I had an appointment and it was actually on time. I was there for some scar tissue that seemed to be growing, possibly precancerous and the nurse practitioner Mandy Pittman looked at it and was able to treat it right away with nitrogen. The whole office staff made me feel very comfortable for coming in to see a dermatologist. Especially when there is potential for cancer. Depending upon how this treatment goes, I may or may not have to do a follow up visit.I would recommend this office to anyone who thinks they have something possibly abnormal with the skin.

I have been going to Dermatology Specialists for years. Living on the gulf coast, it is smart and practical to see a dermatologist annually. I have been to the Milton, Navarre and Gulf Breeze offices and all of them were top notch! I especially like to see Mandie Pittman in the Milton office. It’s never much of a wait, the staff is friendly and she is very thorough. I have recommended this office to my husband, parents and aunt. They all love it too!!

I had an unsightly mole right smack dab in the middle of my face. On my right cheek, the size of a nickel. Made me feel so insecure, anxiety levels through the roof, nightmares about it, the whole bit. Ms. Mandie Pittman came in the room like an angel, treated me like a real person, made me feel at ease, I was pretty nervous. She removed my unsightly mole with hardly any pain at all. I am forever grateful to her for giving me my confidence back. For some people it might seem like, its just a mole, maybe they think Im being superficial and that its not all about looks. For me it physically made me depressed, ashamed and unworthy. I wouldnt go to social gatherings, I even resigned from my job. It physically and emotionally was governing my life. Ms. Mandie gave me happiness in my life again, and Im forever grateful. Ill be seeing her in a couple weeks for Botox!

This was my first visit to a dermatologist. The receptionist, I didnt catch her name, was nice, friendly and professional. The lady that took me back to the room was also friendly and professional. She knew what she was doing and explained to me what to expect. Mrs. Pittman, the dermatologist also was professional, serious as well as informative. Dr. Scott Shepard is the one who runs this office with his excellent staff. I go there for my daughter who has disabilities at the age of 16 and with my other daughter who is 14. They treat both of my children with respect, patience and kindness, and are just great people to be around. I would highly recommend them

Excellent Service. I was Treated with Care, Concern, Knowledge and Respect. Im a difficult patient. I have my own handicaps. They offered me an Aid for my next visit that spoke sign language, due to my hearing loss. 🥰A Doctors office that actually Cares and Listens to the Patient.

Update: Feb 2023Yearly skin check and the new doctor is just and wonderful. She listens to my concerns and did a thorough skin check. Its nice when the doctor actually hears you and doesnt just try to push you through as fast as possible. Thank you for listening.Dr. Scott takes the time to listen to your concerns. The office staff is polite and always on top of everything. As a Melanoma cancer survivor I feel that he gives a good skin check.

Dr. Shepherd and his assistant are wonderful. I had a visceral response during the removal of a cyst on my left hand. Their response was immediate, making sure I had ice packs, crackers and water. I would highly recommend this facility.
