    I have been shopping at Ulta for years and I was very impressed with this Ulta. Several times did some of their workers ask me if I needed help. At first I declined, but later I needed help choosing some new products for my acne, aka skin care routine. Sydnee was very helpful, super sweet, and actually showed me the perfect products that have worked wonders on my skin. Thank u so much sydnee!! I think she deserves a raise. All the employees were very kind and warm, and the products were all in stock. Prices were not expensive unless u wanted to find pricey items. Got everything I came for, and maybe a little more ;) thanks Ulta! Will be coming back!

    Love this location! I get my hair done in the salon regularly by Sarah who is amazing! She always has a great consultation with me before she starts and she really listens to my concerns about my hair. Ive always left the chair feeling happy and confident with the hair she gives me. She has also talked me off the bangs ledge before which I greatly appreciate because I would have regretted it the next day! The staff is also so helpful and kind! They have helped me numerous times when I was looking for specific things and also helped with recommendations when I wasnt sure what to get.

    I have never been to a hair stylist that can properly cut curly hair. I found Maya at this salon based off some of the reviews listed here, and I am so happy with the work she did! My curls have never looked this good! I will definitely be coming back to see her.

    I got my hair done by their salon. Bee did an excellent job on my hair. She explained everything that needed to be cut or showed me what part of my hair was dead. Bee took off a good 4 inches of my hair with a deep condition and added some cute tinsel in there! I been struggling to find a great stylist who can handle my hair with the thickness of it, and I will definitely be visiting Bee again!

    Brittany was such a big help and was very friendly! I came in not knowing what product I needed for my skin or my hair and Brittany pointed me in the right direction. Not only did the products have high customer ratings, but she reassured me they were fantastic because she uses them in her daily routine. Her honestly about what products would work best with my hair and her personal opinion about those products and others made me 100% confident that I was making the right decision with my purchases.     Destany is the Only person I trust to do my brows! She is the most professional, sweet, and down-to-earth artist to work with. Any time I have a session with her it feels like Im catching up with an old friend. So comfortable trusting her and shes always checking in to make sure Im good (I always sneeze a ton when I get my brows done for some reason... not sick just sensitive I guess). 10/10!!

    Today I was in store looking for a new lipstick Ellen helped me not only that but I was in line she was cashing the people in front of me out ..the total came out to 100$ the customer accidentally gave her an extra 100$ without noticing ..she easily could have pocketed that money but instead she made it known to the customer ! I know stealing isnt right but thats a lot of money and the customer did not notice she needs a raise that women has honesty in her heart it was inspiring to see . Made me reflect now if Im ever in that situation Ill do the same ! Not only a helpful employee a good person

    This is an excellent store. They have so many different brands of many different products to choose from. They have prestige brands along with other brands as well. I love to go into the store and test the makeup before I purchase it. It really makes a difference when a store has testers available. The staff at Ulta is very friendly and also very knowledgeable about the products. Theres always someone there to help and they always have the answers that youre looking for. I get coupons in my email quite often so you can get some really good deals. They also have some really good sales from time to time and during the holidays they have some really great gift packs. Definitely check this store out its clean well organized and really nice you will definitely enjoy shopping here.

    I have always had a great experience shopping. My most recent experience was amazing and that was due to the fabulous makeup specialist Nikki. As a woman of color I have had a very difficult time finding my true undertone. However Nikki finally put an end to that. She is a true makeup artist who understands makeup. From the bottom of my heart thank you Nikki and thank you to the ladies I met at this location.

    Great place. I love Ulta in general but this specific location has employees that are so helpful. I have had issues with acne and needing to adjust my skincare and one of their employees provided me with great advice as she has dealt with it herself. The skincare she added has helped tremendously. The manager was able to rematch me on a foundation I had previously purchased a few months prior and gave me no issues with exchanging the products.

    Went in looking for long-wear lipstick and cream for under-eye puffiness. Had none of the long-wear lipsticks, but the sales associate assisting me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the under-eye products and directed me to a brand that had exactly the ingredients I was looking for. Later on, I was happy to learn their price was better than Target. Will shop for cosmetics and hair accessories there more regularly. They were not busy. Nice to have personal service.

    One of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Florida in many years. I accidentally learned that Ulta had a salon but I’m so glad I did.Scheduled an appointment for a haircut and color help. I needed recommendation too.My stylist was Derk, he was absolutely meticulous and did a fantastic job. I really felt pampered and LOVED how my hair came out. It felt SO uplifting. Highly recommend their salon AND Derk!

    Nice store but make sure you get what you pay for at the salon. Sent my husband with my daughter for a haircut. They did not shampoo and condition her hair even though website specifically says it is included. Stylists in the past have always done it. Not sure why they didnt this time around. Will be sure to bring it up next time.

