As always, Dr. Bokman did an extraordinary job on my second CO2 laser resurfacing treatment for my acne scars. My skin is looking fabulous. Dr. Bokman is absolutely AMAZING at what she does and I highly recommend her to anyone! The employees at Frantz Cosmetic Center are all so friendly. Those working the front desk are always so kind and polite. Ive been to this location along with the one in Fort Myers and both facilities are always aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. I love how clean and beautiful it looks when you walk in. 10/10 experience. highly recommend!

I had a consultation with Lauri. She recommended a treatment with the Obagi skin care line. I’ve been using it for a little over 30 days and I get compliments almost daily abt my skin. (I’m 50+ yrs old).Later I saw her to get tattooed eyeliner. I was beyond scared/nervous/shaking at the thought. My pain threshold is abt as deep as a puddle. Once the appt started, she explained everything she was doing as she did it. That made me relax (a lil bit). Once she started, I completely relaxed, it was absolutely nothing like like expected. I had ZERO pain/discomfort. I’m so happy I decided to do it. It turned out perfect!!! If you’ve wanted to get tattooed eyeliner, don’t hesitate….it was not near as painful as you imagine. 😁

Everyone was nice. Relatively quick with little wait. Complementary drinks while you wait if you are so inclined. Nice location with nearby good restaurants. It was my first visit, though I intend to continue to do business with this location based on this one visit.

Recently moved here, and had an issue with my eye. They took me in right away. I was seen by the technician first, and then the doctor. Afterwards they prescribed me the medication to help my issue. I feel confident that I found the right doctor.

I had previously had Eyelid Surgery in another Clinic a few years ago, but the Surgery that Dr. Bokman performed on me at Frantz Cosmetic Center was of such quality from both the Clinic and the Doctor that it is difficult to beat, I can say the same. from the support staff particularly Lessie and Daisy. I am more than happy with the result, I really recommend them with all my heart.
