    I came in with a reference photo around 6:05 and worried they wouldn’t have enough time to do me and my mom before closing. Our regular nail place at op mall closed down. I was very happy! My nails looked exactly like the photo I showed her and they stayed till 9 to finish although they close at 7. Very thankful to this team and making my bday great. They also did my mom’s lashes which turned out great! Would come again. At least 2 hours before close though next time I felt so bad for holding them up but they were still so nice

    Love love love this nail spa! Ms.Carolyn and the other staff are wonderful, myGrandma has dementia and they are all so patient, professional and kind to her no matter the mood she is in when we arrive.. They make her laugh and smile and walk out feeling “ like a new woman” in her on words! She loves they like they are her familyAnd we wouldn’t dare try to take her else where! Thank you all so very much for always providing excellent costumer service..

    Tommy (nail technician) was very friendly and helpful. Especially when he helped repair my daughter’s damaged nail. He was patient, attentive and kind. My daughter wanted a certain color and design for her acrylic nails and Tommy was able fulfill her request. She left the salon very happy and satisfied! We are definitely coming back to get our nails done. We highly recommend Luxury Nails & Spa in Orange Park, FL!

    Have been going to luxury nails for years. The do a wonderful job and are very reasonably priced. Tracy and Steven (the owners) are great. Totally recommend either to do your nails!

    Ive been coming here for over 7 years now, in fact I moved away from OP, to the far west side and I STILL make the 20 min drive just to come here! Tracy and Tommy are both absolutely amazing, along with the rest of their phenomenal staff! Their quality is second to none and their prices cant be beat! Were talking a full TWO HOUR long pedicure in a super comfy massaging chair, complete with hot stones, deep scrub and paraffin wax dip! I recently brought my daughter with me to get our nails done as she was here visiting from Tampa, and we had my 8 month old granddaughter with us and the service we received was just wonderful! They even offered to hold my granddaughter while we had our manicures done! I cant say enough about them and only hope every person in this city has the chance to have this experience! 😀

    I moved down here 4 mths ago and since then I have been to numerous places. I found this “hole in the wall place” and it’s is nothing shy from amazing! I love the employees!     I moved to the area recently and have been looking for a good nail place, I found this one on my second try. Tracy was great! She asked what/how I wanted my nails done, used a base coat which may sound silly but is a thing for me and did a superb job at reshaping my less than pointy stilettos. I look forward to returning and trying out some of her awesome nail art! Thanks for a great first visit!

    I have been coming here for over 10 years now. I love Tracy and Steven!! I love getting the new deluxe pedicures, they smell so good. Tracy does an amazing job on my nails and is fabulous at designs including 3D. I wont go anywhere else!

    I have been going to Traci and Steven for over 5 years for my nails and pedicures. They are the best in the city. NO LIFTING AND NO CHIPPING. My nails always last over a month. Very laid back environment. Love love love them!!!!!!!

    Did an awesome job. I walked in on Christmas Eve and the took me right away. The young man who did my pedicure was great. Remedied my ingrown toenail. If I lived in Jacksonville, I would be a repeat customer.

    I did a walk in and was greeted by Tracy. I asked her if she could do ombré nails, she said yes, she led me to her station and started on my nails immediately. I am very satisfied with my nails. Tracy did an amazing job. This was my first visit at Luxury Nails & Spa and it definitely won’t be my last.

    Before coming to this place. I read all reviews, good and bad. I must say, I am very pleased! Tracy, took her time and did a wonderful job, gave me exactly what I wanted. Also the gentleman who did my pedicure same, took his time an did an amazing job. I will defiantly be coming back for sure. As I walked in the front door I immediately felt welcomed and at home. This is by far the best place Ive been to in a long long time.

