I don’t remember their name but one of the male techs performed a Signature Spa Pedicure on me today with Gel Polish and I’m not kidding when I say that was the best pedicure I’ve gotten. He took his time, was very thorough with making sure everything was cleaned up to his standards, the massage was great (not too rough, not too soft). Great service, honestly. I’m making this my pedicure regular. Have not gotten a manicure yet but when I decide to put my full set back on, I’m definitely trying this place out.

Philip was my name tech and he was great! His personality was the best! He made me laugh and feel comfortable. I will surely return again for more self love and care. An amazing establishment from the phone call to make an appointment to getting my nails done.

Decided to go in today for a fill and a polish change on my toes. Jenny took care of me. She is super busy when she’s there, but she greets everyone who comes in, she’s very friendly, always smiling, and multitasks very well. I picked the polish and told her I wanted a design on one finger and she handled the rest. I love it. I also saw Leon doing someone’s nails and it looked excellent. I will be back.

I couldnt wait for them to open. I have been moving over the past two weeks, worn out, broke 3 nails and needed a relaxing experience. They delivered. The music was nice, atmosphere, well decorated, presentation of the lavender oils was something Ive never seen. Pricing is fair, based on experience. I will be back!

Today was my first time as a customer at this business. I was a walk in customer and was immediately greeted. The place is very clean.Both my pedicure and dip powder nails came out great. Nancy did a nice job with my Ombré nails using dip powder (instead of acrylic). She actually listened to what I wanted. So glad to have found a place closer to home!

She noticed my nails needed a fill and did an amazing job with the artwork nails. Ended up waxing my eyebrows too and it was perfect. First visit and I’m delighted to be 110% satisfied. Ive been to the West three times since getting opened. The first time I had someone random and thru didnt do a great jobThe gel only lasted a day to two before chipping, so I didnt go back for a while. Just a mo ago, I went back a second time, and this time I got Philip, and he did a fantastic job! My gel polish lasted for two weeks and looked terrific. I decided to go again, but Philip was out. Hover I got Echo, and he always did a fantastic job! He has the skills, the location is excellent, and the vibes are perfect! Highly recommended. Oh, their prices are realistic and not over priced.

I recently discovered this nail salon; but it was right here in my community. My 1st visit was impromptu and a walk-in for late in the afternoon (30 minutes before closing): I was hesitant, but they didnt disappoint. I needed a good pedicure for an upcoming trip; the tech assigned to me was very attentive. She was patience and courteous without making me feel rushed, nor were any of the staff with their customers, I had noticed. So for, I may have made 4 visits and each time with different techs and its a win, each visit for me. Thanks!!!

I tried Westyn Nail Spa today for the first time. I had an appt and was taken in right away. Instead of being directed to a wall of polishes and being told to pick color, I was taken to my spa chair and handed numbered samples of all the colors! How nice! The technician, Vincent, gave me an excellent pedicure. The salon was clean and organized. I will definitely be going here from now on and am looking forward to it.

Although the nail specialists did a good with my pedicure, it took a few visits to find one who does my pedicure exactly how I like it. Jessica is amazing! I have tried a couple of nail spas in area and they both made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed so I never returned. When this spa opened naturally I was hesitant about giving them a try. Glad i did! I definitely recommend them.

I came here to get a manicure about two weeks ago and the nail tech did not do her job well. The nails were cut different sizes, the nail polish was thick and clumpy, overall it did not look up to part with the price I paid. However, when I asked if they could fix them without hesitation they were happy to. They fixed all my nails and now two weeks later my nails still look perfect. While I did have a rocky start in the beginning, their kindness and willingness to fix my nails to my liking was outstanding. I will definitely come back and have the guy who fixed my nails do it again because he did a fantastic job.
