    This is my go to shop because they have good stuffs and online coupons. I had a pick up order and forgot my ID at home, the lady was too nice to accommodate me, so I didn’t need to go home and get my ID. I showed her a picture of my driver’s license instead. A little kindness goes a long way.

    The store staff here are always friendly and helpful. Since I moved here, I have been using their Salon services as well. Ginger always does an amazing job on my hair cuts, highlights and blowouts! She listens to what you are wanting your hair to look like and makes every effort to do that. With coloring, she takes no shortcuts and does what she can to ensure your hair is healthy and well taken care of. My husband and family always love the results.

    Went into Ulta looking for a certain perfume but unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock, Danielle did a Spectacular job at not only getting it shipped to my house but didn’t mind doing a little bit extra because we paid some cash and some card. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and did it with a smile on her face! Thank you!!

    Today was such a blessing! My stylist Roxi was absolutely amazing. She is extremely gifted. She took care of my niece today and transformed her into a model practically lol. Highly recommend Roxi!

    Nice arrangement of things, manager was nice enough to let me dig through their trash can to find my lost gift card one of their employees accidentally threw away one time LMAOOO 😭 Anyway only reason it’s 4/5 stars is because of that employee, I was in a rush so I told her that I need this and this BUT NOT GEL and guess what she gave me? Gel. Plus, the gift card fiasco. Anywayyyy you get the point :)

    Words can’t describe how amazed I am at the results. What was a nightmare experience somewhere else was an amazing experience with Ashley Moran who fixed my hair to look like it was actually colored. I’m so in love with the results. Before picture is my hair that was just “colored” 2 weeks ago. I received no compliments and not even 24 hours later after Ashley did my hair I have received multiple complements. Thank you again Ashley for the best experience I’ve had getting my hair colored.

    I went to this store about a week ago in preparation for my wedding. I typically don’t wear makeup or do my hair, and Chasee and Jenna were phenomenal. Their recommendations and patience were above and beyond, and they made me feel comfortable in a type of store that I typically feel odd in. I really appreciate not only their expertise, but their skill in making this truly an enjoyable experience. On top of that, I love the products that they helped me choose.

    The Ulta employees are always walking around making sure you are being helped. This place has a history of being robbed so it is more secure and the employees are trained as such but it is always clean and the staff is always kind. Employees are honest sales reps trying to get you the best thing for you for your dollar.

    Visited Ulta today and went for a quick purchase lucky for me the Tarte cosmetic line representative (Tammy) was at store and helped me with some great advice and purchases. I will definitely be back to get some tips with my cosmetics! I definitely needed an update with what i have been using.

    I went in looking for a lipstick today and Olivia at the brow bar was so helpful. She went above and beyond helping me, trying out different shades, cleansing all the samples for me and looking in extra spots for products not readily available. Not to mention as she was stationed at the brow bar, it probably wasn’t even within her scope that day! She did an amazing job and was so friendly. And overall I found the space much cleaner and less chaotic than I’ve found some other cosmetic stores to be. Thanks for the great service!

    I had never been to this Ulta before. I made an appointment for a root touch-up, partial highlight and trim at their salon. I am getting ready for my first international trip and could not have been more pleased to have Jenna as my stylist. For someone I just met she nailed it!! I’m very particular and believe less is more and she gave me exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much Jenna!! I wish you the happiest of holiday’s and a wonderful new year!

    We got there looking for Clinique ivory foundation which we have bought for a couple of years for my daughter. They were out of our product. I was starting to get a little Upset.We ask for assistance from the Professional colorist Danielle and found out why my daughters foundation was always turning a little orange after all day wear. We were buying the wrong shade. She is Breeze foundation. Perfect match. Wow, Danielle even show how to apply and shade. Plus she advised on cleansing and moisturizer too. Ask for Danielle she took so much time explaining each step of the process to my daughter. I had no clue what to do for Ashton.

    I ordered a 120.00 dollar bottle of cologne for my husband for Christmas l was excited how fast I received confirmation that my package was delivered, but unfortunately when the UPS driver delivered my package he put the parcel locker key in the wrong mailbox so I had no way to retrieve it. I was extremely upset and called to inform them what happened the girl I spoke to Adianez assured me she had my back and would follow up with her manager to see what she can do to help. The next day I received a follow up email from Adianez to see if I was able to retrieve my package . I took it upon my self to knock on some neighbors doors and I was able to get the key to retrieve my package. Then I received another email today from Marisol ,the customer service I received from Ulta was appreciated an to be honest surprised. So I decided to upgrade my star rating from a two to four because good customer service seems hard to get these days and they showed me they cared. Thanks Ulta job well done!

    My shopping experience has been much more pleasant these past few months due to the change of staff. Way more upbeat and kind attitudes all around. The crew at this location this time last year gave very Mean Girls vibes and would avoid customers to gossip in groups, ensuring no one made eye contact or vocal cues acknowledging customers or myself. Thank you management for acknowledging an issue, and correcting it. 🙏🏻

    Ashley is such an amazing hairstylist! My hair looks absolutely amazing! I showed Ashley a color, & she worked with me to figure it out. She will let you know what she’s doing next, double checks before starting a project, & always offers options. The four star is for the ear piercing that was done… I got my second piercings done, and my right ear was a nightmare. Re pierced I think 2x or 3x in one sitting because it was not symmetrical with my other ear. That’s all I’ve got to say about that. Nevertheless, I am obsessed with my hair, and I thank you Ashley for such a pleasant experience.

