    I went for a Facial with dermaplaning and a full body massage. I will definitely be a returning customer. The facial was so relaxing and my skin looks like porcelain. My aesthetician was also very helpful with coming up with a plan for treating my skin. As for massage....well after lets just say I felt my tension no more and felt like I was walking on a cloud.

    I had an amazing first-time experience! They successfully corrected my botched haircut from another salon, achieving the exact look I had originally requested.     I booked a Partial Dimentional Blonding with Haircut and Blowout with Callista. I am so happy with my new style! My hair is thin and I am somewhat self conscious about the texture of my hair. She made me feel so comfortable and never hair-shamed me at all. My hair was a little brittle on the ends, so she cut it to the perfect length I wanted making my hair healthy again. She knew exactly what I wanted and made it look šŸ’Æ better! I also wanted an edgier bang trim and she gave me the exact look I was going for. I absolutely LOVE Mosaic Hair Studio! They have the most talented hair stylists and wonderful staff that are always so welcoming and professional!

    My husband and I both come to the salon and love how we feel when we leave! I have curly hair and Linda does the most amazing job cutting my hair in a way that compliments my curls. She taught me how to diffuse my hair and which products would work well so my curls could come out at their best each wash. My husband always goes with whomever is first available, and today he went to Linda and he was really happy about the way his hair came out. He said it came out the best it had yet!

    I went here for the first time today and I had the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating and was there if I needed anything. I was there from 9am until about 4pm and got a lot of work done on my hair. I completely changed my hair color but it came out absolutely stunning!!!! I was worried that so much done on my hair would damage it but the hair stylist, the absolutely amazing Claire, took such good care of my hair. I almost cried because I am so happy with the results!!! It came out beautifully and I will definitely be back!!!

    I had the most amazing facial treatment with Aries today. She is seriously the best esthetician I have ever seen. On top of being professional and friendly she is so educated and is always teaching me new things. My skin feels and looks amazing and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment.     Adorable setting located in a restored Craftsman house in very hip section of Ivanhoe Village and top notch service! I scheduled a blowout with Martha and she did am excellent job. I will start off by saying I originally reached the night of 1/16/23 with no expectations only because I had never used this Salon before ever. The next day I received an email back from Josh who OMG was the most pleasant person over email to talk with, After a few emails I finally calledā€¦along long start short I made an appointment for a work event hair updo with Claire for 2 days later. Such short notice FYI!!Fast forward to 1/19/23 day of the appointment. My car died, I went to the wrong location and was 35ish min late and so expected to be told sorry we have to move to the next client butā€¦.NO Josh the sweetie that he is said to still come and also if the car died while there someone would help me. WOW JUST WOW!! This was my first time meeting Claire so she only had a picture of me and my hair and what I wanted done. Once getting there they were so much nice, attentive, professional and so understandingā€¦They even offered Wine šŸ·..Yes please!!     Mosaic hair study truly does it all- blowouts, haircuts, makeup, eyelashes, waxes and even weddings! Lindsay has cut and highlighted my hair for years- I trust her instinct and intuition. When it came time for our wedding I couldnt imagine anyone else doing my hair and makeup. Lindsay and her team came to our venue, they were extremely helpful in listening what each bridesmaid wanted, and made sure that it was exactly what they wanted. They had even made sure flower crowns were tied in on top of various hairstyles. I have heard horror stories of makeup gone wrong at other weddings. Only a couple of girls were initially doing makeup, when they saw their work the other girls asked if they do could have their makeup done! Thank you mosaic hair for being so flexible and making our wedding day so picturesque.

    All the staff at Mosaic are friendly. They create such a great welcoming environment. I get my waxing done at Virginia location and Aries is amazing at talking you through the process. I do my hair at the Bumby location and I appreciate their attention to detail with my curls. For the quality of services Iā€™ve received across locations and types of services, their prices are so reasonable!! I also appreciate how easy scheduling is with Mosaic! Iā€™ve done online and also rescheduled online, but also easy to call the studio (they called me right back when I had to leave a message).

