    There isnā€™t enough positive things I can say about Nikki. Since I started getting facials with her, my clients and peers have noticed a difference in my skin. She recommends easy at home facial exercises and facial sculpting that really do work! Her studio is clean and neat, sheā€™s always on time, and she is VERY knowledgeable in her craft. The osmosis product line is by far the best skin care I have used. I see her pretty regularly and she has help me look younger naturally, which is the route I want to take. Thank you Nikki for enlightening me on proper skin care for years to come!

    When my brow girl moved to Texas I never thought Iā€™d find someone else. Along came Nikki. First of all, she is a delight of a human to talk to. But she is so knowledgeable about every thing she is doing. I just squeaked by today after work praying she would be available (somehow she was because she is appointment only) my mistake was not texting for a appointmentā€¦make sure you text her! I have found my new brow girl. I was sooo happy when I got to see them. They look just as good as when I used to get them done (possibly even better). I already have my next brow appointment booked and canā€™t wait to get in for a facial!

    I trust Nikki completely with my skin and make-up. As other reviewers have said, she ensures you are comfortable, both physically and mentally throughout your entire service. I really appreciate how she elicits feedback on personal preferences and if you felt something worked (or didnā€™t). For example, on a day to day basis, I ordinarily donā€™t wear makeup so many of my prior experiences with having makeup professionally done have left me looking like a completely different person. Nikki works to enhance your beauty but can also dial it up a notch if thatā€™s your style. She is relaxed, ready with recommendations but also very easy to talk to when you want something adjusted. She will take great care of you! Highly recommend going here.

    For years I have drawn on my eyebrows because when I was 12 I plucked them out and they didnā€™t grow back. Iā€™m over 50 and the idea of tattooing them on was not a consideration for me. When I heard of micro blading I wanted to see how others did that had it done. Nikki was recommended to me by a friend. I canā€™t say enough wonderful things about Nikki! She was extremely professional but very personable. She made me feel at ease and took great care making sure my eyebrows were perfect. For the first time in 40 years I donā€™t have to worry if someone sees my eyebrows because now I have them! Nikki was life changing! My family all agreed she is an artist! Highly recommend, I would send my own daughters if they needed it done. Iā€™m a worrier but I can honestly say you donā€™t have to worry with Nikki she is the best!

    I have had several services by Nicholle and all by far exceeded my expectations. She has performed microblading on my eyebrows which turned out fantastic. It is so nice to wake up every morning with perfect brows. She also did an eye lash tint and lift, and waxed several parts of my body. I have had several facials which are a great treat. Honestly I have never had a better facial. My favorite is her oxygen facial.Nicholle has been in the industry for years. When you have one of her services you will reap the benefits of her experience, talent and professionalism.I will be getting married in October. I have hired Nicholle to do my wedding day makeup. I know she will make me look amazing!!!

    Nicholle is amazing. I started seeing her in December of 2020 and communicated to her all of my skin troubles.     I was pleasantly surprised with my visit at Total Hair Experience. Iā€™ve only had a couple of facials in my life and Nicholle was by far the best!     Nichole is so incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to all things skin! I have been obsessed with Image skin care ever since she first introduced it to me a year ago.     Nikki is absolutely amazing!! Iā€™ve been going to her for a little over 6 months and for once in my life I feel comfortable in my own skin!! I get the DMK facial (Game of Thrones) at least once a month and I look forward to it every time. I leave with such refreshed, hydrated skin!! Sheā€™s always looking for the newest and best treatments for her clients. Also, guess what?! You need lashes, well, sheā€™s my girl for volume lashes and I canā€™t imagine my life without them!!     I was referred to Nikki Roberson for Microblading by a family friend. As apprehensive as I was to have something like this done, I was inspired by results of my friendā€™s Microblading. Let me start by saying I had NO brows to start with so Nikki was only going by my facial structure and an old picture of when I had brows. I have to say I am so happy with the results!!! After the first appointment I was ecstatic to see I had brows again. After the follow up appointment I was even more thrilled!! The final results are beautifully shaped and natural looking brows! Nikki is a true artist, extremely talented and professional!! I just canā€™t say how happy I am that I made the decision to have this procedure done and lucky to have discovered Nikki.

    Let me start out by saying this is the first time I have ever taken the time to review a business. I went to Nikki @ FACE it for lash extensions and she made me feel so comfortable. She was warm and accommodating (pretty cool since she owns the joint). The results are nothing short of AMAZING. Her lash extensions are TOP NOTCH. I have unbelievable retention and no issues. She is always prompt. After every lash appointment they are very full and beautiful. Not only do my lashes look pretty my real lashes are very healthy. THANK U ... THANK U ...     Had the best experience with Nikki at FACEit Jax. I received the DMK Enzyme Facial treatment this week.     I want to express how awesome it was for me getting the FACE-it Oxygen Facial. When I arrived Nikki made sure I was comfortable on the treatment table. From then on it was Nikkis delightful lotions, masks, creams and her wonderful hands that took over to create a new and different pleasure with each step of the facial. It left me in awe by the effect it had on my face. It felt so smooth, tingling and refreshing. In addition to the facial I was treated to an amazing arm, hand, and shoulder treatment.     I have been struggling with hormonal acne for a while now and have been wanting to see if a facial would give me some improvement in my skin. Nicholle was very thorough in her assessment of my skin and knew exactly what type of facial suited me best. Since the facial, I have had zero active breakouts. I have NEVER had such positive results from anything including medications, topical treatments and various skincare regimens, multiple dermatologists, etc. I even received a generous amount of samples of image skincare that my skin has LOVED. This was my very first facial and I will never see anyone besides nicholle again. You can tell that she really cares about improving your skin and has been so kind and helpful with any questions I have had since my appointment. I canā€™t wait to book my next facial with her.

    Nikki is SOOOO GOOD!! I had been to the dermatologist and was put on different medications which only seemed to make my face worse. Once I went to Nikki, my skin completely changed. I no longer use anything from the dermatologist and my face feels SO much better. Its crazy the difference in my skin. She has also done my lash lift and tints, and my brow wax, lift and tints. Nikki has definitely made me feel so much more confident in my skin!! If you are having ANY skin issues or just want to better your skin, go see Nikki!