    I went in to get color matched for foundation as I am trying to get better at my makeup and learn the proper way of doing it and trying to figure out what brand would work best for me as I have very sensitive skin, I ran in to Ulta last minute before a dinner to look at products and was thinking I’d only buy foundation till a later date, when I walked in I asked for help and explained what I was trying to do to the first employee I found and she said they actually have one of the makeup stylist in and she said let me go get her, I never expected for the over and beyond of what happened next. Devon who is a makeup specialist for the Mac brand met me up front and I explained to her what I was trying to do and how I haven’t had any luck finding products I like or the correct color matches, she told me to come sit in the chair and she will get some stuff out, I explained I didn’t make an appt so I didn’t want to take her away from what she was doing and I told her I would make an appt for this week and she said no worries at all I don’t mind! She was so sweet and so patient as I had my 5yr old with me and obviously asked a million questions. Not only did she color match me she even did some light makeup for me to show me the products and what they would look like on my skin even though I didn’t have an appt for trying on the makeup or a makeup lesson! She showed me not only different product but took her time and helped me with what would look best with my skin even knowing I wasn’t able to probably buy everything tonight but she didn’t let that stop her from going above and beyond and being so helpful! I ended up buying MAC foundation, Mac serumizer, Mac setting powder, two morph eyeshadow palettes, new brushes etc! The Mac foundation and serumizer are so lightweight felt and looked like I barely had makeup and didn’t look cakey at all!!!They also lasted all night and didn’t look awkward after unfortunately crying later in the night tonight. I walked out of the store feeling absolutely beautiful and confident as I walked into the store scared and embarrassed to be asking for help at 33 but I’ve never been huge into makeup till recently! I highly highly recommend Trinity Ulta as everyone was so beyond nice and patient and I DEFINITELY recommend Devon for anything mac or even makeup as she was so knowledgeable! She is so beyond nice and patient also which is always a plus!!! So beyond thankful to Devon and everyone at Ulta for making my experience so much better than I honestly thought it would be!!!’ I cannot wait to make my appt with her and learn more and buy the rest of the products I wasn’t able to buy tonight because of timing. Again thank you so much Devon and everyone that was working at Ulta tonight Friday the 24th!

    First time ever going to Ulta; so friendly and I rather shop here than anywhere else. Theres a woman that was so helpful with my makeup choices and gave me tips and tricks on what to do and not to do with my skin. I trust her than anyone else. I highly recommend coming to this store than anywhere else for makeup, skin care, tanning products, hair products. They have products that are cruelty free.

The service was amazing they helped me find the skin tone for my self , they showed me good products for my hair , and the skin care . it was all good till I got home the foundation was the wrong color but thankfully I was able to return it and another person gave me the right skin tone but over all the place was really good thank you for your service

    Great variety of cosmetics and brands, customer service is at every step, This store has improved and included the availability of other brands and they have different brands of makeup brushes at different prices and it is a new point in favor! I was looking for rose water splash without glycerin and free of sulfates and alcohol and I did not find it.

    I had an appointment with the salon in Ulta, and I have to say Mya did my hair and she did a phenomenal job! For years I have been trying to find someone who specializes in curly hair and I was in the store buying my hair products and I asked the cashier if any of the stylists worked exclusively with curly hair. She recommended Mya and I’m so glad I asked. I am 100% satisfied I will be a lifelong client! I highly recommend this salon and I will tell everyone about Mya and everyone that worked there. She’s so easy to talk to and works wonders with her scissors!     Brandy is my hairstylist at Ulta Beauty & Salon in Mitchell Plaza. I typically go every 3 months to get my hair done. I don’t have to tell her what I want done because I completely trust her ideas & opinions. She is AMAZING & she never disappoints me. She is extremely detail oriented & is a perfectionist. Personally, I wouldn’t let anyone other than Brandy touch my hair. She’s that good!

    I have been shopping at Ulta for years and today is the only day I felt compelled to write a review. Miguel and the test if the staff are super helpful. I had to change my entire cosmetic wardrobe and he helped me find everything I needed in clean, talc free products. I cant speak for other locations but the one in Trinity is fabulous.

    I was lucky enough to be squeezed in to see Maya for Full Highlights, Olapax treatment. Basically my hair was completely orangey reddish damaged from a box color to a beautiful healthy icy blonde with some low lights for dimension. Amazing transformation but what really stuck with me aside from the obvious was how meticulous she is with her work, she takes her time and most places I’ve been I always felt rushed. So if you are looking for a fresh look, radiant colors and talented stylist then book with Maya. This was my first visit and many more to come.

    Ulta carries most brands of makeup, skin care, perfume, and hair care from the inexpensive ELF and Maybelline, to Tarte, Urban Decay and the pricier brands. The only things they didnt have on a recent trip were Chanel perfume or the Estee Lauder concealer I prefer. Their selection fits all price ranges. My favorite hairdresser happens to work there in the salon.

    I highly recommend going to Margarita Seoud a Master hair stylist in the Trinity Ulta Beauty Salon for any hair or makeup needs you have. I went to her to do a big change to my hair. I had about belly buttoned long of hair and I have always wanted to cut it short so for my birthday last month I decided to chop it. I was a little nervous but she was very reassuring and kind. Along with the cut I got a balayage, and I was and still am soooo obsessed with my hair! I cant thank her enough for doing so amazing on my hair! Trust me you will walk out feeling and looking fabulous after.

    LADIES WITH CURLY HAIR! margarita is a master stylist also certified in devacurl. She does an amazing job! I have damaged my hair over the years and lost my natural curly hair.     Emily was an artist with my hair! She mastered the blend, the highlight and lowlights and the undertones exactly how I pictured and asked. Her personality is upbeat and super friendly! She is now Emily, my stylist! She listens and gives her expert advise but doesn’t try to convince you to do something you’re not comfortable with.     Not a place I visit often but I went in there on Sunday and it was an awesome experience. The staff was great, and helpful. They spent time with me, helped me find what I needed and wanted. They listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions.

    I have my hair cut and colored by Derk. Hes amazing! I always get compliments on my hair even when Im due for a touch up. Id highly recommend a visit with him.

    Funny that no barcode is not an issue when you buy a product but if you try to return it its a big issue even when I had my receipt. Thats the world tho they find a way 2 take your money but do not care to try when you want it back.

    Loved everything about my visit here. I went in looking for a whole new makeup collections since I had not bought any in a very long time. I had a one on one appointment with the MAC specialist and she was beyond amazing, from her knowledge of the products to her patience with my concerns and questions she was obsoletely amazing. While I was browsing around multiple other employees came around and offered assistance. Will defiantly be going back to this location