    Mosaic is a really lovely salon. Everyone there makes you feel so welcomed and cared for and you can tell the team gives each other a lot of support. Josh, the manager, really cares about the client experience. Claire is a talented & fantastic stylist who makes you feel so comfortable in her chair. Iā€™ve been dealing with a painstaking color correction process and even though I left the salon with less than ideal results, I really have to commend Claire & Josh for doing everything they could to help me.

    I saw Linda for a Curly Cut. I have naturally curly hair and have been seeing the same stylist for over 10 years. I was a bit nervous at first, but my experience was great! She listens and executes exactly what you are asking for while kindly giving suggestions on what might best go with your request. I also have multi-toned fashion colors and was worried about the price point as my last service at another place was very expensive.I went ahead and booked an appointment with Veronica. She did a wonderful job and stayed within the quoted price while extending the life of my duo-tone style (I was expecting to have to leave a color behind for affordability). For someone who doesnt LOVE getting their hair done, Megann is so great about reading the room and letting me relax while also not making me feel pressured to talk the whole time! This studio has also supported local artists by featuring their work in studio and often has new stylists shadowing tenured stylists to learn the ropes.     I went in for a full blonde balayage and didnā€™t get the result I wanted. Although my hair stylist is great and had done my hair before, the end result was a little disappointing. However, I came in the same day asking if they could fix it or at least give me a refund since my hair looked exactly the same if not darker than it did when I first walked in. The owner understood and was incredibly accommodating, he offered to fix my hair himself. Not only was the hospitality incredible but the end result was phenomenal. Extremely professional guy and incredible staff.

    These guys saved me at the last minute on a weekday night! I had a regular appointment earlier in the week and got food poisoning and had to cancel. Not able to get into who I normally go to, I called mid afternoon to see if there was any way to get me in for color. I was shocked that they fit me in at 7 PM! Theyā€™ve done my daughterā€™s hair as well, and weā€™ve been so pleased, customer service is truly above and beyond!

    This was my first time going to a hair salon. Moreover, this was also my first time getting a womens haircut as a transfem individual. So needless to say, I was nervous. But I didnt need to be.The environment was intimate and disarming, and it didnt take too long for my nerves to settle. I was seen to by Linda, and I was extremely impressed. Both with her ability, and with the great way she blended professionalism with approachability. She was patient, unjudgmental, but also focused on what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable. And she knew exactly what to do with my hair, and how to do it in a way someone whos new to this can handle.We had a pleasant conversation while she did my hair, and by the time she was done I absolutely loved my curls, which is a first for me. Also, I just want to say, it meant a lot that she respected my pronouns without me even asking. That really went far for me. As for price, Ive never been to a salon before so I dont have a point of reference, but I personally found the overall price affordable. $125 for the cut, styling, and a product I brought home with me.If youre looking for somewhere thats inviting, intimate, LGBTQ+ friendly, and knows well what theyre doing, Mosaic Hair Studio is the place youre looking for.     The staff here was very nice in my experience. They asked if you would like anything to drink upon walking in and a comfy seat. They make sure you have been taken care of. I saw Linda Rojas and she was very nice and made sure if i was okay with certain things with my hair. She truly acts like she cares about clients. Also, they do not try to trick you into getting more services which Iā€™ve seen at other salons. I love that. Will definitely be back.

    I hardly ever write reviews, but I cannot even begin to tell you how exceptional this hair salon is. When I first moved to Orlando, this was the first hair salon I went to because they have the convenience of being open on Sundays. Not only were they the first hair salon, but they are the ONLY hair salon I go to in Orlando. For reference, my hair is naturally dark brown, but every time I go to the salon I request blonde highlights. During my last visit the owner, Mike, went above and beyond to reach out to me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was picky about what I wanted, and requested a few of the highlighted pieces be changed and there was no hesitation whatsoever. He was so welcoming and understanding to my needs. His empathy and kindness has gone an incredibly long way in my eyes, and it has completely impacted my experience in such a positive light. I will forever love Mosaic Hair Studio in Orlando, FL!     Corey gave me probably the most effective massage I have ever had! My muscles were SO SORE from my marathon race 4 days prior that I could barely walk correctly. Corey gave such a great myofascia massage that I am definitely coming back to him again and again! I highly recommend Corey 10/10!

