I have been coming here consistently for almost a year and I just felt compelled to leave a very well deserved review. Aubrey has been doing my lashes every 2 weeks since I started coming here and I cannot praise her enough on her skills and attention to detail. My eyelashes look phenomenal every time and they always last the entire two weeks… I receive multiple compliments on my lashes every single time. On top of that, a huge shout out to the front desk staff (huge shout out to Tasha) who is the most friendliest and accommodating person. Also the manager, Alicia, truly cares about every single customer who walks in the door and goes out of her way for them. I appreciate you guys so much and this is why I drive 40 minutes just to come to this specific location :-)

The office is beautiful and clean. My lash artist Samantha is very nice & very thorough- she gave me the beautiful wispy hybrid lashes of my dreams. They look natural but better because they are wispy. Very beautiful work by Samantha. I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend Lash Lounge.

Sara was my eyelash tech and she was amazing! I recently moved to orlando and was trying to find a good spot to do my lashes. I didnt only fall in love with the environemtn but also how sara took her time and delivered the lashes I just had envisioned! Definitely my new spot for lashes and im sticking with sara ❤️

Honestly the best experience I have had when getting my lashes done. Samantha was so sweet and fun! I truly enjoyed the entire experience. it’s been a while since i’m a new mom and felt like it was time to treat myself. The entire staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. I would highly recommend getting your lashes done and treat yourself! 3 weeks later and my lashes still look amazing!!

Ne’Vishia Osbourne did my lashes and she did an outstanding job! She was so thorough, she took her time, and she was very friendly. I got a Level 2 Hybrid set in the doll shape and I absolutely love them. The location is very clean and quiet. They were also able to accommodate me by moving my appointments around a few times when I was running late. I will 100% be returning!

My fiancé Alex gets her lashes done there with Ne’veshia. She always leaves looking great and in such a great mood. It’s a total deal, she says it’s like a therapist, nap and lashes all in one. She is very accommodating to my fiancés disability and makes her feel comfortable and safe which is my top priority. She has really gotten her confidence back and I am so happy she goes.

I am so happy with my lashes. Someone had suggested I get a hybrid set before I went to Lash Lounge but Corina - master stylist - took the time to discuss what I wanted with me and we changed my full set to Volume lashes with Level 2 fullness. They are just the look I wanted and Corina applied them to fit my eyes perfectly. They extend more to the sides which accentuates my eyes and I haven’t worn any eye makeup since! I wish I had gotten them sooner. Thanks Lash Lounge Dr Phillips and especially Corina! See you for a refill soon!PS It’s so clean in the salon I felt really comfortable.

I discovered this place by chance. Farah recommended it to me after I asked about her lashes and was so helpful with all of my questions and curiosity. I am also so happy I went with Farahs stylist because Stephanie was amazing! She was so sweet, kind, patient, professional, and did an AMAZING job on my lashes. Between the two of them, the 45 minute drive was so worth it!!! Would recommend. Absolutely love this place and I love what they did to my lashes!

Coming to see Erin at The Lash Lounge is one of my favorite parts of my Orlando vacations. Erin has done my lashes when I lived in Orlando and now, everytime I visit Orlando I make sure she has an available time slot for me to see her. She is quick to respond and always able to accommodate my tight schedule. She always makes things work.Erin takes her time and makes my lash experience perfect every time. I walk out of The Lash Lounge with a new sexy look and I always feel confident. She is a true artist. I dont trust anyone but her with my lashes.She is the absolute best and I love her work!!

Kat did an amazing job! Come visit her! I moved back to Orlando from Las Vegas and I started doing my lashes there in LV, so I wasn’t familiar with places here. My little sister recommend Kat and as you can see below she did great. I showed her a pic of how I use to do them in Las Vegas and she did it just like I wanted it and took the time to even explain the pricing and how the levels work as well. Thanks Kat! I think Nevishia is an amazing stylist! I came here for the first time the other day to get my eyebrows threaded. I am very particular about my eyebrows and how they are threaded, so when I booked the appointment I was very anxious about the experience. I had Ne’Vishia as the artist and she gave me the most relaxing eyebrow threading experience I’ve ever had!!! I was actually starting to asleep during the experience, and she was extremely gentle and did a great job with doing exactly what i wanted !! Awesome job with Maiya every time I go. Consistent all the time!UPDATE 26Mar2024: I have been going here for a little over a year. I have had no issues. I did experience once discomfort but I attribute it to possibly allergic reaction to the glue but my stylist then changed it to the hypoallergenic glue. No issues after that. My lashes always comes out well and stays on for a little over 2 weeks. the 1st month I joined I came with my daughter and had a different stylist. Yes, some lashes fell off within several days and I did bring it up to them. They quickly scheduled me to get it looked at and they fixed it. With any service, it cant be always perfect. There can be off days but as a customer, you have to communicate and allow the business to remedy the situation. Again, been here over a year and my experience has been great.

