I had a serious bout of malignant melanoma back in 1982 and have been followed religiously every year since then. This practice has taken into account that I have had Cancer six different times. Since my last diagnosis was in June of this year, she has asked me to come back in six months rather than 12 months, which I am very happy with. They have taken very good care of me ever since I started going to this practice. Excellent.

Wow, super efficient operation here. In and out in a flash and not in a hurry up and get out your just another number kind of way. Very convenient check in process and staff was super friendly and welcoming. Casey was kind and knowledgeable, the consummate professional. She was thorough in her exam and asked appropriate patient history and skin care questions. Before we parted she made sure all of my questions were answered and provided info regarding follow up care. A++

I was able to book an appointment online for my husband. He showed up 2 hours early for his appointment and they worked him in. The were quick, pleasant and efficient. They took a biopsy and will go back in 2 weeks. He was very pleased which states a lot ‼️

This is one of the best dermatology place to go to. Long story short, COVID really did one with my face via acne. To the point where my self-esteem hit rocked bottom even after it went. I went to other places and they just didn’t help, respectfully. My brother recommended this place. And I must say I’m grateful he did! Dr. Casey has got to be the best doctor. Very empathic and really helped find the best solution to treat my acne alongside nurse Brittany (also great). Staff is top-notch as well; they are good at handling appointments. I’m thankful for this amazing place. Kudos!!

Absolutely blown away by the level of service here, they nail it on every level. The front desk staff and medical assistants are friendly, helpful, and genuinely compassionate and caring. I saw Casey Overturf both times and she’s an exceptional provider, can’t recommend her highly enough. Not only do I not dread going to these appointments (like I do most), I might even say that I look forward to them.

My first visit to the Padock park office I was impressed first with the kiosk sign in. My writing is bad but that took the stress of filling out pages of paperwork. The wait after the sign in completion was 5-10 minutes if that long. The staff was excellent thorough, took time to explain everything. Dr. Hope, I really enjoyed her, she took time to examine me, then provide me with samples and referred me for further evaluation. I was really impressed with the office, staff, and doctor.

The woman helping me schedule my appointment was very helpful, the woman who confirmed my appointment was also very helpful with directions and to fill out the paperwork. The actual paperwork being filled out online was super convenient. My husband had to take our daughter to her appointment and said it was very easy and quick process to check in and be seen in a timely manner. My daughter felt very comfortable with the Dr and felt heard. I would highly recommend for future patients.

Midstate (my provider Katie), is an excellent choice for cosmetic treatments. It is important to go to a provider that is trained well, does a lot of facial rejuvenation (experienced) and cares about what is best for the patient, regardless of age/budget. In addition it is prudent to go somewhere that knows what to do with complications from treatment, and has the treatment for resolution available at the facility. It’s a New York kind of experience without all the hassle of a big city.Katie is a professional with a vision when she evaluates your face. She discusses your goals and her ideas which are current and up to date. She knows what is new in the cosmetic field She hasn’t ditched older techniques that work like using a cannula to inject avoiding bruising. I keep up with what is available and new in the Derm world, I am trying to age gracefully being in my 70’s preferring no surgery. I can honestly say I feel like I am getting the same standard as a movie star. To top it off Katie does her best to make me feel like one! You go Katie..a gift to whom you treat.Let us not forget Marie who does a fantastic job assisting and explains, listens and makes you feel comfortable.

We are new to Florida. Its extremely hard to find new Drs. As the trust would need to be established all over again and at 55 it could be discouraging. I believe in the power of a review. I make most of my decisions based on reviews and feel its necessary to take the time in writing a review to assist others like they do for me either bad or good and in this case I cant say enough good about everyone st this practice. They were REAL. Treated us like people and not a number. The gals were all very helpful and polite and never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They made me feel very comfortable and explained my eczema clearly. This was my first visit. I will be returning for a full body check for skin cancer and feel extremely confident that they are all capable of doing a great job. Thank you to all the staff at Midstate . You are truly appreciated.

Dr Casey Overturf and Kelsey are a wonderful team. When I had my surgery on my arm, the scar laid flat very quickly and healed very well. Dr. Overturf did a fabulous job stitching the incision and I barely have a scar. Staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Jessin Blossom and the staff at MidState Skin--Paddock Park office have done a superb job in taking care of my dermatology problems. I recently had two squamous cell carcinomas removed by Dr. Blossom and the results are exceptional. She and her dedicated staff are friendly, caring, professional and go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

I needed to find a dermatologist because I had a recurring spot come up and I new the history behind this particular spot. I called Midstate Skin Institute and they gave me an appointment with out a long wait time. From the moment I entered the office I felt like I was home . I didn’t have to wait a long time in the lobby area. I was greeted by the assistant and taken back to a room . She took some history and before I knew it the doctor came in , we talked and went over my skin history . She looked at the area in question and agreed that she should do a biopsy. The next thing I knew they were telling me they would call in about a week with the results and we would go from there. It was only seemed like a couple of days when they called me to say it was cancer snd we would schedule the have the Mohs procedure done.I feel I could not have had this quick responce with just any office and I’m very grateful they were there for me. Thank you Midstate Skin Institute for doing such a great job and being so professional with me!