    The salon itself is very cool - great vibe... I went there after a not great experience at another salon. My stylist spoke with me about what I wanted to do, She explained her concerns about how my hair could be damaged and suggested another solution, I appreciated her concern for the health of my hair. She even stayed late working on my hair... she did a great job. Nikki is my new hair stylist, I feel fortunate to have found her. Great salon !

    I love Mosaic so much, from the very first visit I felt super welcome there and surrounded by friendly people. Receptionists are always helpful and sweet, and my stylist Taylor always does a wonderful job. Sheā€™s always considerate of working with my budget and helping to make my hair beautiful! I donā€™t know if I would ever consider a different salon. Prices are also very reasonable for the time and skills for the service.

    I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my massage by Danielle, she is absolutely fabulous! Her first concern is your comfort and making sure you are getting the best experience. She made sure she understood my needs and boy did she deliver! The pressure, the warmth of the table, the oils, and communication were perfect. Her technique is clearly based on years of knowledge and experience. The whole thing was just so relaxing and I wouldnā€™t change a thing. Thank you so much Danielle!

    My name is Jade, for years I had been struggling to find a great salon and a great stylist, in mosaic I found both !From the moment you go inside you feel happy and spoiled, they will greet you and offer you a drink, all the staff is friendly and welcoming, I love the interior design and this place inspires me.All stylists are amazing but MY stylist AMELIA well she is something else, she is professional and knowledgeable ,willing to answer all my questions, making my hair look awesome , she had been coloring my hair for years and it is looking better every time.Her vibrant personality makes my visit so fun, I love to be there and as soon as we meet I forget about the1 hour drive. This place is fabulous donā€™t hesitate in visit them the wonā€™t disappoint.

    I had hydrodermabrasion done by Aries and she was amazing! Left my skin feeling so clean. I gave 4 stars only because after I was done i had to wait for my ride and all the waiting chairs inside were taken, so i asked the receptionist if she could bring me an extra chair to sit but she said I could wait outside which I didnā€™t appreciate after getting a facial and then sat outside in the humid FL weather.

    If youā€™re looking for a hair journey studio THIS IS IT. Whether itā€™s blow dry, color, cut, treatments or extensions etc. coming from Miami Iā€™ve been here for a year and wouldnā€™t go anywhere else in Orlando. The pricing is extremely fair for their quality of work. In other words You are getting what youā€™re paying for. If youā€™re looking for a bargain go to super cuts. Joshua and chance front desk are extremely organized and efficient. Linda along with other stylists are transparent and dedicated to your expectations.

    I came to Mosaic to see Julie for essentially a color correction after a freak hair disaster in another state. Julie is super knowledgeable and I appreciate that her first focus is hair health. She went above and beyond for me, and I am so grateful. She gave my hair life again. I 1000% recommend Mosaic & Julie. If we didnā€™t recently move out of state - Iā€™d definitely be going back!

    Booked another facial treatment with Aries at the Virginia location and my skin continues to improve with her. Sheā€™s great because she does not push services but when I inquire about the next step she gives me suggestions and we discuss the options. I like that!     My middle school daughter and I go and would never go anywhere else. After many years of looking for the perfect stylist we found Amelia and Mosaic Hair Studio. They didnt just cut and style our hair, but seem to preform miracles. My daughter once cut part of her hair and chopped it good right in the front. Amelia fixed it for us and made her hair look better then ever.We leave feeling glamorous and get constant compliments on our hair. It is such a fun, friendly, relaxed environment. Very trendy . Do not trust your beauty needs with anyone else.

    First time here, and I will definitely be back! Megann is the BEST -- she took my hair, which one been chopping at myself for YEARS and had finally grown it out enough to get cut by a professional, and did a fantastic job. It fits my style, sassy but simple to maintain, and beautifully frames my face with just the right amount of layers to turn my thin hair into a full head of hair. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend!!