I had gotten eyelash extensions that were horribly done on Saturday(not here) and called The Lash Lounge on Sunday and they were able to get me in that day to have them removed! Stephanie was fantastic! My eyes were swollen, hurting and bright red but she removed them carefully and pain free! My hybrid set came out beautifully and I even purchased the lash detox which I also love! A few of the lashes are coming out which is to be expected but they still look amazing! 10/10. Also people who are commenting about “hidden fees” they text you multiple times in detail about it and they also email you to inform you before your visit it is also on the website. They replied back in minutes of my inquire , they were very accommodating with my needs and super comforting and patience with all my questions and concerns. *For those complaining about lashes not lasting, they have glue which is not as harsh but requires you not wet it for 24 hours and to not use oil based cleansers or make up.I decided to go to get lash extensions ahead of a holiday vacation and went for a trial run before my trip with Jasmine who is either a senior or master stylist which requires an extra fee. We did a classic which is the least full and most natural as it was my first time and she did not want me to be over whelmed with big fake eyelashes. They were a classic C curl which is the least thick option and has less of a curl. They were wispy and very pretty but they were little long for me and not the level of thickness I was wanting but now I know since that was just my first time.They were well done but there were a few places where I had several of my natural lashes which are a dark brown peeking through once I looked better at it at home with my magnifying mirror the same day which was disappointing because I had paid extra for a senior/master stylist and was under the impression from their website that each lash would have an extension but that the amount of strands of the fans of lashes changed depending on the level/volume you chose. Jasmine was pleasant and easy to talk to and made my first experience pleasant but now that I have done it again with another stylist, I know I prefer the D curl due to my lashes constantly touching my glasses with the C curl and I prefer a level 2 hybrid to have a more full look.My second stylist I used was Toni. I had her do my lashes right before my trip. Toni is very thorough and double checks that each of my lashes have an extension. I have had her several times and she has never missed a lash, even when I look very closely with my magnifying mirror.It takes about two hours and you lay down during it with your eyes closed so it is hard not to fall asleep, I bring my headphones and listen to a podcast but usually end up snoozing. The lady next to me this last time snored openly briefly which was funny.Toni is very good at what she does, she cleans your eyelashes beforehand, always has her nails painted and clean and done very nice, cleans the table after you leave, and I enjoy the conversation before I inevitably fall asleep. I will continue to stay with her as she is excellent at what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best set of lashes. I do not see how she is not a master stylist. I constantly get compliments on her work and appreciate how it simplifies my morning routine. The only differences are that I had to buy one if their puffed out sleep masks so my eyelashes don’t get bent during the night and I use their gel cleanser. I do not really need eyeliner anymore but when I use eye liner I use their oil free liner which comes off a lot easier than my liner I usually use but makes it where I don’t have to scrub my eyes to remove the liner. I do the membership where it is $159 monthly for the hybrid level one fill which includes two sets a month (they say to go every 2 weeks as you usually lose 20% of your lashes every two weeks and if you are missing more than 50% it is a whole new set which is fair). I have stretched it to 3 weeks before but it was looking a little sparse towards the outer corners of my eyes.I get a level two hybrid so it is about $20 extra each set due to the lashes having bigger fans with more strands on each fan. They also have recommended tipping which is about 20% of the 159. It is worth it. You can come in early for a 1 week fill / half fill if your schedule is chaotic the following week and it is discounted and does not use the full amount of the allotted money for one of the two fills each month. (I could be mistaken but you can always call them to check). They charge extra for senior or master stylists.

My favorite part was the initial consultation I had with my stylist who listened to my ideal look and gave me tips on what to request in my future appointments to get exactly what I want. My stylist also listened to my concerns and used a glue for sensitive skin which made ALL the difference. My lashes look amazing, and better than that I don’t even feel them I just feel like these are my lashes, no burning no pain. I highly recommend buying some of their house-made products as they have worked for my sensitive skin and allowed me to complete proper aftercare. Overall my experience was exceptional and I have been recommending them to everyone!

Removing my old lashes and doing a brand new hybrid fill took her less than an hour and a half. I’m used to 2-2 1/2 hours. I work night shift so I was pretty groggy during my session and I wound up dozing off for a few minutes because I was so relaxed. They’re sooo soft and seem to hold on better than my other lashes. I was so impressed with my experience today at the lash lounge. I had a specific need in mind. I’m a busy mom of 3 littles & as much as I like makeup, I’m tired of applying it. This was my first try, hoping for a daily look I had in mind. I didn’t know what to expect but after hearing me out, the ladies nailed it. I absolutely love the result. Holly walked me through every step of the way so I knew what was happening! The venue is also so beautiful and calming; it smells so lovely and felt serene. It helped make the experience soothing and relaxing. A total treat. ❤️ I signed up for a membership and can’t wait to come back to be pampered. Thank u ladies! 😘

I’ve been getting my lashes done for years in California. I recently moved to doctor Phillips and stumbled upon the lash lounge. The ladies here are so lovely! Kellie does my lashes and does such a good job and is so much fun to talk to.Also, their membership deals are incomparable. You get TWO refills for $109/month. Yes ladies, TWO. They also do mini 10 or 20 lash touch ups in between for $1/lash!!! There is seriously no better place around.
