    10/10 recommend!!!! I get my hair done by Jax. Not only does she do an outstanding job, but she’s so gentle, and I ALWAYS leave satisfied. My hair always looks and feels so amazing when she’s done. I love all of the girls there, and they do fantastic jobs. Every staff member is so kind, and welcoming. I will forever get my hair done here, because i trust the stylists with my life!!

    UPDATE: The owner reached out and made a concerted effort to help. She genuinely cares about her clients and offered to personally take care of my daughter. Thank you Falen. Mistakes happen and I respect your efforts.My daughter asked for her bangs to be cut to the length of her eyebrows, even showed a picture of herself with the length she was requesting and they are a whole inch above. She is devastated, right before Homecoming. I didnt say anything there because Im not about making a scene - my daughter was already upset and she didnt want any additional attention.

    1st appointment: (this did not post when I first did it so I’m editing & reposting ) rest assured my next one on my last visit Friday will be underway too ! HANDS DOWN - BEST SALON 💇🏼‍♀️ VISIT EVER. I got more than blessed with beautiful Meghan! Best stylist in the house!She took me from the first image that was red/auburn and got me to the final finished image shown. Did more than an amazing job. I also let her cut a couple inches off and she is the FIRST hair stylist that listened and didn’t try to recommend more inches to take off. I walked out of the painted lady refreshed and feeling BEAUTIFUL with my new hair! Not one complaint. Already got so many compliments on my new hair. This is exactly what I wanted - I’ll return 8 weeks for more highlights. I will NOT be going anywhere else only Meghan! ♥️♥️if you want your hair the way you TRULY want it & a non-rushed visit go visit my girl!Thank you Meghan & to the salon.

    I visited this salon recently and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all extremely friendly and you can tell they truly care about the work they do and making your experience the best it can be. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a top-tier hair experience. I will definitely be returning for my future hair needs.

    I have been a Client of Falons Since Before She Opened This Salon and I would NEVER go anywhere else, The one Time i did I regretted that (But we wont talk about that LOL). Everybody is the Salon is Extremely Talented and Knowledgeable. Also it is a Very Fun Upbeat Environment to be in When you are there :-)

    I had my hair cut and styled by Jacquelyn and she did an excellent job! I went from hair down to my mid-back to a bob and she did wonderful. She let me know exactly how she would add in layers and that really put me at ease since I’ve had some bad past experiences getting my haircut. She also answered my questions about the best way to style my hair and was all around very friendly. The other team members at the salon were friendly as well, and seemed to have a rapport with their clients.

    I received the most warm welcome from all three staff members I had contact with; Fallon, Jacquelyn and Ingrid. Fallon was very willing to accommodate my request for a salon day for my two granddaughters, ages 15 and 8. Ingrid did their shampoo, blow dry and styling, while Jaquelyn took care of their manicures. They were very sweet to my girls and gave them a memory they wont forget. Both girls were completely delighted with the results! And so am I! Terrific experience! I rate them at Ten Stars!!

    Barbie was absolutely AMAZING! My hair needed HELP since not dying it while pregnant, trying to cut it myself during covid, and bleaching it along the way IT WAS A HOT MESS. We had a consultation and then went back for the appointment. She did exactly what we talked about and was just an absolute joy to work with. I couldnt be happier to find my new salon and hair dresser!

    Meghan is a true artist! I went in to the salon with post-chemo regrowth, which meant breakage, 2 different textures (kinky chemo texture and wavy virgin hair texture), and 3 different colors (chemo, virgin, and new grays), but I walked out a GORGEOUS champagne blond! She was timely, listened to my issues/ideas, and her station was neat. She added Olaplex, which she discussed with me first, so I didnt have a surprise charge at the end on my total. She used a board to lay the foils super snug against my scalp, so I know I can go 6 weeks until I have roots, possibly 7-8 weeks, and there wasnt any bleed on my scalp/roots, so she got as close as a stylist can possibly get. No brassiness, AT ALL, which is often a problem for other stylists when lifting me, so she definitely lifted and toned properly. She was friendly and also gave me a great blunt cut, whereas, other stylists always want to do layers or point cut to give volume, but it always grows out scraggly, so she agreed that blunt cut would be best with my texture. Thanks, Meghan, for helping me define my post-cancer, New Normal, identity and making me feel pretty again.

    I absolutely love this salon. The girls are sweet and make for a very fun atmosphere. I’m in here every two months for color, extensions and regular hair cuts. They’re very professional and take the time to talk to you about what’s best for your hair.

    The ladies at this salon did my hair on the day of my son’s wedding. As the mother of the groom, I was looking for a certain style and they definitely delivered. They also did my mother’s hair which is so long it goes passed her behind. They even doubled up fixing her hair. They also did my good friends hair. All three of us were happy with how our hair turned out. They even stopped to make us a pot of coffee and later gave us some minty fresh gum so we wouldn’t have coffee breath at the wedding. They were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely give them a five star.

    Absolutely love my hair and I highly recommend The Painted Lady Salon. Falen is amazing and been doing my hair for over 5 years. She is very professional, friendly, always timely with appointments. The salon is extremely clean and they all wear masks. Alyssa Is also highly recommended! The Salon has a lot of services to include hair, manicures, pedicures and tanning :-)

    I absolutely without a doubt recommend The Painted Lady Salon to everyone! Everytime I go its such am amazing experience. Not only does my hair look and feel amazing but its such a welcoming comfortable time with these ladies. No matter who is doing your hair everyone check on you and makes you feel important. It is a family there. I will forever only go! Falen does my hair and I love her, but Ive seen the work of other ladies there and they do an amazing job also.

    Went today to get my hair done for the first time in a year and had Jaqueline. She did an amazing job and listened to my requests ✨♥️ I feel so attractive and ready for summer I can’t even put into words how thankful I am to have came here today.     I havent gotten my eyebrows done in about 8 months and I have a wedding to go to tomorrow I asked to clean them up and not I have one eye brows bigger than the other and totally misshapen how am I gonna look as a brides made with messed up eyebrows totally ruined the pictures and the whole experience for meUpdate. I changed it to a 4 cause the owner really seemed to care about all of her customers even new ones like me and really made an effort to correct the issue I will update again after next appointment

    Jaq fixed my boxed hair coloring mistake. She did such a wonderful job that she is now my new stylist. I will never color my hair again myself. I just couldn’t be happier with the job she did. Love love love this place. Thank you for a beautiful job on my hair Jaq.

    I have lived in Florida year and a half been to 3 other salons until a co worker recommended this place. This place not only did a fabulous job with being sympathetic about my bad experiences at other salons they truly listened to what I wanted and made it a reality.