    I came for the reviews and did not leave disappointed. The salon itself is very welcoming and cozy. You can tell all the stylists care about building relationships with their clients. Ive always had very long hair and have been to plenty of salons that have made me feel rushed and almost like an inconvenience because my hair takes a lot of work so it always makes me nervous going to a new salon. But I definitely didnt feel that here. My stylist Shelly even stayed late to make sure I was happy with my hair. She put in over three hours of work and I couldnt be happier. She said she was a perfectionist and she was right! She even said that she always has to make sure her work is perfect because if its not it will keep her up at night, which I thought was very sweet. Ive never really left a salon completely satisfied with my hair but this time I definitely did. Im happy with the new direction I took with my hair and dont think I could have picked a better salon to do it.

    This was my first time getting my hair dyed and I was so glad I went here! I did a hair consultation with Jennifer a few weeks before and we discussed what I wanted. During my hair appointment Jennifer gave my hair her full attention, and was so professional. The end result blew me away, it was EXACTLY what I had imagined, the cut, the color, everything!     I recently went to Mosaic Hair Studio and saw Sophie. I would recommend both the salon and the stylist! The salon was clean, cute, and very professional, and so was Sophie! She is a good listener, gives you exactly what you ask for, and charges a fair price. She strikes the perfect balance of being budget friendly but giving you the perfect color and cut. Highly recommend!

    I was slightly skeptical about starting eyelash extension services at first, for my own personal reasons. Though Taylor immediately made me feel right at home and walked me through the entire process and answered all of my crazy questions!     My daughters wedding party was so happy and pleased by the results. There were 7 of us who needed blowouts, updo and makeup and the staff was very welcoming. Each person who worked with us was professional and caring. They wanted us to look and feel special for my daughters wedding. We had to add one more person and Gigi easily added her. Gigi created a schedule of appointments for hair and makeup and the staff adhered to it. We actually got out ahead of schedule. When my daughter wanted something complex and Brittany didnt have availability we lucked out and ended up with Mike who was amazing with her!     I moved to Florida recently from NY. I loved my hairdresser and hated having to look for another. I found Mosaic Hair Studio on line and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. First with just a blow out to see if I liked it. The place is adorable on the outside. Like going to your best friends house (after she came into some cash and could afford it). Inside its a polished professional looking salon. So far, so good.Lynsey did the blow out (on a cut that I got from a different salon and I wasnt happy with) and she did a great job with it. Next time I went back for a root touch up, cut and blow out and things were looking even better. Today I had highlights, cut and blow out and now I absolutely love my hair!!! Lynsey is amazing. Shes so much fun and so talented. My hair hasnt looked this good in a very long time. I am so glad I found this place and Lynsey. I cant wait to go back and try their Refresh salon next door for a massage. I live 45 mins to an hour away (depending on the I4) and its totally worth the drive time!! I wanted to wait to write this review because I wanted to be sure this place was the real deal. It is. Make an appointment and go. Youll be so happy you did!!

    I came into the salon extremely nervous as I absolutely hate having a haircut. This is something that is very traumatizing for me; however when I walked in the door, Amelia greeted me so kindly and helped put my fears to rest. She worked some absolute magic on my hair which I didnā€™t even know was possible. She exceeded all of my expectations for what I was looking for! This is the first time Iā€™ve actually felt confident and satisfied leaving the salon in my entire life.     I drive all the way from Polk County just to come here. Amelia has been my stylist for a few years now. I know I can sit in her chair and just say the words trim me up and I know I wont lose a ton of length and I know my hair will look amazing!     Massage therapy is amazing there. Cory and Danielle are both phenomenal and Im a pretty picky person, so I was so thrilled when I found a place that offers 30 mins for a quick visit or 120 min massage for a truly relaxing time. Ive had my hair done once with Megan and she was sweet and listened to my concerns, I was very happy with my cut and Ill going back soon to see her.

    Womens short hair styles can be tough. Thats why its risky to try someone new. But Amelia at Mosaic is amazing! There is no risk here. She takes the time to listen to your concerns. She asks questions and gives you the style you asked for. Plus shes very nice. If you try bangs, they offer a free touch up trim on the bangs within 3 weeks. What a great idea! And the salon is nice, as its a refurbished, Craftsman style home, original to the area, very cool.

