Mark is a phenomenal hair stylist: Trusting someone with your hair is a serious bond you need to make with your stylist and after my first visit with him, I knew that it wasnt my last. This was my first time going to a salon to get my hair dyed and to be frank, I have never had an experience like this. The atmosphere was great and welcoming (Mark is a great conversationalist). The before and after photoshoot really shocked me and I did cry because of how happy I was with the result. I advise for anyone in the area to go to him if you want a hair cut done professionally.

Mark listen to all of my concerns and completely nailed my color! I came to him originally for extensions, and they are beautiful! Great product, great price, perfect length and he absolutely nailed the color, spot on! He is thoughtful and listens to what his clients need and want. The shop itself was clean and friendly and easily accessible. Plus, they had wine on hand after a long day (much needed!) I can’t say enough great things about Mark! Just a fantastic experience all around.Hopefully, next time, Ill have photos to share. God has given Mark an incredible talent for hair, along with a love for people. Sitting in his chair for the first time, I came to him at my worst (hair-wise). My hair had a huge, one-sided knot that turned into a dread (super embarrassing 🙈😂), and I prepared myself to get a bob, or even pixie, haircut. My hair length was down to my tush, so those kinds of cuts would have been massive for me. BUT, he was actually able to get through the knot AND maintain the length of my hair. Although I was okay chopping it all off, Mark just cut off what was necessary for healthy hair, and styled it with the diffuser. He was so patient through the entire process. Im looking forward to going back, again ❤️And, his personality- he cracks me up 😄Thank you, Mark, for your attention to detail, compassion, and humor ❤️ May God bless you forevermore.

Mark is an amazing stylist! My first visit was for a major long-to-short style change. He exuded so much confidence and knowledge about what looks good on what face shapes that I never once doubted his ability to make me look good. When it was all said and done, he had created the perfect cut for my older, fat face and I loved it! I am complimented on it constantly. 😊Mark also has a terrific personality, funny and loving. I love the little salon suite he is in now. No more big, noisy salon with parking issues. Ugh! Its perfect, especially if Im waiting for one of my daughters to get their hair done as there are nearby shops. Yes, Mark is a family affair. We all love him and he has done absolutely amazing color for my girls! Trust me, if you are looking for a great stylist, Mark is the one!

I stumbled upon Mark’s page on Instagram one day and decided to try him out to get my hair cut and I am so happy I did! I’ve been to multiple people in the central Florida area and never found someone who genuinely knew how to cut my curly hair. Mark did an amazing job and was very helpful with showing me how to style my curls. Along with his skill he’s is so genuine, kind and professional. I will most definitely be using him for other services and to get my hair cut again!

Mark Rodriguez is my hair guru! I travel for work and he has always helped me achieve the perfect low maintenance yet gorgeous hair. My hair has also become much healthier with guidance from Mark over the years. He will help you achieve your immediate vision and your longer term hair goals too. The first time I met him, he did a phenomenal color correction after someone did some really terrible highlights on me. I ended up forever grateful that the bad highlight job led me to my hair guru!! Ever since then, for many years now, Ive returned to Orlando from wherever I live/work to have Mark do my hair because he is that good. And he is also just an incredibly kind, awesome person who I adore seeing every time. He also travels to many destinations both in and out of the country to attend courses and learn the newest, most advanced techniques. He is very educated and very talented. Anyone who finds Mark is truly in the very best hands!!

Prior to finding Mark, I had never made time for my hair. I would quickly go to the nearest hair salon and have them do what they could with this thick Hispanic hair, only to find myself throwing my hair back up and out of the way. Mark was amazing. He knew exactly what I needed and acted as a voice for my hair. It may sound cliche but I never knew my hair could look and feel this great down. It was a pleasure getting to know Mark as well. Hes very kind and makes the experience wonderful even when you feel ashamed for the many years of hair neglect lol. At the.beginning of my appointment, I told Mark, my hair needs some love. No color, no drastic cut but I left amazed by his work. He took my long, heavy hair and cut layers where I didnt know layers could go. I cannot tell you the transformation in my dry damage hair.My neighbor, whom I barely know, was passing by as I was trimming my hedges and commented on how great my hair looked and then asked for Mark’s phone number. The next day at work my coworkers were coming into my office to see my hair. I guess that says it all!!!

Why did I not find Mark before now? I researched for a hair stylist in my area of town. I found Mark and called for a consultation. I went and we discussed a couple of things. I decided to go ahead and make an appointment. At my appointment he once again listened to what I wanted. He discussed a few things with me and I decided to trust him. I cannot express how happy I did. He did a brilliant job with my color. He took the yellow out and did a beautiful job with an ash color, exactly what I wanted. Mark works in a very nice salon. It is clean. All of the stylists seemed friendly. I went ahead and scheduled my next appointment. Mark earned my trust and business.

My hair was always brittle and could not grow pass my shoulders. But that changed on 2013 when I meet Mark. He helped me a lot, he listened to my concerns and now I have a healthy hair with nice color. Before my hair was breaking and brittle.Everyone asked what have I done or if I’ve gotten extensions but when they realize I didn’t they know i have a good hair stylist who not only care for the health of your hair but also he always make sure the color and hair cut is good. I recently went to Mark for a haircut because my hair is sooo badly damaged and it really needed some TLC. He was able to cut off enough to make it feel healthy without making it look like I lost too much length. He also did a split ends treatment that has left my hair feeling very nourished. My husband and my family both loved the haircut and style he gave me. The salon was very clean and nicely styled and Mark was so friendly. I completely trusted his judgement and will be going back!

I absolutely adore Esoteric. Tara is an amazingly talented hair stylist and has so much knowledge when it comes to anything involving hair. Shes a master at balayage, color correcting, framing your face, extensions, styling...you name it. Her precision and attention to detail is on level of a perfectionist.So many times, I find unfortunately stylists are only good at one skill (either cut, color, or styling) ---but Tara and Mark at Esoteric EXCEL in all of the above.If you want to tame the mane then I promise you, Esoteric delivers #hairgoals. Their finished product is always seamless, beautiful and polished.
