ive been suffering with from a previous salon. Mary took extra time during our consultation to understand where I was coming from and what I wanted. She even looked up some pictures on her own time to be prepared for my appointment. My hair looks much more flattering to my skin tone and she made sure to use treatments to maintain the health of my hair...all the time being careful to stay under my budget which I was very clear about.The salon is quite clean and seems to run efficiently. I hope to have my birthday party here in a few weeks!!

This place is amazing the consultation to start off with was very detailed and helpful I did my laser prior in Miami med ,but after 5 sits nothing happened when I started going to sanctuary I saw sooo Much more change prior to getting my laser done my hair would grow every day after shaving as thick as a man and i would have to shave everyday but after sanctuary after 5 sessions my hair barely grows I havent shaven in one month. The laser technician is super nice and does things efficiently and effectively def recommend this place

I had several laser hair removal sessions at other salons and Sanctuary Med Spa is by far the best. First, I have never had a consultation before my laser hair sessions. The other salons didnt explain the whole process effectively. This is the first salon that have been so informative. I had my consultation at Sanctuary Med Spa, however, the actual laser sessions are done in a different office. The office is very small, but you are not there for that long. Second, I did my research before considering laser hair removal. I found that a YAG Laser works the best for my complexion. Still, I was very skeptical, because like I previously stated, I have had several laser hair removal, but this laser actually works!!Lastly, I am very impressed with the level of professionalism of Pareen and Yandia. They seem to more invested in the customers well-being and satisfaction, instead of just taking your money.