    Iā€™m from NYS, and My daughter was hospitalized in Orlando Hospital for over 6 weeks. After sleeping in her room all those days, I was badly in need of conditioning, trim, & just some good old pampering. Mosaic came up in a google search with great reviews. Since it was a short walking distance from the hospital, I called. The salon got me right in and when I walked through the door I was made to feel at home. I was assigned to hair stylist Julie. She analyzed my hair and picked an Olaplex conditioning treatment for my hair. It turned out to be an awesome choice. My thin damaged hair was so shiny and full after this treatment. She did not go beyond a trim since I love my hair long. Julie was friendly and an excellent stylist. I highly recommend Mosaic salon and spa. I was so impressed with Mosaic, I knew I could count on them for more services coming up at the end of this week; facial etc.

    I stumbled across Mosaic whole I was looking for a place to get a keratin treatment. This is easily one of the best salons Ive been to! Not only did Mike, the owner, give me a fantastic trim and keratin treatment, their prices are more than reasonable and they go out of their way to make your visit feel like a special treat. Front desk staff are helpful and welcoming and they also offer massage and facial treatments at their business next door.

    Earlier in the day, I got a haircut from a different salon that I hated. I was sobbing from how awful it was and called Mosaic in tears to make an appointment to fix what the other salon had done. They booked me an appointment that same day. When I arrived they offered us drinks as we waited for my stylist to finish up. The salon itself was beautiful and we didnā€™t have to wait long. They washed my hair (with some amazing product) and absolutely turned my haircut into something I loved. As I was leaving, they gave me a complimentary bottle of shampoo and conditioner to make up for what the other salon had done. It was absolutely heartwarming to have them do something to make up for what a terrible salon had done. Iā€™m so grateful and will ONLY let Mosaic touch my hair moving forward.     Love this place! Found out all my friends go here too. Will continue going here for all my hair needs. The stylists are very knowledgeable and know their stuff.     Wow Mosaic! Job well done. I got an appt for the morning on the very next day, the online appt scheduler was incredibly easy to use and the price for a cut and a blowout was very reasonable. All the staff seemed happy. I had been looking for a new place because my old one had raised their rates but yet had decreased the percentage they were paying to their stylists. I will be keeping an eye on mosaics turnover as an indication of dissatisfaction, but I think the core staff stay there...which is a good sign. So far all signs point to this being my new go to place.

    I got my hair colored and when I got home, I noticed a small spot where the color was missed behind the ear. I called them and they had me come in that same day to fix it. Mike the owner recolored all my hair and I couldnā€™t be happier with the color - the shade is exactly what I wanted. Everyone was incredibly nice and I didnā€™t feel like a burden having them recolor it. I have been here a few times now and will continue to come back, and will recommend to others.Update- I have never received so many compliments on my hair. Literally everyone I come across has been saying how much they love the color and Ive given out info for Mosaic. So happy right now.

    I have been here three times already within the past two months, it was a gift for my birthday and I immediately fell in love with the place, the atmosphere and Daisy and Taylor. Daisy has already done my hair and my daughters, and soon my whole family, she is awesome! Taylor is my go to spa girl. The greatest thing about booking with Taylor, is the not traditional but yet calm music she has on! These two girls really make you feel like your going to a friends home to get a makeover and have some wine. :)

I wish I had waited a few more months to get my hair done back in the states.. .)I moved away from Orlando in 2011 & said goodbye to my favorite hairstylist, who was all the way by the UCF area. That year was also the last time that I ever went to a hair salon, since I chose to maintain my hair myself. Living in San Francisco, you dont really worry about humidity & frizz.I finally moved back to Orlando a couple of years ago & live in the SoDo area. During that time I have gone to two different stylists & was happy for the moment of what I got, but I wasnt IN-LOVE with my hair.After reading all the reviews & looking at the photos, I really liked what I saw.I was setup with Kim & I couldnt have been more delighted. Ā She is exactly what I was looking for & gave me the look that I desired with just my words, no pictures.Suffice to say, I am IN-LOVE with my hair!!! I can now breathe easier knowing I have a not-so-secret weapon to turn to for all my hair needs.

    Taylor was very professional and the spa was very clean. Very relaxing and the knowledge of Taylor was great. I have rosacea and went to my dermatologist after the facial. My dermatologist here in Orlando said that she did an excellent job and recommendation of product was spot on. I will definitely be back for more facials with Taylor!!!