    Christina is wonderful!Helpful, friendly and knows her makeup products.     I have been struggling for over a year with dark spots on my face and the amazing “Anna F “ makeup artist, worked her magic!. She had to dig down deep into her bag of tricks to cover the dark spots and match my skin tone perfectly!     I’ve been their so many times and my experience today was just amazing, a very kind lady helped me find all the products I was looking for, and at the register a very nice lady named Maggie/Margare was so sweet! She was hilarious and next time I go will definitely be to see her!!

    Theres been several girls thats very sweet, smart that has a wealth of knowledge. I enjoy going there because the girls that has waited on me the last few times Ive been there.     Very accommodating. I placed a pick up order and explained I knew it wouldnt be ready but needed to grab a few other things. They told me it was fine and to go browse. 20 minutes later I was done but my order wasnt ready still, I told them its fine I can wait. One of the employees told me she was going to get on it right away which was super nice because again I was too early for my pickup.

    Brought my daughter here to get her hair fixed after another hair salon butchered it. The woman that did my daughters hair and fixed the mess the other salon did was amazing and super friendly. My daughter and I were so excited that she was able to give her the haircut she wanted and fix it so you couldnt even tell it had been messed up. This is the best hair experience we have had yet in North Port and would definately go back!

    North Ports Ulta has some of the kindest, most considerate associates alive. I frequently shop there for gift ideas and personal care. My last visit (I cant remember their names, one had blonde hair, other was curly black hair in a long braid), I was treated so professionally and kindly. I have issues with adult acne and they provided me with such great options without laughing or making me feel unwanted/uncomfortable. Best part? The sulfur mask they recommended worked extremely well for a great price. Im forever adding it to my product list. Thank you North Port Ulta

    The salon here is amazing. One of the hair stylists helped my mom pick out a new hair style and she cut it for her. She did a great job it was the perfect cut for my mom and it looked great. All the women in the salon had amazing looking hair and were very sweet and friendly. Ive only been here once and from what I saw some of the staff in both the salon section and rest of the store are a little rude and some are even childish but the majority were nice. Has a huge selection of perfume.

    My friend and I went into Ulta this past Saturday. A lovely associate named Paula helped my friend find foundation. She did not try to sell her an expensive brand and was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all of my friends questions and was patient. I loved the foundation that she showed my friend so much that I bought it as well. If you happen to stop by the North Port Ulta location ask for Paula if you have makeup questions, you wont be disappointed!

    As far as I am concerned Robin, gets a five, I only dock one star for Ulta as it would have been nice if there were more people to help pick out products. Today was my first time getting the Benefit Brow Bar treatment and it was just awesome. It was relaxing and Robin really takes it seriously and knows what she is doing! My mom even had to hop in at the end to get hers done as well and they look fantastic as well. Thank you Robin you were a joy and we will be back!

    I cannot say enough great things about Ginger. I have a bit of salon PTSD after a horrible experience at a different salon a few years ago. I am very hesitant to let anyone touch my hair as a result.My consultation with Ginger went fantastic! She understood exactly what I was asking for. Ginger truly is an artist and I HIGHLY recommend her. My cut is beautiful, and I will continue to see her and trust her with my hair. I couldnt be happier!

    My daughter and I have been going to Robin @ the Benefit Brow Bar since Ulta opened in North Port. She is wonderful at what she does. She takes her time and makes us feel pampered. With the price being so high the great service is what customers like us will return for. Ulta should honor employees that provide such wonderful customer service they are few and far between.

    I just wanted to share what a great experience I had with Denyce in your store. I am not a makeup person but wear BareMinerals occasionally. I went in with intentions of buying the same color I always wear but asked for Denyce’s opinion. She advised me to switch colors and helped me pick out coordinating blush, highlighter, and brushes. I tried it all out when I got home and she was absolutely right!! I appreciate her insight and help because my look is much more natural. Thank you!!

    I first visited the North Port, FL store last week. I went there to find a concealer for a new scar that I have across my cheek. This scar just devastated me and I was unsure if anything could cover it enough for me to feel I could go out without a bandage on my face. Robin greeted me at the door and said she could help me. She made me feel so welcomed and confident as she brought over a few different products. With a dab here and a brush there, I was transformed! Thank you Robin and Ulta for a wonderful experience. I went out to dinner that night and felt fantastic!

    Heather Randolph is the best stylist EVER!! There’s not enough google stars to rate her.... I moved from the area and have made the 6 hour round trip drive to see her. If you are lucky enough to live close by go see her, you will not have a bad experience. I miss her so much and I am done trying to find someone closer to home. She can do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!!! I swear she’s a chemist. I have tried other places and she fixed all their disasters. FYI Heather you will be seeing me soon! XOXO and my husband is ready to pay to move you to Melbourne.
