    I came in from out of town for a friend’s birthday weekend. I did not have time to get my nails done before coming so we found this place. Cindy did amazing on my nails and even fixed what i didn’t realize was messed up. She also did my eyebrows and lip while I was there. Super friendly and took us as walk-ins with little wait. Definitely will keep this place in mind when I’m in the area!

    They were very nice and did a great job! My sister and I went to get fill-ins and they were very professional and got the job done quick and easy. Price wasnt too bad, and the nails look fantastic!Edit:I went there again after a few months and this time I had Kim. She was very professional, sweet, and she was easy when she was doing the job. Best nail tech so far! Thank you!

    Kim is awesome and in high demand. She does a great job. I had my feet done then she had an appointment I wanted my nails done. She was so good I came back after her appointment.

    I was seen for my appointment earlier than scheduled. The salon was very clean. Jade gave me a pedi and mani. She is so meticulous. I asked for a heart on one finger of each.hand. wow! I walked out of the salon feeling pampered. It was a great experience. I have finally found my nail tech.

    I called to see if someone was available for full set less then an hour before they close and they allowed me to come in and still did a fantastic job!! Everyone was polite and talked with me. I found my new salon!

    I love how much attention to detail you get coming here. They do a great job and I don’t usually have to wait. They have walk-ins or appointments. They do nails and they also do waxing.

    Rose and Jack own one of the best nail salons in Jacksonville. Seriously appreciate their professionalism and the consistency of everyone. The best SNS around. I have to keep my nails short they work with me every time.

    Absolutely love Jade and Rose. I have been visiting since February of this year. It has been hit or miss with a few of the ladies, but I am completely thrilled with the service I receive from these two ladies. Typically, Jade does my pedicures, and Rose does my SNS nails.The salon is clean, well maintained, and everyone is so friendly!!Ive seen a few reviews that said Rose was rude and that cannot be further from the truth. She is a bit of a perfectionist at times, but shes always been incredibly sweet and welcoming to me.I would definitely recommend my ladies to anyone looking to get pampered!

    Extremely happy!!! I havent had my nails done in 9yrs so I was a lil hesitant but Rose did an amazing job! I definitely recommend Rose!! I got an ombre (French tip ombre) with a coffin shape!!! Girl yasss!!!

    Love this place! Very friendly and clean, professional, pain free, beautiful nails. They even have 2 hello kitty chairs for childrens pedicures..wish my daughter was so young again!

    Been coming here for years. Fantastic every single time. May want to make an appointment. Dont be mad when theyre busy because theres definitely a reason. Moved a bit further down the road but still make the trip.

    Kim is amazing at pedicures. This is my second time here and she is very attentive and detailed.. she cares about her work and it shows on my toes! I got the royal pedicure with her and the leg massage was a 10/10.. I left Nail Avenue feeling confident and at peace.

    I had a great visit! This was the first time I got my nails done at nail avenue and it was amazing! Rose did an amazing job and let me know that it was going to be a wait and to come back and she will be able to do my nails. I came back and she did an amazing job! Im absolutely in love! Will be back in 2 weeks for my follow up!

    The reason Im giving 5 stars is because Kim is absolutely amazing. I walk out of there smiling at my nails because of her every time. Shes super gentle, and always makes sure my nails are straight and perfectly shaped, which if you get your nails shaped (mine are almond), you know how important that is.I will say, today (11/27/19) I had my first pedicure done there, it was done by Tu (I believe this was her name) and she was also very sweet and gentle. She did an amazing job on my toes.I also had my nails done today, but unfortunately was not able to get Kim this time as they were super busy. I ended up with a lady named Jackie. She did a great job, I walked out of there happy with them as usual, however I dont know if it was because it was crazy busy in there, but it felt very rushed and she ended up cutting two of my fingers with one of the tools, it definitely could have been a lot more gentle. I hope it was just because she felt rushed.Overall, this place is amazing. Ive been coming here for about 6 months now, and as long as Kim is there I will continue going there. 😊

    Rose is absolutely Amazing!!I recommend her. She did a Wonderful job on my nails. I have been getting so many compliments. Go to Rose!!She takes her time and dont make you feel rushed. Try her and you will not be disappointed. My nails are beautiful.

    Theyre my favorite nail salon in Jax. Theyre friendly, courteous and professional. The salon is clean and well kept. Kim and Cindy always do amazing on my nails. The first nail techs to be able to shape my nails exactly the way I want. They listen to you and pay very close attention to detail. I love their pedicures and they have many different options. This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Highly recommend.

    Always great service from techs who understand me. All I have to do is ask for my nails to be done a certain way. Thicker? Thinner? Square? Oval? Pointed? No problem. Whenever I get a new set of nails I always ask for fresh tips after my nails have been cut back. They last much longer and look cleaner and they soak off the old acrylic just like I like - no picking and prying. Prices are very affordable and the products they use produce great results.Love this salon!

    I was basically a walkin. I called before I showed up and they were able to get me in within 30 mins. As soon as I got there (15 mins early) they took me back to start my manicure. It was my daughter and I getting pedicures and myself a manicure. Few minutes after I sat down they took my daughter back for her pedi. They both did a great job and were very friendly. We will definitely be back. Also they have hello kitty Chairs for younger kiddos🖤

    Amazing service! Kim did my nails and treated me great from start to finish. Even though we went a bit over the closing time, she made sure to I left satisfied! 10 out of 10 recommend.

    I bring my Mom here for her pedis and I get one too. Everyone is very nice, especially the owner. Mom has trouble seeing and has Alzheimers but shes always treated with respect and kindness. Thanks for making her feel special!

    Came in for a pedicure. I got gel and the price matched what they listed....I think $6 dollars extra if you wanted gel. I had a gentleman named Ken and I think he did a fantastic job on my toes. He didnt do a hack job on my toes which are really tiny toenails......I think ill be coming back here....but only during the week lol.

    Went there to celebrate my sisters birthday. Everyone was very friendly. Jackie did a great job on my pedicure (w/ hot stones massage!!!!) and gelish french manicure on natural nalis. Rose was Awesome with my sister in law fill in and the young lady that did her feet was amazing!!! We will be back!!!

    This the best nail salon that I have been to yet. Very clean and the staff are courteous. Had the Herbal Pedicure and Manicure with gel polish. It was the best. If I could give more stars i would. Definitely coming back again.

    Went in without an appointment the day after Christmas. I received a gel manicure that lasted a month. First time ever! It was wonderful! The pedicure lasted as long. I hope to become a regular at this business.

    Rose did a Beautiful job on my nails!! The first place it went was not very detail oriented, but Rose took the time and fixed my nails. Im very pleased and I definitely recommend Nail Avenue and Rose.

    I absolutely LOOOVE this place! All the staff is so nice and professional, they try to give you exactly what you want and need. The store is very clean and well-kempt. It’s easier and more convenient to book an appointment rather than to just walk in because they are a very popular nail salon considering how well they do nails so they are almost always busy; but it is definitely worth the wait!

    Kim does my nails....I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER SKILL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a dip powder set and pedicure. My nails were neat and clean and my feet were soft and neatly polished.

    Came here after a co-worker recommended it and it was wonderful. I had the herbal pedi and regular mani and it was amazing. The chairs are new and very comfortable and the staff were so kind and courteous! Will definitely be there again!
