I had a wonderful facial and paraffin hand treatment done by Sydney. She was amazing and my skin felt so good. It was a luxurious facial. The staff was so great and took the time to answer every question I had in regards to other services offered. Overall, incredibly happy with my services, so much so I’ve already made another purchase for another service! The decor and ambiance is just stunning. I’m from New York City and this place has luxurious NYC vibes but without the attitudes and ridiculous price points. I highly recommend this spa. Top Notch! -

I haven’t had a good experience at a doctor’s office in a long time and this place was the biggest breath of fresh air. My son is 2 years old, suffers with eczema and is also very nervous around strangers. From the front desk staff, to the nurse and physician- every single person in that office was beyond kind and caring to us. They were patient and sweet and extremely knowledgeable. I felt relieved leaving the office knowing I have a team of professionals to help guide me through his skin issues. A nurse who wasn’t even working with us brought my son stickers on our way out. That might not seem like a big deal but with the experiences I’ve had lately at multiple doctors, it nearly brought me to tears. It’s doesn’t stop there either. After my visit, I needed a document to submit to my insurance that included a lot of specific information. I spoke with someone at the front desk (I wish I got her name!) and she remembered who we were right away. That’s such a good feeling especially at a doctors office that you’re not just a number. It shows they truly care and it’s something small that means so much. She then transferred me to Lisa in billing. Lisa emailed me a document with exactly what I needed no less than 5 minutes after we hung up. I am so, so grateful for this establishment and all of the employees. I cannot thank you all enough. You all go above and beyond and I hope this review reaches the office and everyone there gets the praise they deserve! -

My first experience at Woodpoint today. Hoping to look a little younger in a “natural” way. Such a lovely group of women here! Kelly at the front desk made me feel “at home.” Spent time with Janine who runs the business and explained the procedures-plus we have some things in common. Just a lovely mix of business with pleasure. The esthetician, Ana, is amazing, honest, answered my questions and is clearly exceedingly knowledgeable. I will be looking forward to seeing her again. On my way out met Sydney who will be doing my facial when I come back in 2 weeks. Highly recommend Woodpoint 😍. Such good people! -

Dr Freeman has been my dermatologist since 1991. He also treated my mother and my wife for many years. I could not ask for a more competent, caring physician. His office and medical staff are well trained and always courteous. His practice is a sterling example of what a medical practice should be. I can (and do) un-hesitantly recommend him most highly.Update - Unfortunately DR. Freeman has retired. At 80 years of age he has earned it. He will be missed. -

I have to say, the people who work at the 17th St office are the nicest people on the planet!! I just could not be more grateful to them. They seen me as fast as possible. And twice I had gotten there early because of my sons schedule and I was going out of town. The staff really understood and took me as soon as possible. Also, Sue took her time with me, I never felt rushed! Amy and the others are great!!! And the even have a kurig in the waiting room with good coffee and hot chocolate!! I will recommend them to everyone I know!! Thank you!! -

Great office staff, great nurses and Dr Freeman is at the top of his field! Knowledgeable enough to skip unnecessary additional appointments and takes care of you on the first trip (unless follow ups are going to be needed). I wouldn’t have any other dermatologist taking care of me! -

I have struggled with warts for a few years now and was done trying to treat them at home - especially when it spread to my face. It was a very painful process but Dr. Freeman and the nurses were very nice and finally got those stubborn things off my face and hands. So happy to be wart free!! Just crossing my fingers that they dont come back! -

I have been hoping that some place closer than Sanford would offer TruSculpt body services, but never imagined that it would actually be IN Ocala. But, they offer so much more than any other spa I know of. I had the microneedling, Co2 laser and cutera trusculpt. I really was happy that the location is in a secluded area since I was a bit red from the procedures. All staff members are great and service oriented. -
