First time going to this place. First impression was good. The place is very clean. The aesthetics was beautiful and felt very relaxing. The front desk receptionist was super sweet and welcoming. The wax specialist Jessica was not too friendly; But, she did an amazing job with my eyebrows- cleaning. 10/10. The service was super quick, checking out was super quick as well. Parking at this location is good too.

Carla is fantastic, very professional, kind and polite. Not so happy with the lady in the front desk, Camila, after driving 45 minutes through a huge storm to get to my appointment on time at 3:15 pm, she tells me that my appointment was at 3 pm and Carla won’t be able to attend me, because there was another person for a service at 4 pm. She then continued to repeat the same thing for 10 minutes. She never called Carla but fortunately Carla went outside and was very surprised that nobody called her, she then tells me to go in. She finished the service on time and the other lady never came while I was there. It was very rude for Camila to not let me in or at least advise Carla that I arrived. Again, Carla is great.

Straight to the point for a wax session. Friendly staff (aside for one tech… will update once I remember her name ) . SUPER IMPORTANT note ! - this place is NOT Kid friendly. The front desk will NOT tell you this. Depending on the tech, the tech will tell you to leave your child outside of the room and have them seated on a chair while you are getting your session with the door closed ( even if you consent to leaving the door open and even if it’s just your eyebrows or underarms). I was actually bewildered and in shock with this suggestion. Just beware in case you go everywhere with your kiddo.

I usually go to Waxing the City in Boca. Found this place as they offer the same services and are closer to home. Place was nice and smelled clean. My technician was very gentle. The wax was gentle and did not pull my skin. My technician spoke Spanish and I tried to speak it with her. Need to practice more.

It was so quick and the front desk person was so nice and attentive. Also the lady who actually waxed my face was so kind and tried to make my experience so much better since it was my first time doing a full face wax, she even gave me an ice pack for the pain. Honestly, 10/10 place.

I booked Lorena , based off of others’ reviews and I’m glad I did ! I was expecting my wax to hurt more than it did since I hadn’t gotten waxed in about 2 months, but it didn’t ! Lorena also put this cooling pack on me & something that smelled like aloe Vera. I definitely recommend ! I got a full Brazilian front and back by the way.

I had driven by this place many times. I finally decided to give it a try. OMG! Am I happy I did. Lily took care of me and she was the sweetest lady. She made me feel very comfortable. Im not sure if it was her technique or the wax itself. All I know is that it was not as painful as I anticipitated. It was actually quite tolerable. The front desk girls were awesome too! This is one of many chain centers around Miami (also NY) but this is my favorite. The receptionist is very friendly. In addition, the waxers -- my favorites being Christina and Jennifer--are very efficient and also very nice. However, you MUST let them know if it is your first time getting any service done. There are some funky little things you need to do to get certain areas waxed. For ex., a bikini wax required a feminine wipe and an eyebrow wax requires a hair net. Aside from those quirks, the center is very clean and the prices are very good. And now, you can tip on cards!