    My 5 bridesmaids and I came here to get our hair done for my wedding. Everyone in this salon is so friendly and accomodating. It was nice to be offered some wine on such a stressful morning! Amelia did my trial and wedding day hair. She is so sweet and made sure I was completely happy with my hair. One of my favorite things about choosing this salon is I was able to get my hair and makeup in one place! I showed Michaela a photo of something similar to what I wanted. She was very knowledgable in what she was doing and my makeup came out exactly how I wanted!Mosaic was friendly, professional, and affordably priced for wedding hair and makeup.I will definitely be making the 45 minute drive out to Orlando from now on when I want my hair cut.

    I have been here 2x and it has been a great experience so far with only one thing that bothered me. The first time I booked an appointment here because of what I wanted to achieve hair wise I was told that I would be able to start the color but would have to choose between getting a cut or a blow dry because the next appointment wouldnā€™t allow enough time. Thatā€™s absolutely understandable so we did what we could that time and scheduled the next appointment for a bayalage, cut, and blow dry.Now with that said today I was about 10 min. late for my appointment for personal reasons but again 10 minutes is not a lot. I was told upon arriving that once again I would have to pick between getting a cut or receiving a blow dry.Really disappointed with the time slots. It makes you feel rushed to the point that you donā€™t even know if your stylist is even putting true effort into achieving what you wish because they are on a time crunch. Also, doesnā€™t make someone want to come back a 3rd time if they canā€™t even complete the full service you requested and booked in advance for.

    Iā€™ve gone to practically every lash place in town but nothing beats what Taylor does for my lashes. I constantly get compliments on them everywhere I go. My best friend and I also go to her for facials and peels and have visibly seen an amazing difference in our skin. I highly suggest booking with her!

    This place is pretty good. I got Brittany and she listened to what I wanted and did it for me. And took into consideration that I was pregnant. I will be going back because the quality of care I received. I had one weird experience. After my hair was done and I was leaving the spa building (there are 2 separate structures) it was really humid and wet outside, so I went back into the hair salon to save my new look while I called my husband to come pick me because up I was finished. A lady made a B-line towards me and started talking at me, despite seeing I was on the phone. And wanted to know ā€˜what I neededā€™ when I said I was finished, paid up and just waiting. she said very sharply ā€œthis is standing room onlyā€ and ordered me to go outside. So since you already got money out of me you dont need to be cordial anymore? I was a little confused that A. there was so few people like 3 so how did she not notice me there for 2-3 hrs. And B. I just shelled out some dough for this look and you want me gone instantly and C. I was told I could wait inside a little before my husband arrived. and D this is Florida why do you have outside waiting space only? So I was confused and went outside like she shooed me out to do. It did mess with my hair some and I was sad about not being able to show my husband the finished look. Im going to go back to give it a second chance. I dont let people with issues dictate my life. Over all my experience was great regardless of this individual. Next time I find myself in a similar situation I may wait in the spa side.

    I was in need of a last minute full foil and trim. I called Mosaic, and Mike (one of the owners) had an opening for me. This was my first time here and to say I had an amazing experience doesnā€™t even do it justice. The moment you walk in they offer many different beverage options to you, then they have you fill out a short form that asks how you feel about your hair and what your concerns are. Iā€™ve never had a salon do that before. Once youā€™re in the chair they adress your concerns and explain what you can do to fix them. My hair turned out looking healthier than it was before the highlight (unheard of for me), the color is exactly what I wanted, and it was styled perfectly. I will absolutely be back and I highly recommend trying this salon out.

    Amelia came in early, before shop hours, to fit me in for a blowout before I flew out of town (same day)! The shop even ordered a hair product they were out of and had put one aside for me when I got there. Mosaic never fails in their quality of customer service, all around.     I went to the spa using my $25 coupon after getting a great blowout and Olaplex treatment from Julie. I saw Corey for my massage. He was very attentive to my concerns for product ingredients due to my allergies to certain ingredients. He gave a wonderful massage and took the time to do extra massage to help my carpal tunnel issues. He also did some traction on my arms and legs. I felt so relaxed and revived. I definitely want to try the CBD oil massage next time! I give 5 stars to Julie in the salon and Corey in the spa!