    I recently moved to Jacksonville and this is my first time going to this shop. I honestly love it!!! Tracy did my nails and she was very nice! Made me feel comfortable in a new setting, on top of that, my nails look amazing!!! No complaints here, I will definitely be coming as a regular ❤️

    I have been coming here for months almost a year, the service I receive here is magnificent I love this team of professionals. Very clean, friendly, fun environment all the way down to the little one. I always leave with a smile they go the extra mile to assure you good service n make sure u are comfortable in the environment and the service that they provided. I travel 1hr 45min every 2 weeks and I have not yet come across sloppy nails, rudeness, or disrespect. I love you guys and Im always pleased with your work.     I was in the shop today and I must say this place never disappoints me. The staff is always so polite and friendly. The owner Tracy does my nails and I have NEVER had a problem with any of my nails since I moved here 8 months ago.     I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years now and will not get my nails done anywhere else. I was referred to them by an old boss and was sold after my first liquid gel set. My nails are in the best condition they have been in years. Personable staff that make me feel like family. A variety of colors for regular or gel. I can show Tracy a picture of what I want and she does EXACTLY like the picture. Never dissapointed.

    I have promised to my self that I would never get my nails done again after a PREVIOUS bad experience. Now I am going to my sisters wedding, I need to have my nails done. So I looked on google, found Luxury Nails, read the reviews and I am super impressed. 1 bad review will not destroy an awesome nail tech that has pleased hundreds of people. She did an awesome job and spent a lot of time on my nails and I was very impressed. Husband and wife team, performs high quality services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Luxury Nails is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I made the mistake of getting my nails done at the mall for my wedding, they came out absolutely terrible. In a panic I drove over to Luxury Nails where I met Tracy. She took me in and fixed them right up! Such a wonderful, friendly atmosphere and Tracy is amazing!

    I have searched and searched for a nail salon that fits my style and found it with Luxury Nails and Spa. Prior, I found one that did good work, but she was very understaffed, so I started my search again and found Luxury Nails and Spa. At any rate, I found Luxury Nails and Spa and they always give me the look I love with gel nails and pedicures everytime. It is wise to schedule an appointment because they are usually booked. Tracy and Stephen, the owners are a wonderful family owned business and very professional. I will be using their services from now on. Thank you!

    Tracy is wonderful! Shell meet any customers request. I called for an appt, came in and was looking for a dip powder that had sparkle to show off my new engagement ring, she didnt have it. I walked out and ending up going home. She called me and said her son was driving from Orlando with the exact powder I was looking for and to come in the next day. I had just moved to Jacksonville so she didnt know me and I wasnt a current customer. I appreciated the gesture and have been going to her ever since.

    I’ve been to multiple nail salons around Jacksonville. A lady at the dmv recommended this salon to me so I decided to try it . About a month after my first experience! My nails were finally healthy My real nails!! After a few months I moved to the north side I’ve tried multiple nail salons within my area and NONE compare to this one !!! I will always make the drive to go here!!!

    Im in Orange Park visiting my boyfriend, who works here. For many years I have wentto the same salon in Maryville,Tennessee. Sunday while he was working I decidedI needed a gel fill in and a pedicure. This place was open and only a couple miles from the hotel. They took me right in. And were terrific.     5 STARS FOR SURE!!! I went here as a walk-in @ approx 11am today (Monday) and was seated right away and had a perfect acrylic fill-in (+ repair of a couple broken nails) with gel applied in under an hour! Tommy was my nail tech. This was after I went to 2 other Nail salons & was told to just sit and wait; they didnt give me a time frame or anything so I left as, I was in a rush to get to as another appt; + I didnt expect to have to wait for service at this early hour on a Monday... Luckily I found Luxury Nails& Spa! I will be going back for next fill-in! :)

    They do an absolute wonderful job. My nails will last for a month without breaking. As far as pedicures they do ok. Might have to spend quite a few bucks to notice the difference. You get what you pay for. But place is definitely recommended.

    I always love coming here but dont try to make an appointment! They are constantly being bogged down by walk ins. Your best bet is to get a pedi, theyll get you right in and you can enjoy a 2 hour pedi while you get your nails done as well! Great quality of work but ask for Tommy! Hes the best! 😉

    I get my nails done here Tracy does my nails. Im very very picky about my nails. My nails are the SNS nails Tracy recommended them for me as i look for a natural simple look. Everytime i get my nails done im like inspector of nails. She use to think that there was something wrong with my nails at how much i looked at them. Her work is extremely professional what you ask for is what you get. I told her im new to jax and told her i was a very picky person that i was looking for a nail salon to call home she openly said to me you can try other nail salons if you like you might like them better. I said to her no maam you do a phenomenal job on my nails im great right where i am. Thank you Tracy and family. Ill be there today.
